Had an amazing week here for October half term. The weather was in the late twenties, which was perfect. The water in the pools was really cold, so I didn't brave it, although my husband and son did. The hotel is a bit of a trek from the airport, about 1h30m but it was worth it as it is in such a beautiful setting with everything you need on site from supermarket, hairdresser, tattooist, souvenirs, clothes, trainers, and handbags!! Situated right by its own beach area where there is also a bar, restaurants overlooking the sea and options for water sports there too with am amazing sunset each day. The main restaurant has a vast choice of food at the buffet each day and great snack bars when the restaurant was closed, food and drink available 24 hours a day so no chance of going hungry. 🙂 There was a bus that ran to the local town regularly from the entrance to the hotel although we only used it once as everything we needed was available on site. Staff we met were all very friendly and polite too. There is a great waterpark on site, which was very popular with my son and kept him busy, he also loved the foam party they had one afternoon!

The hotel is beautiful, there are varieties of entertainment, food and drinks. The pools are clean and big enough. Staff are polite but untrained and most of their English consist of couple of words. The SPA is amazing and I had a great time and care from the girls there.
Food is mediocre at best and I was desperate to have a normal espresso. Cocktails have cheap taste, I’d rather choose on the rocks. The toiletries are not being refilled. The cleaning and mini bar refills should start after 10am as some of us use the vacation to sleep in. The night shows are too late, for a person who wants to be in bed by 11pm. Couple advice for the management - a little zone for eating or swimming should be adult only, and please do not aggressively make me book 5 massages on a row when I’m chilling around the pool.

The customer service at both the restaurant and pool bar was extremely poor. The staff serving drinks were very rude, and in the restaurant, no one was willing to assist us with finding vegetarian options. We are a family of 10, all vegetarians, yet there was no support from the chef in accommodating our dietary needs. Our kids had to survive on chips and potatoes throughout our stay. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you're vegetarian. We've experienced all-inclusive plus stays in other European countries, including Turkey, where chefs were happy to cater to vegetarians, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Avoid this place if you're vegetarian.

Big hotel, had a great vacation in general but we did have some issues. The bars and restaurants are cleaned up before closing time which means you cant get the drinks you want even though they are still open. Especially at the main restaurant, its open till 9pm but most food is finished by 20.30 (change the hours if you're not refilling anymore). Biggest thing that upset me was the arrogance of the manager, had a small conversation with him and hé just looked through me like I was nobody and didnt got helped at all. A shame for such a nice hotel.

Location is far from Bodrum city itself, so you will need 1 hr drive if you want to visit.
Personnel is nice and hard working. Pools are plenty, especially for kids. Sea is nice. We stayed one week in early August and weather was pleasant. In daytime it is hot, in night time its around 25 deg.
Entertainment quality is mediocre. Among things I did not like was the food quality and the cleanliness of food court. Variety is large at glance, but the quality of food is not there definetly. Deserts are poor. Baklavas are cheap level. Instead of putting soo many colorfull and useless stuff, just put 3-4 but make it nice. One day there was turkish cuisine day, thats the only time I liked the food.
If you have 1 AlaCarte option do not go to Asian restaurant. They served the worst sushi I have ever tried.
Overall it is a mid-level stay.
