Our stay here during the Christmas holidays, including New Year's Eve, was nothing short of amazing. It's truly been our best vacation in a long time!
The weather in the south of Tenerife is simply spectacular, like summertime. We even went for a swim at the beach in December, which felt incredible! The hotel itself is stunning, with excellent facilities, delicious food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The staff is so friendly and you can tell that the hotel management pays close attention to the little details that make a stay truly special. Everything was perfect from the beginning till the end
We will definitely be coming back and can recommend this place 100%.
A huge thank you to all the staff who worked tirelessly to make our holidays so special. You truly made this experience unforgettable.
See you again soon!

They put enormous effort into maintaining the beautiful environment. The food is excellent. The service is great. The rooms are well worn and my bed, my wife and I had single beds, squeaked a lot. Air con controls are dated. Otherwise they have everything you need including a fridge. I would replace the bath with a shower tray and upgrade the tv with something you can stream to. Wifi is excellent throughout the resort in both speed and signal strength.

A little review from our stay last week.
Paid £1300 with Jet2, 5 nights, 2 adults + 1 child (12years) for February half-term, so had a very good deal.
Weather was beautiful. 24° every day with clear blue skies☀️. Needed a light jacket at night.
The resort itself is really beautiful with huge pools (plenty of sunbeds), gorgeous landscaping and gorgeous sea views. It's nice and spread out so you don't feel like you're on top of everyone. The walk as you go out of the hotel and to the right along the sea front is really lovely.
Our side sea view room in block 5 (top floor) was neutral, immaculately clean and well maintained with a great pool and sea view. The wristbands are your room key, so no need to worry about taking a key card everywhere!
Drinks were good - we stuck to cocktails, beer & wine. The little cocktail bar just below the terrace was our favourite place to sit with a drink after dinner.
Service at this cocktail bar, pool bar and snack bar was excellent!
In our opinion the food wasn't great, especially at the main buffet restaurant. More like a standard 3* all-inclusive. We tried the Italian and Mexican a la cartes and they weren't very good. More thought needs to go into the menus and flavours - very bland!
Breakfast at Portofino was better for us - especially for the pancakes!
The snack bar suited us for lunch as it was made to order, so always hot with a nice salad selection. The grill buffet lunch wasn't too bad either.
Service at the Grill for lunch/Mexican evening was fantastic- your glass was never empty and a nice welcome.
The snack bar service was also great.
The Indian restaurant (independently owned) was excellent and we really enjoyed our meal here👌.
Also walked to a local restaurant on the seafront, Nero Sul Mare, and had a beautiful meal whilst watching the sunset.
All in all we had a brilliant family holiday and for the price we paid it was excellent value for money, and we'd return if we got a good deal in the future!

I booked this place after seeing 17k positive reviews but after staying 3 nights there I can say I would never go back there.
I think the people who rated 5star are not well traveled.
Let’s start with the good side of it: the outside, the pool area and the view and having a gym
Now lets get to the real thing:
1-we found hair in our food from the buffet for 3 times, the quality of food was average and not much variations, the staff looked annoyed and not friendly in the restaurant and been smashing plates around
2- bathroom with moulds and no ventilation, very old hairdryer
3-old elevators and so confusing as each lift goes to somewhere different
4- there was only one soap provided for 3 people and 3 nights, also no slippers provided
5- the bedsheets were not very clean
6- they charge you 3.50 euros a day for using the safe
7- the water in jacuzzi and pools been cold and not enjoyable
8- the location is not that great a very steep heel to get to the bus stop and not much around and bear in mind uber is very expensive here
9- the entertainment at nights was not great either just some singers and the majority of guests were not young so boring in a same time.
10- €40 charge to be able to use some sunbeds which is crazy
The outside was very nice but I would never visit again, from now on I won’t trust good reviews.

Just had the best week here, not looking forward to going home tomorrow! Where to start.. The kids club was incredible. Erica and the staff seemed to work all day and night keeping the kids entertained. Best kids club I've ever seen. Loads of activities including in the pool and they were different every day.
The entertainment staff really made the holiday. Sara, Ernesto, Lucia and the rest of the team were really friendly, getting everyone involved in the games which were loads of fun and plenty going on all day. The food was great, could always find something to eat. There's also a restaurant and snack bar by the pool for lunch. Service in the main restaurant and a la cartes was great. Continuously re filling drinks. Self service drinks at bars which was good and the bar staff work really hard. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. I've seen reviews saying its not modern and that's ridiculous as they have beautiful traditional decor which would be a tragedy to change. It's like paradise here. Met a few people that say they come here every year and we can see why. So glad we booked this as a last minute break. Hopefully be back again! Natalie, Mike and Grace x
