Wonderful views and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I removed one star for a few reasons. Despite the amazing view I feel it was a little over priced for what is offered. Lots of steps, and slow elevator make it a bit of a longer process to walk around However, the incredible staff more than made up for it. The friendly and accommodating staff stood out to me as some of the best in the business. I felt comfortable getting a taxi and booking an excursion The infinity pool and rooftop bar were also wonderful spots to relax and get a drink. The room did get dirty easy and there were small bugs to be found, however that is to be expected for a resort like this. I would come here again for the staff alone, though I hope the prices go down a little bit, or rooms are refurbished / cleaner to reflect the higher price.

Wow, wow, wow, this place was so nice. The rooms are really taken care of, and you have the possibility to have them cleaned every day. The only thing that made me rate 4/5 was that I had sand (from being at the beach) in the sheets. Sadly, they were sandy for 3 days before they got changed. The breakfast buffé is tasty, and you have a lot of good options. I really enjoyed the juices available! The performances at the infinity pool were great, and I really enjoyed being there and having something tasty to drink. I would really recommend experiencing the live performance! My dad also hurt his foot while traveling. The staff saw it and helped him on the scene and later sent medical staff (throughout the visit) to help the treatment of the wound. We also got some fruits to the room, which was a very nice gesture. Even though there is a party street near the hotel, the hotel itself is quiet and you do not get disturbed by the street. Even sitting on the balconies towards the street. (You can just see the party!) I would really recommend it to anyone wanting a premium experience in Thailand!

Very nice property. Spent 4 nights here. The room initially allotted to us had some street noise coming in . Changed it to one in the rear building. Good room but no view. Vernice rooftop pool and bar. Breakfast was a very good spread. Staff were very friendly helpful and polite. Surprisingly on the last day when we ordered breakfast in room was told they didn't have room service despite the room service menu being in the room. Great place, would definitely return.

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights @ the Avani hotel, and we had a delightful time! The rooms are clean, tidy and organized, albeit we found some ants climbing the walls on our last night, but it didn’t really hurt our overall experience. A standout was Chef Tiger, who prepared vegan pancakes to order for my vegan girlfriend, without us even needing to ask after the first time! His attention to detail and selflessness is second to none. Overall, highly recommended. Good price, prime location, good facilities and an attentive and kind set of staff.

The staff were kind and helpful, they made our stay extremely comfortable. BB at the reception got us upgraded and got the best facilities for us.. Chef Sanjay made sure our requirements were met and since we’re vegetarians he specially curated a meal for us.
