As a family of four with two young children, finding the right hotel can be challenging, but this was undoubtedly one of the best choices we’ve ever made. While the hotel isn’t brand new, its charm more than makes up for it. The facilities are excellent and thoughtfully maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well cared for. From the moment we arrived, their warm and attentive service made a lasting impression. The location is ideal for families, with plenty of nearby attractions and activities suitable for all ages. Whether we were exploring the local area or simply relaxing at the hotel, it felt perfectly tailored to family needs. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for great service, excellent facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. We look forward to coming back!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience here. The room was amazing and the service was above and beyond. We were upgraded to a luxury suite, the view was beautiful. The experience was amazing! The view from our room was beautiful and breakfast was very good, with a lot of choice. I would particularly mention receptionist Jaime, who was very helpful and attentive to our needs. It’s admirable to see such people working hard with a smile on their face and kindness towards guests. Definitely one of my favourite hotels and I recommend it with all hands!

Rooms are absolutely excellent with comfortable beds and top end TVs. The hotel staff are very friendly and efficient. The swimming pools are wonderful. Just one thing on our first day the hot food at the breakfast bar was cold. I made a review and the Chef came out and immediately fixed the problem. We now have a hot breakfast. It is a very positive sign when a Hotel checks its reviews and does everything to make improvements so that guests have a great stay. Thank you.

We loved our stay here, the afternoon tea was amazing and so filling. Such a good deal as well. The rooms were clean and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. We really liked that there was an adults only pool and they served ice coffee. Also it was nice that there were so many restaurants right on the property.
