Lovely hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Almost a 5* but let down by a very average breakfast (for a five star hotel) and an expensive hotel bar (€14 for a large glass of house wine) Rooms are probably the cleanest possible in fact the whole hotel could not be cleaner. Pool area is beautiful and staff all wonderful. Concierge service exceptional. Location is great and we found using the local buses (bus stop at hotel) perfect. Would recommend

Gorgeous hotel! Staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic! Can't fault the place. We stayed in November 2024. Pool side just great. There was also a Pianist in the evening, both were fabulous. The Operation Manager Ahmed who was from Egypt and the Security Manager both really lovely guys and funny too! There are also a couple of restaurants to the side of the hotel that are on the complex and they were just great, food great and the staff adorable. Views from our rooms were beautiful. There is also a well equipped gym. I took the advice from Ahmed to eat like a king in the morning, and I followed that advice throughout the day! Hence my clothes were a little tighter when I arrived home!!!

I am so impressed with everything from check-in, to housekeeping and concierge and the gym employees, the towel service at the pool. The hospitality standards at this hotel is unreal. I am so impressed I couldn’t even wait till checkout to write this review. Also special thanks to Ahmed Aboushall for being so personable and kind at the restaurant. I am a hospitality professor at a university and what I saw at this hotel is what I teach my students. Thank you all very much.

First time here and on Malta. The choice of Hotel was at the spur of the moment and was clearly a good choice. Upgraded to a suit, which was nice and had a great balcony. Breakfast was very good. Overall service was excellent, especially the bar team.

Phenomenal hotel and I cannot recommend enough for a relaxing holiday. We stayed for 7nts with our young son and the staff could not have been more friendly, welcoming and supportive. The facilities are first class and every area was very clean. We really enjoyed the option of an indoor and outdoor pool as well as the option of a sea swim! In particular we’d like to mention Santosh at breakfast to made the effort to say hello to our son every morning and was very attentive.
