This hotel is fantastic. The entertainment and kids club is phenomenal. They are all generally happy to be here entertaining the children and make it a part of their day to interact with all the children individually. Our girls have loved every second. The hotel is clean and well kept and the food is of a good variety

The hotel is beautiful, it has everything we need for our trip away. All rooms, toilets, etc are kept super clean. The only thing I would say is that the variety of the buffet food could be a little better. After being here for 10 days, we’ve seen a lot of the same food. Would definitely book again though, this hasn’t put us off!

We had a wonderful experience here. 5 days weaves spent there with kids age 2-7 and they thoroughly enjoyed their time, lots of activities, uncountable pools, food was lovely, plenty of choice. Whoever complained about food - come on, there's like a 1000 choices each time to eat! Everything is fresh, every staff member is attentive and lovely. Rooms were huge and comfy. It was my birthday while we were there and they left a little unexpected surprise also. Very nice experience. Would love to come back.

Lovely hotel. Quiet location but hotel has lots to do. Rooms are beautifully laid out. Very spacious and while big resort, very easy to get around. ALL staff are amazingly helpful and facilities are really good. Dream Factory is a great addition. Buffet food was nice....not always very hot and sometimes laid out strange (for example ice cream machine and sweets beside the fish starters, kinda weird!) Mo Salah, Megan and Nicky were just 2 of the wonderful staff members and each staff member is very pleasant and always very very very helpful. We will return for sure

This holiday has been one of the best family holidays we've been on. The hotel provides lots of entertainment for everyone to be involved. The hotel is very clean & well replenished. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The location is probably a bit too far out if you want to go venture to places but with there being lots of things to do within the hotel this doesn't matter too much! I would recommended this hotel to everybody, both my girls have loved it! The castle is the highlight of the hotel!
