The rooms were clean, though I was expecting an upgrade but received a fairly standard room with a somewhat limited view of the marina. However, the closed balcony doors ensured the room was very quiet. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast, a very good dinner, and a more average lunch. The service at the hotel was pleasant, but I found it slightly disruptive to be asked twice whether my room was clean, which detracted from the overall experience. This might be a local practice, but it did feel unnecessary. The pools were lovely, although not heated. While the water purifier under the sink was a nice feature, the taste was less than ideal—improvements could be made to enhance its quality. Given the price, which is considerably higher than other hotels, I expected these details to be more refined. View to the sea from breakfast area was spectacular.

It's the Hilton. Food and service was good. It's a very big hotel so expect breakfast to be busy. We went out to the neighborhood for dinner so I can't comment on that. My biggest complaint is the pool hours...no night swimming is just a crime when one is paying these prices. Very busy neighborhood... extremely touristy, so don't expect anything to be cheap. Very kid friendly. Too many kids for me...but the adult only pool was a godsend with very responsive poolside drink service. I would absolutely stay here again.

My stay at Hilton Malta was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my trip was truly special, offering a level of service that exceeded all expectations. The facilities were superb, featuring a variety of amenities such as large tennis court, a fully-equipped gym, and a wonderfully clean and spacious room with a private jacuzzi. I also had the chance to visit the Blue Elephant restaurant, where I enjoyed a true Thailand experience—it was easily the best dining experience I’ve ever had. I also had the pleasure of experiencing their spa, which was an absolute highlight. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the serene atmosphere made it the perfect escape. The breakfast was one of a kind, with an incredible selection and impeccable quality. I highly recommend Hilton Malta for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

In a 5 star hotel to check in and to not be expected to have not even a bottle of water in your room is unacceptable. Calling a few times to reception to bring some water and after a few times and hours they brought. The staff is polite but that is all, service is not there. Room necessities are missing. They used to have good nesspreso machines, not anymore. Instant coffee is available. Any good coffee or water is on extra cost.
