Very nice property. Spent 4 nights here. The room initially allotted to us had some street noise coming in . Changed it to one in the rear building. Good room but no view.
Vernice rooftop pool and bar.
Breakfast was a very good spread.
Staff were very friendly helpful and polite. Surprisingly on the last day when we ordered breakfast in room was told they didn't have room service despite the room service menu being in the room.
Great place, would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel but I would never stay here again . First of all they have far too many guests and the 2 swimming pools can’t cater for the amount of guests. Staff not no where near as friendly as any other hotel in Thailand I’ve stayed . Roof top bar is picturesque but so needs tidying up . They take a large deposit of you on arrival so be aware of that . Can’t get no sun bed around the pool unless up at sillly I clock . They also take a deposit of you for your towels . Would never stay here again

A very good and well-maintained hotel! the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is fantastic the best we had when we stayed at different hotels⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
A big minus is that the hotel "allows" you to book the sunbeds and then come back after a few hours, this means that almost all the sunbeds are occupied by 08.00👎🏻
In many other hotels this is not allowed and the staff then remove the towels if there are no people nearby.

Enjoyed a good six nights with the family at this hotel and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. However, there are lots of stairs so perhaps not ideal for older or less nimble visitors. The staff stood out as very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The only downside was the ongoing maintenance (regular banging, drilling or hammering) which should really have been done before peak season.

Wow, wow, wow, this place was so nice.
The rooms are really taken care of, and you have the possibility to have them cleaned every day. The only thing that made me rate 4/5 was that I had sand (from being at the beach) in the sheets. Sadly, they were sandy for 3 days before they got changed.
The breakfast buffé is tasty, and you have a lot of good options. I really enjoyed the juices available!
The performances at the infinity pool were great, and I really enjoyed being there and having something tasty to drink. I would really recommend experiencing the live performance!
My dad also hurt his foot while traveling. The staff saw it and helped him on the scene and later sent medical staff (throughout the visit) to help the treatment of the wound. We also got some fruits to the room, which was a very nice gesture.
Even though there is a party street near the hotel, the hotel itself is quiet and you do not get disturbed by the street. Even sitting on the balconies towards the street. (You can just see the party!)
I would really recommend it to anyone wanting a premium experience in Thailand!
