A fabulous holiday at this beautiful hotel. Amazing location, delicious food and made even more wonderful by the staff who all went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect during our stay. They were all friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. This was our first visit and we certainly hope to return. Thank you for all the help you gave to us both during our stay. Let's start with the positives, staff are very nice, room always cleaned, food selection was good and food at the pool bar fantastic! Very clean hotel, beds are amazing! Location of the hotel is lovely but the down sides sadley outweigh the good. I have stayed in many 5* hotels and have never come across a €50 a day to rent the outside 4 poster beds where all other hotels have been Included! the pools where cold 🥶 and you have to pay extra to use the sauna and steamer, you only get 1 towel change per week, and the people walking past the hotel room can see straight through so no privacy at all unless the curtains are closed. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again for the price we paid. Had a cheaper holiday at a 4* in lanzarote last year for a £1,000 less that included all the above.

Been here previously, stayed again last week. We keep coming back for the location we love and the stunning views - some of the best sunsets anywhere! The staff and facilities here are excellent, always friendly. We stayed B&B this time and enjoyed fabulous breakfasts. Pools and pool bar area excellent, though some refurbishment is going on but seems well managed. The only criticism we would have would be that the rooms (in the older part of the building, we were in 340) are getting a bit tired and are ready for refurbishment though perfectly clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will be back at some point in the future.

The hotel is situated on beach, pool area has great view of the ocean. Breakfast here wqs phenomenal, truly the best Ive ever had in a hotel. It was very clean and the staff is great. The only downside for me was evening entertainment blasting full volume of live music or some kind of entertainment until 23 o'clock and us being so tired after full day of exploring the island it was a bit frustrating. Also the TV is not smart and you can only watch satellite TV.

It was a nice hotel indeed for our focus which was: Close to Los Gigantos, accessible to other places by car and walking distance to other restaurants. The guests were indeed 50+ that stayed there which we did not mind, as many activities were provided for young/senior 😉 Pool area was great though we came during the windy time, had the Balinese bed booked which is a high recommendation. Breakfast was included and the various offerings ensures to satisfy any taste buds, though more vegetables cooked could be a bigger bonus as well (they had it at the gluten-free section). Fresh Orange juice was the best we ever had!! We were just surprised that though the price per night was quite high, the Spa usage was NOT included and we had to pay 12€ extra pp. In overall friendly staff that were helpful to give us advices on what to do.
