Everything was perfect. Great food, lots of choices for everyone and the Christmas dinner was to die for! The kids club was so helpful and our son loved it. Everybody was so kind and you really had a feeling that they care for their guests. We went for the all inclusive option and we never complained. The superior room was huge and spacious with a view at the pool. A special shout out to Eduardo who has made our dining experience another level. Eduardo was always smiling and playful and always on top of the things - a master in his element. Thank you for making our stay even better with your humour and kindness.

4* hotel. Looks fab when going in but needs updating. We came last year and it has gone downhill. The food was barely eatable as it was cold- the ice cream was warmer than the main course. Rooms are ok and staff at reception are helpful but restaurant staff clear your table before you have finished. Won’t be returning again

Clean, lots of hot water. Comfortable beds. Friendly , professional, and helpful staff. Wide selection of food. Restaurant staff are hard working, keeping all areas clean and tidy. Christmas gala dinner was excellent, so too the New Year’s Eve Dinner. Evening entertainment would be more comfortable if the inside area was used rather than at the pool area.
Good Internet link and tv channels.

Lovely hotel, food was amazing for all inclusive! Drinks were good although the pool bar was hard to get service from, often I'd leave due to others being served before me - I did feel a bit invisible sometimes! Pool was lovely and evening entertainment wasn't bad. We did book a double bed and got a twin, while we could have complained at the time we got there it just felt too much hassle but was disappointing. Great location for the main strip and beach bars

Confused by the bad reviews just got home after a 10 night stay and couldn’t fault the place. Staff friendly, rooms cleaned daily poll area well kept and cleaned regularly. Great location. Yes the food isn’t amazing but its a tenerife all inclusive why are people expecting Michelin star quality food. Good selection of food for every meal different themes on the evening buffet. All of it alright and decent enough to eat. If your a normal person then its a great hotel. If your expecting red carpets rolled out and fine dining experiences then go somewhere else. Id 100% return
