We just returned from a seven night stay at Ayodya Resort, and I can confidently say it was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, specially as a family with two small kids. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was impeccable, staff greeted us with genuine smiles and personalized care that made us feel like royalty. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and professional. From the front desk to the waitstaff at dinner, it was clear that the team is passionate about creating a memorable experience for guests. The property itself is a paradise, with lush and meticulously maintained grounds. Initially we had some issues with our room but the staff including the GM himself responded swiftly to our needs and went out of their way to make our stay a comfortable and luxurious one. The dining experience was beyond exceptional. Each restaurant offered unique culinary delights, blending local flavors with gourmet finesse. The teppanyaki restaurant is a must try. The amenities were equally impressive. Every aspect of the resort seemed tailored to provide ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. This resort truly exceeded all expectations, and I cannot recommend it enough. It is the perfect destination for anyone seeking luxury, tranquility, and unforgettable memories with their families. We can’t wait to return!

This is great resort with excellent staff and great service. It has great location and the food is really good. Staff go above and beyond. However the resort and rooms are dated and need an upgrade. Small things one would expect from a 5 star resort seem to be missed. Nor sure management actually walks around the resort or inspects rooms as they would see loose fittings in rooms and corridors, peeling paint in rooms, roof leaks, dated and water damaged bathrooms, loose railings in stairwells etc. The staff are exceptional. At best a 3.5 star resort that needs renovation and updating but would still recommend it.

Beautiful resort with good food and amazing staff. Bali Collection is just 10-15 minutes walk and other shops & restaurants are only 10 mins walk from the resort. Room was bit dated but well maintained & was very clean. Resort has a number of pools to cater for everyone. We really enjoyed the infinity pool which is walking distance from a nice beach. We had a great time here!

We stayed for 5 nights at the Ayodya Palace in December with Luxury Escapes all inclusive package. The hotel was well maintained, clean and the facilities were great. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, they were so lovely. The hotel is located right on the beach but it is also an easy walk to the local shops/bars if you want to go. It is also close to Bali Collection which has plenty of shops and restaurants although we didn't need to eat anywhere else as the hotel restaurants had a wide variety of choice available and the food was of an excellent quality. We chose the upgrade of the Palace room and when we arrived we had very kindly been upgraded to a suite which was awesome. We had such a nice time that we have rebooked through Luxury Escapes again and this time we are going with three other couples, can't wait!

Resort is massive and is very well built. Location is amazing, right at the beach. The stay was good and staff was very helpful. Resort offers variety of complimentary activities in the property at different times. Overall experience was great minus the time wasted by the Wyndham club sales and marketing staff who took more than an hour to sell their membership. The rooms and interior furnishings seemed to be bit old but are maintained.
