My wife and I were unable to complete our trip as planned so we cancelled it. Well that was on Sept 18, 2024. I have heard lie after lie! No one knows what is going on! I’ve been told I’d receive a phone or an email with an update… AGAIN NOTHING! I used uplift. They paid the resort in full. But, the resort will not return my money to uplift! They have ruined my credit because I’m not paying on something that was supposed to be refunded in November. This will never happen again with this company! Hopefully when I useTikTok and word of mouth as a nurse, sharing my experience with this resort/ company prevents others from making the same mistake … EDIT*** UPDATE*** The customer service rep emailed me demanding I change my rating! They have ignored me for months and lied to me about emailing me/ calling me back told me they would respond/update me never! I literally called every week after the 45 days they are allowed for refund. They would tell me management was in a meeting etc. this company and its staff are liars! They messed up my credit! And I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t do business with them!

First timers, very warm welcome, we enjoyed ourselves had a good time but at same time We have mixed feelings. For the good . Clean place, works are very helpful, the pool very nice the room smell good updated and clean room every day , (worker 100,%) bad , they need to paint the edges of all steps yellow so you can see ( one color hidden the edge) I did trip a cpl time cause I can not see it . Bathroom by pool need rubber mats all the way in . The last and biggest the food 1 out of 5 . Nice looking fun and upper class good but no TASTE . The food need a lot of help a lot don't go and think you getting good fun it's something just to eat until you get home . And side walks are leaning be careful .but now we know and yes will go back but know more now

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were well taken care of during our stay. Great resort that we will return to. We came right after a storm, so we had to travel through some rough terrain to get there after our flight but was well worth it.

Came on a day pass and usually come to RM but spent a great week at Pearl. I was happy to see Africa! We missed her on vacation when we came last year. Also my favorite Temptation Employee is now at RM- Lefranc- You are the absolute best and thanks for greeting us with a familiar smile and hug upon arrival for the day! Looking forward to spending a full week in the new expansion in 2025!
