I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that is perfectly situated in a fantastic location. From the moment we arrived, the staff truly stood out as incredible hosts; they were not only very welcoming but also exceptionally good with children, making our little ones feel special and at ease. This warm atmosphere really set the tone for our stay and made it all the more enjoyable. The rooms were excellent—spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring the area. We chose the half board option, which turned out to be a fantastic decision. The hotel offers a selection of three different restaurants, each serving high-quality food and boasting attentive service. It was delightful to have so many dining options available, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals every evening. Upon check-in, the staff were extremely friendly and greeted us with genuine smiles, making us feel at home right away. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist us with any questions or requests throughout our stay were commendable. It’s clear that this hotel is committed to providing an exceptional experience for its guests. While I can’t really find anything significant to complain about, I did notice that the rooms could use some updates here and there to enhance their appeal further. Nevertheless, this did not detract from our overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay, as it truly exceeded our expectations.

Rooms are ok Location is fine if you prefer to live exactly on a busiest street for nightlife Spa facilities are disastrous. Sauna is below 60, door is broken. Hamam is above 80 and steaming all over the pool. 70% of the lockers are not lockable. 5 stars? Hmm

An exceptional 10+ property that has added small gestures that show they appreciate the guests such as: Gifts of local spirits to chocolates. The fantastic aroma spritzing of the room, something I’ve never had around the world. The room is superior and bed perfect with soft sheets to plush pillows that includes feather to firm. On-site has everything you need or want for the stay in guest from Spa to swim, sauna both steam and wet to the Marble Room that is warm to lay and relax the mind and body. Want a message or treatment, that’s on-site too and a gym. Multiple bars to a casino and a rooftop bar and pool in the summer. Staff is attentive and professional.

Absolutely stunning! The InterContinental Malta exceeded all expectations. The breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea from our room were simply mesmerizing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay truly unforgettable. The hotel's luxurious amenities, including the world-class spa and infinity pool, were top-notch. The food at the restaurants was delicious, with fresh local ingredients and innovative dishes. We can't wait to return to this paradise!

I visited one of the top hotel chains in the world today and wanted to use their Spa. While the environment was very clean and the staff were helpful, the safety and storage facilities were extremely disappointing. There were no available lockers, many were broken, and the few that worked were insufficient. A hotel of this caliber cannot afford such shortcomings. I do not recommend using the Spa at this hotel.
