This hotel has great potential — the architecture, layout, and stunning views really stand out. The pool is beautiful and very enjoyable. However, the overall experience felt just “okay.” Service was average; staff weren’t particularly attentive or helpful (with the exception of the shuttle drivers, who were always kind and efficient). As we say in Portuguese, the place feels a bit “tired.” It probably used to be amazing, but it’s clearly in need of renovation. The rooms are spacious but basic and outdated, and the bathrooms feel the same. Although the beds were clean, the towels and slippers were worn out, which wasn’t very comfortable. Lighting throughout the resort is poor — at night it’s almost impossible to enjoy the balcony or walk around comfortably. Breakfast was fine but lacked quality and variety, and the background music was oddly gloomy. We stayed three nights and didn’t hate our time there. It’s a convenient base for tours (all our excursions had hotel pick-up), but if you plan to spend a lot of time at the resort itself, it might disappoint. The pool and views are fantastic, but the bar is dated with limited options. On the positive side, the spa looked nice, and the massages were great and fairly priced. Overall, mixed feelings — Ao Nang Fiore could be an extraordinary resort, but right now it falls short of its potential.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! From the very first moment, we felt welcome and comfortable. The service was outstanding – the staff were always attentive, friendly, and fulfilled every wish. Everything was spotless and well-maintained; you can tell they care about every detail. The shuttle service was reliable and always available, making our stay even more relaxing. The location is amazing – right in the jungle, surrounded by nature, yet everything is still easy to reach. What impressed us the most was how kind and helpful the people were. Whatever you needed, they took care of it immediately with a smile. A truly wonderful experience that we can recommend to everyone. Absolutely worth it – we’ll definitely be back!

Located the perfect distance from the beating heart of Ao Nang and the beach. We arrived slightly before our 2pm check in time but were allowed anyway and all staff we encountered were very attentive - each day everyone said hello as they passed by and offered welcome drinks upon arrival. Our bags were carried for us no matter how heavy they were too. As the villas at the resort are dotted up a steep hillside, there is a free shuttle at your beck and call to be taken to your room and subsequently taken to locations throughout the resort, you need only call reception and they’ll send one to you. There is a waiting area outside as well as inside down by reception with free drinks and comfortable seating should there be a longer wait but we never needed to wait more than 15 mins for one. The villa was fantastic and extremely spacious, good WiFi and tv. The bed was massive and very comfortable and there was a sofa at the bottom of the bed which was a comfortable place to sit when relaxing in the evening. There is also a balcony of great size with a seating area and table that really lets you take in the surrounding jungle and views of the famous Krabi limestone cliffs! The bathroom deserves its own mention - double aspect windows showing views of the jungle, a huge bath and shower too! Plus there were toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shower caps and cotton buds provided for each guest. There were towels, robes and umbrellas all of which we were allowed to use at our disposal, all that was asked was that we returned everything to our room before departure. Although we loved our time at the resort, one thing to note is that if anyone suffers with mobility issues, is extremely unfit or in a wheelchair, it may not be the place for you. As mentioned it is on a steep hillside and despite the shuttle, it can’t reach every room so there are little stops where you are dropped off/picked up and you will have to walk the rest of the distance. Our room, for example, was up a short hill and then down 30 or so steps (which continued on down quite far) to our patio then down another 5 wooden steps. Something to keep in mind when booking. We absolutely loved our stay and wished we were able to spend more time there, would return if we ever go back to Krabi!

Ty Hill

The resort was a 10/10 for me. Rooms were very nice and spacious, aswell as the bathroom. Large balcony with seating and tucked away in a quiet jungle. Never had to wait more than 5/10 minutes for the van to take us up to our room and there is an air conditioned lounge with complimentary drinks whilst you “wait”. Breakfast was amazing, omlette station aswell as self serve coffee and the staff were lovely and attentive. Would definitely stay at this resort again.

Staying at Aonang Fiore Resort was truly a wonderful experience. We stayed in bamboo houses built in the middle of the forest, and it was amazing. The rooms were very clean, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. Since the houses are inside the forest, they take you to your room from the reception by car, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The location was also great, with easy access to everywhere. Highly recommended!
