We had the most incredible stay. Every single staff member is so professional, efficient, friendly and masterful at creating the best guest experience. The facilities couldn’t be more beautiful and the holiday decorations created a magical atmosphere. The entire hotel is spotless and full of beautiful and thoughtful amenities and touches. Breakfast and room service are the bed I’ve ever had at any hotel on four continents. My dry cleaning and shoeshine were also done perfectly and speedily. The option to request guest needs online was also incredibly helpful and fast

Great hotel and very friendly, warm and professional service. Spacious rooms and a well-organized and good breakfast buffet.
One thing that bothered us, though, was that the room wasn’t cleaned with the best attention to the detail: The corners had lots of dust and dirt and the walls had stains. The management should really do a “deep-cleaning” of the rooms every couple of months!

The Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur offers a pleasant stay with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. The location is convenient, and the overall ambiance reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and luxury. The dining options are diverse and satisfying, and the public areas of the hotel are beautifully kept.
However, the rooms could use some attention. While spacious and comfortable, the carpets and curtains carry a noticeable humidity smell that detracts from the overall experience. It’s clear that these areas require better upkeep or refurbishment to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel.
Despite this, the staff’s hospitality and the hotel’s amenities make it a decent choice for travelers. With a bit of attention to room maintenance, Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur could truly shine as a top-tier destination.

The best hotel to stay if you’re in KL. Service is excellent, as expected from a Shanghai-La hotel. Enjoyed the afternoon tea and cocktails in the Horizon Club lounge and the daily breakfast at the lemon garden. it’s great that you can sign up your kids for some activities in the hotel and that they have a free shuttle bus going to the malls around the city. Thank you for the wonderful stay and see you again soon!

Can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke great English. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have been to in the world. Which says a lot as I have traveled to 28 countries. The rooms were very comfortable and had all the standard amenities. The spa/onsen area was superb. Gym was huge and well maintained. If I could give 6 stars I would.
