We stayed here in March 2025 for our honeymoon for 6 nights. If I could rate the hotels rooms and service 6 stars, I would. The location is also super convenient in Chaweng with plenty of shops, restaurants and massage parlours nearby. The resort is super luxury, the little added touches like daily treats, the free minibar and the lavish breakfast buffet were beyond my expectations. The staff were so extremely helpful, I’m terrible with names but Sao, Peck and the boys at the pool all went above and beyond. For example the pool boys would move our stuff to nicer seats while we were in the water as they knew we were trying to get a spot in the shade. The housekeeping staff noticed we weren’t having Coke from the minibar so asked us if we’d prefer Diet Coke. There were dozens of these nice little touches that genuinely went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, it was the perfect lux resort for a relaxing holiday.

We spent two wonderful weeks as a couple at Centara Reserve Samui. We were particularly impressed with the immaculate property – everything from the pool to the beach was perfect. The location is breathtaking and unique, and the beautifully landscaped gardens truly impressed us. We especially appreciated that complimentary drinking water was always available. The staff were very friendly and consistently helpful, and we always felt well taken care of. The hotel's chat system worked wonderfully, allowing us to quickly communicate our needs. Our modern hotel room was excellent, with the shower and bed being our favorite features. However, we found that there were too few closets and storage spaces for clothes and personal items. Breakfast was pleasant but somewhat limited; for our taste, there was not enough variety in jams, fruits, and cold cuts. For instance, the pineapple could have been better prepared by removing the core. Nevertheless, we always found something that we enjoyed. The poolside dining was good. The gym is well-equipped; however, during our visit, the treadmills repeatedly malfunctioned and stopped mid-run. Despite several reports of the problem, it was only resolved much later. With a few minor adjustments, the hotel could more fully live up to its five-star standards. Overall, our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable, and we had a wonderful holiday at this remarkable hotel.

I have been coming to this hotel for the past three years and each time I will stay for more than 2 weeks, the staff here makes me feel that I’m coming home. The smile, the warmth of each of them truly embodies authentic Thai hospitality. Nothing is too much to ask, they are always there to help and to support. The design of the hotel is so tasteful, rooms are spacious and the resort is always so clean. The restaurants in the hotel are of a wide range of styles, I particularly like the Salt Society, always a good vibe and the Sunday brunch is the best on the island, with some great vibes with live band and fab DJ. Act 5 the steak house did the best Prawn Cocktail even a little spicy but the flavour was outstanding. The steak a rib eye I asked for the chef to cook it as he thought the meat deserved. OMG it was outstanding of this world, thank you chef and the staff. The beach in front of the hotel is the best in Samui, the water is so clear and I always go for a swim in the ocean because it’s just so pleasant. There is also several pools suitable for all ages and an old man’s adult pool which is nice and quiet. I like to be by the general pool near the fan pool bar and watch life go by. Sit and have lunch watch life on the beach go by. Also great service either in the pool on a stool having a cocktail or sat eating. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a memorable holiday in Thailand, and enjoy getting spoilt by the staff and food. I will keep coming back for sure!

Relaxing, Delicious, and Exceptional Service We had an amazing 11-night stay at Centara Reserve Samui. The location is perfect—a quiet, beautiful beach, yet close to everything you need. The resort is stunning, with lush greenery and well-maintained grounds. Our Luxury Ocean King Room was spacious enough, though the hotel is a bit dated—but this didn’t affect our stay. Early check-in after a 17-hour flight was a huge plus, and they also accommodated a late check-out due to our evening flight, which was much appreciated! Service is outstanding! The staff are incredibly attentive, always anticipating your needs. A small issue at Salt Society (slow cocktails) was handled immediately, with management covering our bill—huge thanks to Aey (manager at Salt Society) for her fantastic service. Food & drinks were a highlight! Almost everything at Salt Society, The Terrace, and San Ga was delicious, with surprisingly high-quality cocktails—some of the best we’ve had at a 5-star resort. Must-try: Passion Fruit Apple (gin-based), Wagyu Burger, Lobster, and Sunday Brunch at Salt Society. Prices? Fair for a high-end resort. Yes, cheaper options exist outside, but the quality and service here are worth it. Would we return? Absolutely!
