Everything is superb and flawless here. We really have a good time. Staff are so helpful and willing to give us genuine support to cater our stay. We will definitely come back. The service is just unmatched and I am yet unable to find this quality like Centara.

Me and my family stayed here for the second time, last time was in June and this time we stayed for 2 weeks here in August during school holidays for the kids. This is such a kids friendly hotel, all the staff by the pool are very attentive and always so friendly. We love the beach of the hotel and the big green lawn is a paradise for kids who like to play football. Hotel breakfast is very tasty and has a big variety. Hotel service is top notch. We will definitely come back again for our next family holiday!

This hotel was just flawless. From the wonderful staff , to the perfect location and outstanding overall service. It was hard to decide whether we swan in the sea or one of the amazing pools. The food at the restaurants was delicious. A big thank you to Neil ( the GM ) who made our honeymoon even more memorable. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this superb hotel to our friends and family.

8/10 We are a couple who would like a peaceful vacation. We had a great time in centara, spending most of the time at the adult only infinity pool which was beautiful. Yes, hotel is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are great & luxury. Service is just great – everything you asked happened at once. Gym is maybe the best i saw in hotel: big and well equipped. but it's just not worth it as its way over priced. Disliked · EXTREMELY over priced & terrible value for money. For a 5 star hotel rated 9.4 and over 400$ per night We had high expectations that didn't met. To me, it feels this hotel fails especially at 3 major things: value for money, crowded, mediocre quality breakfast. - Too crowded & too noisy for a luxury hotel It feels like hotel have around 300 rooms. This hotel can get busy and too noisy as there are many families with young kids & babies. Maybe great for families, less for couples. - Breakfast: 6/10. A big disappointment Good coffee. Amazing diversity - but what about quality? Bacon are over cooked, eggs (of all kinds) just not good enough. Many fruit juices, but artificial taste, while they can definitely do better. Me and my wife stayed here with another couple - there was not even ONE dish we all could say was really good. - Location It seems like the main attraction at night happens at Ark bar- which was too far to walk, so you have to take taxi.

It’s our first time in Koh Sumai, after researching Centara was our choice due to location and reviews. Mini bar is replenished everyday without the charge. We are disappointed with the room, there is no room to seat, just the bed. There is no place to unpacked and organize your clothes as it’s only open small space to hang your clothes in front of the sink. After paying more than $3500 for 4 nights we expected little better rooms. This resort is great for families not couples. Gym is well equipped but little dusty floors near the walls. Steam room and showers are not upto the par. We have an ocean front room which is great to hear the soothing sounds.
