Amazing hotel. Staff amazing, rooms large and very clean, entertainment amazing from shows to arcade and lovely pools. Drinks and food all great and great selection at the buffet. Came with family and friends and just had the best time. My little one got sick one night and bedsheets had to be taken off the bed. Told reception - no issues and then they called to check on her 2 days later. Literally don't have a bad thing to say. Smiled from start to finish!! Highly recommend for families ..

We stayed at this hotel with our kids for two weeks in June 2024 and absolutely loved it. Everything was spotless – the staff were out early every morning cleaning the pool and lounge areas, which we really appreciated. There were so many dining options to choose from: buffets, themed restaurants, poolside snacks… something for everyone! The spa service was excellent, and the whole atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Our whole family had a wonderful time and couldn’t be happier!

This is a fantastic hotel for kids, so much entertainment going on during the day, foam party, water inflatables, water mat you run across the water on. The only downside is only one beer choice included in the all inclusive, so need to like San Miguel beer or pay. No cider choices that I have found. However the cocktail choices by the adults only pool and in the lobby bar are fab, but you need to scan the app to see the menu. Also everything is on the app, to book restaurants, shows, etc and the app didn’t work on my iPhone so I couldn’t book things but it did work on my partners phone. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families with kids. Haven’t see a show or eaten at the restaurants yet but heard they are amazing so looking forward to it.

We have had a great 10 days. Could have not asked for any thing more else. Staff were always on the ball. The buffet was brilliant lost of different food to try and lots of drink stations around the hall meaning we didn't have to wait ages in a queue. The hotel is in a very convient area if you are looking for excursions to do, most of them are very close to the hotel. The pools are quite clean apart from a few sunken leaves, the little water park is a popular place for children and all of the pools are quite warm and there are loads of sun loungers meaning there is always a place to sit. Forgotten your towel? No problem this hotel will provide you with however many towels as long as you return them at the end of the day. The rooms are very clean and large and a cleaner will come in and clean your room every day in case you make a mess. All of the people that work here are happy people they are so kind and it is such quick service too. would definitely come here again.

It’s not usual I would rave about a place. I took a chance booking Bahia Principe Fantasia is TUI based on pictures. I can honestly say the what you see is what you get in reality. The resort is amazing and is truly a family resort. All the shows include children and there are children specific activities too. The rooms are huge. Lots of room to move around in. Air con worked. We had a room with view of the resort and sea and it did not disappoint. The rooms were clean and bathroom in working order. Food was good and I get it is a buffet but it was cold so didn’t really enjoy some of the dishes. Selection of food and cuisine was great. Loved the kids buffet area. The resort was kept immaculately clean. Pool was cleaned daily as was the surrounding areas. I saw them everyday at 6am cleaning. My son went to kids club for the first time and loved it so much that he wanted to go everyday. Some of the activities we experienced: - Family Olympics - Mini disco - Silent disco - Pool games - Water carpet - 3 different evening shows in their theatre - Family Pink party - Water mini disco - Magician There is something on every hour of the day at kids club from 10am through to 6pm. I do recommend you download the app for the hotel and get booking shows, restaurants and also checking the timetable out for all the various activities. You won’t need front desk or concierge. We didn’t use them once as the app did it all for us. I am not one to go back to the same holiday location twice as there are so many other countries to explore and see. That said I will be going back to Bahia Principe Fantasia for sure. I cannot recommend this resort enough.
