My stay at Grand Hotel Bahia del Duque in Tenerife was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in an atmosphere of pure luxury, where every detail is thoughtfully curated. The resort itself is a paradise, with beautiful gardens, stunning views of the ocean, and pools that seem to blend seamlessly with the horizon.
One of the standout features is the variety of restaurants there’s truly something for everyone. Each meal felt like a special occasion, with different cuisines to explore and flavors to indulge in, making dining one of the highlights of my stay.
The staff at Bahia del Duque are exceptional. Always attentive and ready to assist with any request, they made sure everything was flawless. The reception team was especially impressive, handling everything with professionalism and a welcoming warmth that made me feel truly taken care of.
If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to improve the soundproofing in the rooms. While the stay was wonderful, a little more sound insulation would elevate the experience to an even higher level of comfort.
Overall, Bahia del Duque is a resort where luxury, exceptional service, and beauty come together perfectly. I can’t wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

When i say this place completed my honeymoon, I truly mean it! This resort treats you like family, their service is incredible, their energy is always positive, and their food is AMAZING! They help you make reservations each day, we tried pretty much every restaurant they have on here with most of them being Michelin experiences!
We initially only booked 2 nights for the start of our honeymoon before heading north for a few days, then last minute we cancelled our tail end of the trip stay to stay here again for 4 amazing nights. We cannot recommend this place enough. You will feel part of their family as soon as you walk through the door. Thanks again for the amazing experience, my husband and I are truly grateful and we will certainly be back in the future!

Absolutely the most fabulous stay of my life so far. The service is impeccable, everything gets cleaned multiple times a day, anything they notice you’ve used more of, they refill triple, any request you have they will answer. The facilities are also amazing, you could spend your whole trip here and need nothing more - spa, pools, beach, golf, restaurants, some of which Michelin, evening entertainment, bars… The breakfast has a huge array of meals, egg buffet, fresh juices and smoothies…. I can’t say a single bad thing about this hotel!!!!!

A good hotel. Staff and service is good. Resort does feel very old. Garden rooms on ground floor can have problems with cockroaches, 3 in my room on arrival. Breakfast is good. Hotel is very traditional, which some people really like, it is not modern. Lots of steps and hills around resort so not recommended for those that can't deal with lots of stairs and hills. Overall, location is great close to beach, but exiting the resort can be a little difficult uphill onto the street as it is so big. I do feel that the resort needs modernising with a revamp of corridors, flooring, pathways, room furnishings etc. A good resort, but not excellent for me as I like more modern. For some traditional works and the hotel might be excellent for them. There are more modern resorts in close vicinity that I prefer at a slightly lower price point.

Beautiful hotel, nice location next to a very good beach, excellent staff, and the food is quite good.
Unfortunately, this appears to be a smokers first hotel, and they should advertise it as such. Going out on the balcony early morning or late night, chilling on a sun bed - all these are accompanied by cigarette smoke. Disgusting and ruins the experience, therefore 1 star.
