This is our third stay in the last year and it’s safe to say we love this place! This hotel is filled with authentic Spanish charm! The staff are incredible with our little girl, which we really appreciate and the animation team make sure there is always something to do for her! The rooms are slightly dated but they are spotlessly clean and always kept to a high standard by the cleaning team! The food is a really good standard and we always find something to satisfy every member of the family! Overall a fantastic hotel, we’re gutted it will be closed for refurbishment next year but will definitely be back when it reopens!

Great hotel, fantastic staff, quality food, clean and a pleasure to stay in. 3 very inviting and glorious pools but only 1 was heated when we came late March. A tad cold to enjoy the other 2 but if you come in summer, I think you'll be in for a treat Great for a family, friends or couples retreat. Self service for spirits, beer and wine at 2 out of 3 bars, cocktails at 2 bars - all very nice and does the job well Having it set out with self serve helps keeps the queues down! If you like a cuppa in the morning, recommend bringing a travel kettle and supplies as you need to pay 15€ plus deposits, or across the resort for that first sip. Smoking only in designated areas. There are enough of em and they're close to everywhere so that it's not a problem, but nice to have a heads up Rooms are a tad tired from wear over the years but certainly not bad by any standards. Big comfy beds, nice balcony, large bathrooms and enough floorspace to have a boogie The hotel is a tad out of the way but it's a short trip in a taxi to the key areas, and there are sufficient shops in the town for any of those necessities. This hotel has the same feel of others in the chain and it has a high amount of return customers so they're are most certainly doing a lot of things right! Big shout out to Mary at the pool bar and Silvestre at reception. My service superstars of the trip!

Our stay here during the Christmas holidays, including New Year's Eve, was nothing short of amazing. It's truly been our best vacation in a long time! The weather in the south of Tenerife is simply spectacular, like summertime. We even went for a swim at the beach in December, which felt incredible! The hotel itself is stunning, with excellent facilities, delicious food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is so friendly and you can tell that the hotel management pays close attention to the little details that make a stay truly special. Everything was perfect from the beginning till the end We will definitely be coming back and can recommend this place 100%. A huge thank you to all the staff who worked tirelessly to make our holidays so special. You truly made this experience unforgettable. See you again soon!

A fantastic family holiday!! Could not fault the staff, especially the animation team. They went above and beyond for the kids! The whole place was spotlessly clean, and the food was great. Can't hugely comment on location as we barely left the whole week we were there! Would go back again in a second!

It's a great place with a fantastic entertainment team. Lucia, Carlos, and Ernesto were excellent. The food in the all-inclusive hotel is really great and high-quality. The beverages are also great, so you are not sick every morning from bad-quality drinks. All that is really high standard and good quality. The only why one star is less than five is because rooms are incredibly outdated. Everything is broken, not working and really outdated, staff are amazing, and they do what they can, but they can't clean and maintain what has to be changed or painted or fixed. I stayed in that room just to sleep, and rest time was out to have fun, so I did not feel so terrible about this, but people who like to stay a bit more in their room - I guess have to choose some other hotel.
