We stayed at Amara KL in the one bedroom suite with my wife and twins, and the experience was way above our expectations. ✨ The suite was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, a perfect fit for our family. 🏡 The hotel’s service was excellent, especially through the app, which was very user friendly and made it so easy to keep track of our requests and updates. 📲 Breakfast was great with plenty of choices to start the day right. 🥐☕ We also enjoyed the evening cocktails with pastries from 5 to 7 pm, which was a really nice touch. 🍸🥮 The location is very convenient and accessible, making it easy for us to get around KL. 🚇 On top of that, the staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which really made our stay even more enjoyable. 😊 Overall, a wonderful stay and we will definitely come back again. 🌟

Stayed there a second time this year. Great hotel located in the Mid Valley area, just a short walk to Mid Valley Megamall and Gardens Mall shopping 'cities' which is ideal to avoid trekking into downtown KL. Room came with breakfast which has a wide variety and changes daily. Some will consider it more a business hotel as there were many conference and meeting rooms and you could tell not everyone was a tourist (local or otherwise). Hotel came with usual outdoor infinite pool, gym and bar area which we didn't use. Would have rated the room 5* had the aircon been colder but was stuck at 20°C which for some will probably be enough but could have been cooler for us.

Staff were very helpful and approachable! They gave clear instructions on how to walk to Midvalley Mall from the hotel (fully-sheltered, 5mins walk) and reassured me that it was safe to walk to and fro solo, but also added that their security would be around if I needed assistance. They also decorated my room and gave me chocolate cake with a hand drawn card! I felt very safe as a solo female traveler and it's all thanks to Amari.

Our stay at Amari Kuala Lumpur was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the ever-smiling security personnel, instantly setting a positive tone. A special shout-out to Siva at the reception, who made our check-in effortless. He was professional, friendly, and ready to assist with any inquiries we had. Our room was clean, comfortable, and featured a breathtaking view that truly reflected the energy of Kuala Lumpur. The room service was another highlight—efficient, courteous, and consistently professional. The hotel’s restaurant offered a wide selection of flavorful dishes, catering to different tastes. The views from the pool and sports area were particularly stunning, making them perfect spots to relax after a long day. The location of the hotel is a major advantage. It’s just a short walk from a metro station and a mini mall that includes grocery stores and dining options—making everything conveniently accessible. However, it’s worth noting that July can be extremely humid, even indoors. Also, only tap water is available in-room, so guests preferring cold bottled water should bring their own. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied. I’d happily return and highly recommend Amari Kuala Lumpur to any traveler.

Nice and clean room. However, my last day at breakfast on Oct 11 was so disappointed. Was there around 9:30 AM , I asked for some ice with the waiter guy at the juice bar. Then he scooped out some ice from the basket that use to storage some juice boxes and others beverage bottles in the same basket and he about to gave it to me but I didnt not take it and I also questioned him back about the cleanliness, he said it’s clean☹️ come on man! those ice might be contaminated already!! This is unacceptable. How can you offer it to your hotel guest. It’s not clean and no hygienic at all, in my opinion. Please make sure you serve clean food and drink to the hotel guests.
