Loved my stay at Furama Resort Ubud! The rooms are super spacious, really clean, and have everything you need. Check-in was quick and easy, and there’s plenty of parking too. The location is perfect, it’s away from all the noise, super peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful rice fields where you can walk, run, or even cycle. The staff are so friendly and always happy to help. I tried their 60-minute massage (they had a nice discount!) and it was really good. The food was mostly nice, though the spaghetti carbonara was a bit too oily and saucy, not quite the real Italian style. But overall, I had such a relaxing time here and would totally come back!

Stay dates: 16–18 (Private Pool Villa) I’m not exaggerating anything — this is 100% true. As we arrived, the front desk lady and gentleman informed us that no activities were available because the occupancy was below 10%. Not even basic ones like yoga or cycling. The villa was old and poorly maintained. The pool had green fungus, and the bean bags were rotten like they hadn’t been used for years. During the room tour, they mostly explained what not to use — no kettle allowed, all fridge items chargeable, and only three 300 ml water bottles provided for three guests. At night, the mattress dipped badly on one side, making it impossible to sleep. The next day was ruined due to poor rest. The staff were polite and helpful, but seemed helpless due to poor management. The food was extremely disappointing — very limited vegetarian options (just noodles and rice), tasteless non-veg dishes, oily a la carte, and even salads with bugs. The property is 45 minutes away from Ubud market, very isolated and inconvenient. My booking was through a third party, but I left early morning. Being a doctor, I won’t recommend this place to anyone — and families with babies or young children should definitely avoid it. Please don’t be misled by fake positive reviews — this property needs serious maintenance and management reform.

Great service, good breakfast, and wonderful bed. Staff is always very dedicated and kind, keen to help at any time. The hotel in general is fabulous, although we couldn’t get a villa and we think this can make the difference because of the private pool. 100% recommended, him and her massage experience is a must.

Very well taken care of hotel. Its huge, beautiful, tranquil, convenient and offers a view things. All the staff are friendly, greeting you with a smile and ready to assist for your every need. English is understood so its easy to get things. The restaurant offers a variety of food. We only ate dinner there and was not bored by their ambiance and food as we had a good variety. Absolutely loved it, its far from the hotel and other activities but you are guaranteed safety and comfort so it was worth it. Recommend it for sure.

Furama is undoubtedly a great place to stay...the ambience is beautiful and service also good. We had stayed in pool villa and on request hotel arranged for candle light dinner in lotus pond which was extremely exclusive. The serving guy (forgot his name) was extremely polite and hospitable and ensured we are involved in conversation about Bali and really took good care of us. Cab was immediately arranged to airport as our driver did not turned up. It was great help.Few things like furniture items were bit run down and need replacement as it was cracking while opening and the guy at reception was bit rude, should be more polite. Otherwise i recommend this place
