I've been here 5 times, can't fault the hotel at all. It's very relaxing ( except in the kids area) but what do you expect. Sports bar is great place to be, people mixed well if that's what you want to do. All bar staff are great. Stand out for me, Paddy in the family bar, Angel in both bars. Reception do all they can to help you. I had a minor problem on my 3rd last day, i spoke with a female manager. After a polite conversation we sorted it out. I will definitely be back again 😀😀😀😀😀

Hotel gorgeous, immaculate condition, food good, entertainment excellent, variety of pools excellent castle is outstanding. It’s a blow you away hotel. Room is stunning and Massive. I’m made up with how gorgeous the room is. However, air con could be colder. In the whole hotel and in room. The room was so warm last night but we are hoping a day of having it switched on it will be cold tonight. Buffet restaurant is also mega warm and needs air con. Ruins the eating experience for us as we hate being this warm. Service excellent staff great, only issue is we waited 50 minutes to check into the desk don’t know why it took so long (there was only about 4 guests ahead of us) but after a long day of travel with a baby it was really frustrating. My baby was going mental as it was past her bedtime and I just needed to get her to the room. We requested a baby cot before arrival but it didn’t arrive to the room until 10.30pm (hours after we arrived) which also caused issues but it was eventually sorted. If they can sort these issues it would be a perfect 5*+++++ hotel for us..

Unfortunately, not a 5-star resort, the floor in the room was not clean on arrival. There was a sewage smell when the shower was initially turned on. The moisturising cream was empty on arrival, and despite 2 cleans, it was not replaced. They pushed two beds together, but the beds could not be locked, so they moved throughout our stay. The dining experience was an adventure due to poor layout and no issues with the staff who were extremely hard working and helpful. The adults only infinity pool area was really nice, and a similar small adults only dining area would have been nice. Limiting attendance to entertainment/ theatre and also stopping other entertainment at 22:30 seemed a bit of a buzz kill. Overall, it was a very nice resort and really lovely staff. Just needs to be tweaked a little to get it up to 5 star standards.

Had a great week, perfect for families with young children. Entertainment had great variety and to a very high standard, our 3 year old absolutely loved it. Hotel was clean, rooms very spacious and modern (we stayed in a family room). Food options were great 3 a la carte option in a week and great variety on the buffet. All in all a great week. We would definitely book again in the coming years.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, my 2 year old daughter cried to come home. She’s had the best time doing all the activities by the pool, going in the splash pools, loved the mini disco every day and pizza making in the Italian a la carte. The shows are incredible, the facilities are all spotless and look brand new - it’s one of the best hotel gyms I’ve been to. The gym classes are fantastic, special shout out to Lucas and Francesca for fantastic gym classes - these guys have so much energy and make working out on holiday enjoyable! The a la cartes are superb, fantastic service in the steakhouse from Domingo and in the Asian from Sonia and the team. The Italian was really good for our little girl and the food was delicious. The buffets are great, always lots of fresh choices and something for everyone. My daughter loved choosing her own food from the kids buffet. We are blown away and will definitely be back! I can see why everyone raves about it!
