The all-inclusive package at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali includes the following:
- Breakfast served at the Grand Café (7am to 10.30am) with breakfast boxes available (one-day prior notice required). Breakfast is served in Ibu Kitchen for Family Paradise Wing guests
- Lunch served at either the Grand Café (12noon to 3pm), Jukung, Mahi-Mahi or Chopstick, with lunch box available (one-day prior notice required)
- Dinner buffet served at the Grand Café (7pm to 10pm) or themed buffet at Rama Stage. Other dinner options include Julie’s Italian, a set menu at Bumbu Delhu or Ibu Kitchen
- In-room dining for dinner (7pm to 10pm)
- Afternoon tea and coffee buffet near the Mango Parlor Terrace (4pm to 6pm)
- 30% discount on premium menu items such as lobster and prawn

Fantastic accommodation with outstanding service! The all-inclusive experience was incredible and exceeded our expectations. The warm, friendly, helpful and always accommodating staff made it even better. A special mention to Dewa at Grade Cafe for his personalized and attentive service. The facilities were stunning, including an amazing infinity pool—a lovely spot to unwind with a cocktail in hand. The daily massages were the perfect way to relax. Highly recommend this place for a truly unforgettable getaway!

We had a lovely stay. We had the all-inclusive. It was great, 6 different restaurants, unlimited drinks. Pick up and drop off at the airport. We couldn't have asked for a better place.
The food was great, and the staff were fantastic. Great location with a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

The hotel itself is located pretty far out from the rest of Bali, but conveniently close to the airport. Good facilities if you want to just stay in the resort itself the entire time. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Beach front. Decent breakfast buffet.

We were at the Family Paradise part of the Grand Mirage for 2 weeks and had the best time! The staff are so warm and welcoming and knew the kids by name after day 1. The facilities are perfect for all ages - splash pool, games room, indoor soft play, activities, table tennis table and of course the main pool which was not too deep. Floaties and beach toys were also there for people to use. The beach was lovely too, water was so warm. The buffet breakfast was delicious with made to order eggs, pancakes and waffles. Could not recommend the Grand Mirage more highly!

We stayed at the main resort (not the family resort) with our 6 year old.
It's a lovely hotel, but a bit dated in some parts (that's why they are doing some renovations currently I guess).
When we arrived we went to the restaurant and ordered our drinks, the staff gave my 6 year old a strong cocktail instead of her Apple juice, as they did not tell us which drink was what.
We had a lovely ocean view room. The aircon was only cooling the room down to 21°C, which was too hot for us for sleeping.
Staff gave us extra fans to get some air moving in the room at night.
Staff in general was very lovely and trying to be very accommodating.
