We have been to this hotel twice now. Once a couple of years ago and again at Christmas just gone. I have to say the quality of the food at the hotel has drastically gone down hill. The buffet selection is that of a basic 4 star hotel, nowhere near 5 star quality at all! Breakfast is the highlight and even then I feel there should be fresher offerings. The Japanese restaurant is brilliant and we enjoyed the food there. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, cleaned every day. There are plenty of pools to choose from and loungers to pick. The snack bar is okay when you order from the counter but the salad bar is the best thing about it. The waiting staff and bar staff are exceptional (especially Angel in the Sports Bar!), and they were brilliant with our 3yo daughter. Overall we had a fantastic time, but this should NOT be a 5 star hotel and the price does not reflect the quality.

Jan 2025 - Second time visiting this hotel and again, it didn't disappoint.
The rooms are clean, modern, spacious and perfect for families. There is a lovely feel to the hotel and lots going on. The main restaurant has a good selection of foods on offer for varying tastes and dietary needs, along with three a la carte restaurants, all fantastic. The food, I felt, had improved in comparison with last year.
The staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming.
A great hotel and a great holiday, would recommend.

Our bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Hotel is immaculately maintained…..large poolside areas and terraces which mainly cater for young families. Fantastic seaview from pool ..
Family friendly…. essentially caters for young families.
Staff busy … no personal service. Meals in main restaurant where buffet was served was a massive canteen … noisy … basic service from staff … shown table and given water… very much like a conveyor belt. Food was nothing to write about …repetitive and plain/boring.
Entertainment was easy to book.
Restaurants we found uninspiring and disappointing … essentially the same as that on offer in buffet … we went out several times despite being all inclusive.
Music was played loudly and daily outside pool non stop … unfortunately it was the same songs 24/7 … disliked this immensely…almost noise harassment…
My partner was ill on two separate nights when we ate and drank in hotel … could have been a reaction to seafood or ice in drinks … we decided to eat outside after that … fortunately he recovered ..
In summary decent hotel for very young families as they do seem well catered for … lifeguards at pools, lots of children’s entertainment and kids club.

I've been here 5 times, can't fault the hotel at all. It's very relaxing ( except in the kids area) but what do you expect. Sports bar is great place to be, people mixed well if that's what you want to do. All bar staff are great.
Stand out for me, Paddy in the family bar, Angel in both bars. Reception do all they can to help you. I had a minor problem on my 3rd last day, i spoke with a female manager. After a polite conversation we sorted it out. I will definitely be back again 😀😀😀😀😀

We stayed here with our two young children 4 and 2 in January. We had an amazing time.
The rooms were great. We were in block five overlooking the main pool and castle. Good distance from the lobby bar and buffet.
The buffet had a good selection of food each night. The ladon grill was the best out of the restaurants. The steak was perfect and it was a generous size.
We The splash pool and kids activities were perfect. The entertainment team were great and our usually shy 4 year old wanted to go to the activities every day.
