Spent a week here from 10 November to 17 November 2024 in a twin room. Staff are all so friendly, and it was good to have some banter with them with my very little Spanish especially the guys in the Lobby bar and the waitresses in the Nimbra restaurant! Relatively busy but there are plenty of sun loungers and seats in the restaurant. The cocktails at the pool bar are delicious, so had to try them all!I The hotel is about 30 minutes away (if walking) from Costa Teguise, but there are regular buses. As we were all inclusive we didn't venture far, but we had a fantastic time. My first time in Lanzarote and I left with wonderful memories. Would recommend this hotel. Weather was 24-26 degrees every day, a bit higher than Scotland in mid November!!!

Exceptional experience from start to finish. Good food selection. Bad staff are exceptional and their worth ethic is amazing so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend going all inclusive royal level. Highly recommend this resort. This was our second time at Barceló and would definitely come back for a third time!!

The resort is really nice, the junior suite room is very spacious, the bed super comfy. The royal level heated pool is nice! The food isn't great, the food cooked at the grill is good but the rest could be improved, it gets dry after a while that is out, the quality should be better considering it's a 4 star resort.

Booked stay in this hotel but once arrived and walked around - switched to Sol Lanzarote.
Why:
- we have little children and came to the first line hotel for the sandy beach. There's no beach around this hotel - only rocks (which should be stated somehow in the description).
- not very inclusive for the pushchair, the roads are not obvious, the lifts are narrow.
General impression after a couple of hours spent there - the hotel "wants" to seem better then it is.
I'm not saying it's bad, it just wasn't good particularly for us.
