We had a wonderful holiday staying in this hotel. Hospitality and the service is 1st class. The hotel is very strategic and just a stone throw away from the beach. Nice pubs dotted along the hotel. We would advise you to ask for a room opening to the pool which is the, best rooms of the resort. There is happy hours from morning till evening depending on the bus. We will surely come back again. Thank you. We had a wonderful holiday.

Very comfortable clean spacious rooms. Very good child friendly resorts. Kids club, teenage club , pool slides super good. Best place to get your kids. I have visited 68 countries in the world never seen such a great resort for kids. Breakfast was okay. Really enjoyed the stay. Superb service by the team too very friendly helpful staff.

I’ve traveled to over 40 countries and stayed in more than 500 hotels, and I can confidently say this property ranks among the worst five of my entire travel experience. The rooms reek of sewage and are shockingly small—more like shacks than hotel rooms. Some are even placed right next to the generators, which run at full blast with zero consideration for guests. The constant noise makes it nearly impossible to rest. The staff, instead of being helpful, come across as arrogant and completely untrained in basic hospitality. Requests are met with dismissive nods, but no action is ever taken. It feels as though they go out of their way to ignore guests. This was genuinely one of the most unpleasant stays I’ve ever had. I strongly urge others to avoid this property at all costs. It is nowhere near a 5-star standard—at best, 3 stars for the facilities and 1 star for hospitality.

A little dated but they are upgrading. Location is good. Just a 10 min still to night market. Long boat service just across the street Nice pool. The kid's pool has some fun slides. they are steep so the kids really slide down fast. Nice breakfast buffet. Overall a nice family resort

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort, and we want to give a special shout-out to Jade from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly helpful and kind. When we had an issue with our original room, Jade quickly arranged for us to move to a bigger one, which made a huge difference. On top of that, we accidentally booked our last night for the same date but a month later through Expedia. Jade didn’t just leave us to deal with it—he personally helped us sort it all out, contacted Expedia, and managed to cancel that incorrect booking. Then he arranged for us to rebook directly with the hotel at a generous 50% discount. It really took the stress out of the situation. Jade and his whole team were genuinely caring and attentive the entire time—always checking in to make sure everything was okay. You could really feel they cared. The resort itself is great—the breakfast was tasty, the pool area is fantastic (especially the swim-up bars!), and the prices were very reasonable. The location is also perfect—super easy to hop on a boat and explore nearby islands. We loved every minute and would definitely come back. Thank you again, Jade Guest Relations—you really made our stay memorable!
