One of the most remarkable resorts I have visited. Everything was perfect - accommodation, dinning, guest service were all 10/10. We were so fortunate to have Beauty as our Villa Host. She took such great care of us and went above be and beyond to organize very memorable trips for us- she even followed up during each of the trips to make sure we were having a good time. The resort collected us from the airport in a very comfortable mini van and explained each of the areas of the island as we made our way to the hotel. All staff were fluent in English and made sure our needs were always taken care of. The rooms were amazing - we had a two bedroom suite with the most comfortable beds and pillows, amazing showers and both an infinity pool and hot tub! Could not recommend this hotel enough- we will certainly be looking to stay at a banyan in the future. Thank you Beauty and Team!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Samui. We were stunned by the view from the villas perched on the mountainside. The rooms are designed to take maximum advantage of the view from every room. We enjoyed family conversations in the hot tub and at the table overlooking the bay. But perhaps we were most impressed by the service levels, especially by our friendly concierge Chan and the staff at both restaurants and the spa.

We had a wonderful stay of 8 nights at Banyan Tree Samui. From pick-up to drop-off at the airport the stay was 100 % perfect. Professional service was provided by a highly enthusiastic, service-oriented and dedicated team. The combination of professionalism with a heartfelt personal touch provided by our villa host, but also by other staff members, was outstanding. Dietary requirements were always well communicated and taken into consideration, e.g. by preparing special dishes during breakfast. Also the spa provides great service. A special occasion during our stay was very well taken care of by the staff.

This was a hidden gem! Each Villa sits on stilts and has wonderful beds, wall to wall glass doors that open to your own infinity pool, a huge soaking tub I could float my body in and a separate indoor/outdoor shower that feels like it's own oasis. The food is fantastic and if you get to the beach early you can have your own cabana. The beach restaurant will come by & take your order for lunch, too. I highly recommend the Tiger Prawns. Breakfast is at the restaurant that is cliff side with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Thailand and the cove beach below. I liked their eggs & variety of breads along with the blueberry jam. I also liked the fresh fruit. Plenty of baked goods & accommodating to food allergies. Breakfast staples from many countries. If you like walking hills, taking a stroll through nestled villas and gardens to the beach or breakfast is so serene. There are also cart drivers who will pick you up & take you wherever you want to go on the grounds, all part of the experience. And speaking of experiences the Rainforest is a fantastic immersion in self care. I had to modify it to fit my limitations & they were most accommodating. From spas to seaside stand up boarding Banyan Tree Samui is a garden oasis of respite & care that actually got me to relax & forget about the outside world. And that feeling is still with me :)

Service is un matched and welcoming.
We have room E07 and it has the most spectacular ocean view.
