Review of Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur
If you're looking for a hotel in Kuala Lumpur that offers stunning city views, Berjaya Times Square Hotel is a fantastic choice. This picture, taken from the 33rd floor, captures the breathtaking skyline of KL at sunset, with a mesmerizing blend of high-rise buildings and distant hills.
Pros:
✅ Spectacular Views – The higher floors offer an incredible panoramic view of the city, especially during sunrise and sunset.
✅ Prime Location – The hotel is situated in the heart of Bukit Bintang, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
✅ Spacious Rooms – The hotel provides large and comfortable rooms, perfect for families or business travelers.
✅ Easy Connectivity – Direct access to the Berjaya Times Square shopping mall and monorail makes getting around the city effortless.
Cons:
⚠️ Crowded Area – Due to its central location, the surrounding area can be quite busy, especially during peak hours.
Overall, if you want a mix of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views, Berjaya Times Square Hotel is a great option for your stay in Kuala Lumpur!

Will always stay here as it's convenient, centralized and staff here have been professional and friendly. Lobby is bright and easy to navigate. Most of the time it'll have a lot of people and it can be rowdy which does get annoying.
As for the rooms, the rooms could receive an update as it does feel outdated, especially in the washroom. Most of the silicone has worn out and as you shower, water does leak out and soaks up the towel. If you're staying there for days, the towel will soon leak around the floor. The toilet seats have been changed and it doesn't fit the toilet bowl so it isn't the most comfortable to sit on.
The snacks at the pantry are included and water is also provided. Other than that, is always an enjoyable stay here

We stayed for a total of six days over two visits in just over a week. Both times we had a wonderful time. Once we were in Premier room and the other three days we were in Superior room. Premier room is much better as it is slightly larger and the beds are better. There are no plugs near the beds for your devices in the Premier room.
The rooms although good do need a bit of modernization. The bathroom has a switch that you need to turn on for hot water for a shower. Or else it takes a few minutes. The view from the rooms was really nice.
The staff - check in, concierge, luggage storage, floor staff and all others we had interactions with were amazing. The breakfast (see my review at the Lotus) was amazing - all vegetarian and so many vegan choices.
The proximity to Imbi monorail, Bukit Bintang MRT is walking distance, the malls, eateries is a huge plus.

Definitely will not repeat this hotel again.
Based on other reviews, they mentioned their room is spacious, but mine is opposite. Not recommended for the plus size. You can hardly walk around the room, as can be seen in the picture.
Having a great view facing the KLCC and KL Tower, however, the curtains are very dirty.
No complimentary drinks are provided except for 2 small drinking waters, and no soap is provided.
The old-fashioned theme, including the TV. It's like you watching the new drama but with the quality of a 90's image.

Nice hotel. Top floors view is wonderful. Communication is good. Service and facilities are up to the mark. A couple of must visit markets are nearby including times square, pavilion, low yat plaza etc
