Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur is a great luxury hotel in central KL. they have great location next to The Pavillon and offers a few on site dining options. The room is spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom is one of the most luxury with full marble design. The service is excellent, all staffs were friendly, helpful and polite. I had a little issue with the room and the problem is swiftly solved without any troubles. The dinner buffet is a bit disappointing with only a small variety of food available, though the food is prepared excellently and i enjoyed the meal. The pool is nice and other facilities are well appointed. The hotel has bridges to a nearby mall which is very convenient. Overall this is an excellent hotel, on par with the grand Hyatt.

5 star hotel in every sense. Prime position in KL, only minutes walk to Pavilion. The highlight was definitely the butler service and the breakfast buffet served every morning with the different cuisines, in particular the roti station with the chef baking it fresh right in front of you! Room was very spacious and had a very luxurious feel!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. At the restaurant, the staff were friendly and attentive, in particular, I was impressed with the courteous service from Mr. Tarikul A, who made freshly squeezed fruit juice to my liking. Fruit juice can be very high in sugar and is often stripped of fiber during the juicing process. Hence, I asked Mr. Tarikul A for his recommendation and he had offered me a delicious drink with celery, cucumber and green apple, very nice! He could remember me and made the same drink for me on my second visit. Thank you for a great dining experience! I'll definitely be back.

Sorry RC, 3 ⭐️ only and here is why. Whilst your locate is great - Fahrenheit, Pavilion and even Lot 10 all within walking distances; when it comes to the hotel, definitely you can do better. Firstly, where I stayed I believe is the hotel but when the Grab pick-up point, I was told by the Doorman, that where I am waiting (in front of the lobby) was actually the Residences. Really? Anyways, the suite is huge and very nice for a family for four. Instead of adjoining rooms we live in a service apartment. Hence, the Residence I guess. Though the rooms are great and clean but everything is ‘dated’. There are barely any anything in the rooms. Toilets are well stocked with the usual but inconsistencies with the collection of towels … either you have them or you don’t or there is only one. The safe in the room doesn’t work - it opens by itself after you locked it. Complained at the front desk, the lady wrote it down and said someone will look into it. Well! It was never fixed and no update from the front desk. The kitchenette has nothing except plates and cups. Nothing to cook with even though there is a cooktop. Don’t see the point. There was a quarter full water bottle on the dispenser. Not sure how long the water has been in there. So I only use bottle water. The dispenser has hot, normal and cold water capabilities but there is no way to turn it on because the power cord has been removed. And water from the fridge condensation tray leaked to the floor. Rather than fixing the problem, you place a towel on the leaked water 😒 My room has a view of Merdeka 118 and Exchange 106 but the windows are so dirty. Would have loved to take some beautiful views. The breakfast choices can be better too. I did enjoyed the pool. Anyways, would love to come back next time and hopefully things will be better. All in all, I did enjoy my stay there.

The best hotel on the Starhill hotel strip I'd say. Reasons: wonderfully decorated, easy access to major shopping malls, good spa/pool facilities, enjoyed the live jazz music every night as we walked through the lounge to our room. Would stay again. Didn't have breakfast as we prefer local foodie experiences so can't comment on quality of the breakfast dining. Apparently even Obama stayed here when he visited Malaysia!
