*5-Star Excellence!* We recently had the pleasure of staying at in this hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from the front desk, Mr Izanee. The staff were truly outstanding - friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was courteous, helpful, and made me feel like royalty. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully appointed rooms, impeccable amenities, and a fantastic location. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible staff. They genuinely care about their guests and it shows in every interaction.They never say no to our requests such as extra pillow, extra towel, late check out etc. If you're looking for a 5-star hotel experience with a personal touch, look no further than this hotel. I'll definitely be back and can't wait to experience their exceptional hospitality again. Tips for Future Guests: - Don't hesitate to ask the staff for anything - they're always happy to help!

I had to give 3 out of 5 mainly due to noise disturbance (i.e., late night car noise) from the outside main road which my room window was facing towards. I could not sleep at all the whole night. Soundproofing need to be improved for a 5 stars hotel. Also i could not expect a luxury brand hotel was having insufficient tables at evolution cafe for breakfast, which we were moved to a temporary breakfast area at the first floor, under my observation, the varieties of foods were lesser with simple presentation. And i paid for the same price as other guests.

Better than I expected. Near to the monorail and LRT station. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick. The lift doesn’t take too long even though there are 27 floors. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. RM200 deposit is optional which is good

We had a great stay at Renaissance KL. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked to change rooms because of a smell, and they quickly helped us. They even decorated the new room for my son’s birthday. Really happy with their service! Highly recommended! Kudos to the navigator in-charge, Iman and one of the receptionist lady who help us during our stay at the hotel.

A very nice, kid-friendly hotel with a large playground and mini water parks that kept my kids entertained throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the fresh fruit juice station. The room was spacious, perfect for families, with a separate bathtub and shower, which was a nice touch.
