Our stay here during the Christmas holidays, including New Year's Eve, was nothing short of amazing. It's truly been our best vacation in a long time! The weather in the south of Tenerife is simply spectacular, like summertime. We even went for a swim at the beach in December, which felt incredible! The hotel itself is stunning, with excellent facilities, delicious food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is so friendly and you can tell that the hotel management pays close attention to the little details that make a stay truly special. Everything was perfect from the beginning till the end We will definitely be coming back and can recommend this place 100%. A huge thank you to all the staff who worked tirelessly to make our holidays so special. You truly made this experience unforgettable. See you again soon!

Communication is quite poor. At the restaurant, no one usually offers us drinks after we are escorted to our table. We have to constantly try to get the attention of staff. They also only seem to focus on a few tables and ignore others. Only one staff has been lovely so far. I am underwhelmed and surprised that there are so many positive reviews as in comparison to other hotels around the world, they have a lot to learn about customer service in the restaurant. On the plus side there are a lot of sunbeds and the room cleaning and other staff around the pool are mostly pleasant.

A dreadful, dreadful hotel. Unless you like your holidays to be like a downmarket holiday camp in the sun. Nothing good to say about the hotel other than the beds are big. The photo's make this place look great, they must be a decade old. The hotel is tired, the rooms cleaned with eyes shut, cock roaches all over the place. The food is bland, and tasteless. The staff are over stretched. Great place if your idea of heaven is 2 star facilities, and drinking the local beer out of a plastic quarter pint beaker by the noisy pool on stained sunbeds. No ta. Please, please, don't do it to yourself.

Wonderful hotel, lovely food. Clean room and resort and amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Entertainment team very funny and inclusive for all guests. Great daily entertainment by the pool. Fun and interesting competitive games.

Fabulous, if your looking for peace and quiet then this is for you, service excellent, food to good hence the stone I put on 🙄 it was spotless clean, fresh towels daily by pool area, I should have asked for pool view but that was my fault. I'd go back, everything you need is there, little shops ect, very expensive though, so bring your own creams ect. Yep would 💯 recommend this hotel.
