An Exceptional Afternoon Tea Experience! This was, without question, the best afternoon tea experience we have ever had. Sally Cheah Chooi Lin and the entire Afternoon Tea team were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Sally was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what she does. She shared thoughtful details about the tea service, including that the clotted cream is sourced from Devon and the raspberry jam comes from Europe. These small touches showed the level of care and authenticity behind the experience. I have previously had high tea at the Taj in Mumbai, but this surpassed it with flying colours. The flavours, presentation, atmosphere, and service were exceptional. The entire team was warm, gracious, and attentive throughout our visit. Sally in particular stood out for her kindness and attentiveness. She also shared wonderful recommendations about Kuala Lumpur, which we greatly appreciated. Sally truly represents the Ritz at its very best. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail embody the level of hospitality you expect from such an iconic establishment. Most importantly, the team made my mum’s birthday feel incredibly special. Their thoughtfulness and genuine hospitality made the afternoon unforgettable. We are very grateful for such a memorable experience.

We had the most wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur for our honeymoon—truly an unforgettable experience for both me and my wife. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel incredibly special. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Arif, Mr. Bahr, and Mrs. Annie for their exceptional care and attention to every detail. Their kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful gestures made our celebration even more meaningful and memorable. Specifically the club exceptional services. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded all our expectations. We will always cherish these beautiful memories and look forward to returning again in the future

Rooms looked a bit worn down and the beds were a bit too springy (could feel every movement on a king size bed if you're sleeping with your significant other). Not the best room compared to other Ritz-Carltons I've stayed at but the location was great. Proximity to Pavilion mall which also has access to the connection sky bridges that take you to other areas such as the Petronas Twin Towers/KLCC. In the opposite direction of Pavilion, there's The Exchange TRX which is less crowded and has a giant plaza in front of it with many restaurants in nearby streets. Hotel breakfast had decent selection and the club lounge was nice too. If you booked a club room, you can access the club lounge on the ground level. Club Lounge was great. We had afternoon tea and evening snacks there. They pretty much had something to offer throughout the day which was nice for those who plan to spend the day at the hotel or in the area. The hotel was a bit confusing to navigate around at first due to lack of visible signage and the front desk person that checked us in did not help us figure out how to get to the elevators. We also weren't told where the club lounge was so a lot of the first day navigating around the hotel we had to do ourselves. Other than that, service was decent. We celebrated our anniversary here and the hotel staff provided us with a nice treat in the room. Overall a good stay.

Great experience. Everything was exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this category. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. The pools (two in total, one of them adults-only) are very nice, although the number of sun loungers is limited. Getting around the hotel can be a bit confusing at first, as it is large with many corridors and different levels, so it took us some time to find our way. Breakfast was good, with a solid selection of options. In the morning, however, there was sometimes a short wait for a table, which the staff managed well. That said, it might be worth considering expanding the breakfast area to minimize waiting times.

Classy and beautiful hotel with incredibly warm and welcoming staff. We booked a larger room with club lounge access, and it was honestly the best decision! We went back to the lounge frequently to enjoy the snacks and drinks. The coffee in the club lounge is of Australian standard 😊—although the same can’t be said for the breakfast buffet in the main dining area. We enjoyed many delicious cocktails and mocktails, along with light lunch and dinner options. The staff consistently delivered professional and attentive service, and they even kindly offered takeaway coffee for us at checkout 🙏 The in-house massage was also excellent. My masseuse was highly skilled, and the experience was truly relaxing. If I visit KL again, I will definitely stay here on my next trip!
