We stayed 4 nights for our very first time on the Eden side! Only regret is that we wish we would have stayed longer. It was exceptional and we had a great time. The atmosphere was fun, sexy and what ever you wanted to make it sexier or relaxing. The attention to detail and service by staff was amazing. Our butlers Cesar and Daniel were on point, with every request and detail. Great jobs keep it up! Only issue we had was communication with reservations staff about transportation to and from the hotel. Half was dealt with at checkout with the front desk staff. The remaining issue we still have to deal with which is unfortunate as this put a bit of a damper on our experience. We will definitely be returning this year. Can’t wait to dress up for the theme nights. So great to meet so many couples that are like minded, and love how they dress up to impress!

My experience at Desire this January was lovely to say the least. The location is beautiful, with a great beach area to lounge around. The atmosphere is fun, the culture of Desire fits my speed of entertainment. The rooms are nice, even though I spent most of my time in the pool and jacuzzi. This resort is worth the value. The resort is very clean, shout out to all the housekeepers. They are amazingly fast at cleaning the room,s and the grounds are very clean. Staff clean all day long, even the common areas like the pool and jacuzzi are always clean. There are always fresh towels, and the public bathrooms are always clean. No problems about noise either. I also want to thank the playmakers who work very hard to entertain all the guests. Bam Bam, Bella, Chiara, Pina(Colada), and Maurico set the mood for the day. I love that the playmakers interact with the guests by playing volleyball and play pool side games with the guests. It's definitely the event of the day to look forward to every day of your stay. The spa staff is amazing as well, especially Jesu, who has A1 customer service. All of the chefs and waiters are also amazing. I would like to specially thank Julio at Flirty, the pool grill. He is always courteous and a mastermind at getting orders out fast, and the food is always made with love. I also like to specially thank Jesus from Suki, he's one of the best Teppanyaki chefs Suki has. very entertaining with makes the dinner show so much fun. The night shows are great, also shout out to the entertainers and playmakers again, who start the dance party on the dance floor. Best playmakers in Mexico! Desire has the best staff, shout out to the very talented bartenders. I think the bartenders can make any drink there is; they pour those spirits all day and all night, literally. Overall, Desire RM is the best place for couples, sexy dress-up, parties, and all-around fun! Definitely will be returning!

I love coming here because everyone is so friendly and helpful. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a great smile, and your entire stay feels really pleasant. The food has its good and bad moments. I just hope the buffet adds more variety, because most days it’s basically the same food, just presented differently. All the servers and bartenders we had were amazing—Africa, Jenny, Lalo, and others! Everyone was super kind and made us feel welcome. The entertainment here is much better than other resorts. You never stop laughing or having a good time. My favorite will always be Bambam, his charisma is unmatched, and every time we come back he remembers our names and welcomes us with so much joy. So many great things to say about this place. We truly love coming here. See you soon!!

We arrived as a married couple hoping for a fun getaway and left with memories we’ll cherish forever. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, respectful, and perfectly balanced between relaxation and excitement. We had such an amazing time that we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave and ended up booking an extra day just to stay longer. The connections we made were genuine and unforgettable. The service throughout the resort was exceptional, from the attentive and friendly waiting staff to the hardworking cleaning team who kept everything immaculate. Every detail reflected care, professionalism, and pride in the guest experience. Edgar at the coffee bar next to the gym was very attentive and makes great coffee. Carlos massage gave the wife a massage she will never forget. Jorge was part of the wait staff, he was our waiter one night at Suki and every night after the hot tub activitys ;) down at the Melange bar. He always had our BLT with burnt bacon (as requested) ready for us. Incredibly nice guy we hope to see next time. This resort exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful time at the resort. We stayed on the new side called Eden this time. Everything is brand new and upscale. Our poolside server Africa was always attentive and very welcoming. From the moment we arrived the butlers , maid service , playmakers and other staff were wonderful. We will definitely be back as soon as we can. Until next time Mexico 🇲🇽
