Love this Disney Moderate Hotel! Ill bullet point for easy reading - Clean hotel, updated rooms - Great food choices at nice prices - Beignets are Amazing at Scat Cats. I could eat 100 everyday (check pictures)!! - Pool is so much fun. The kids love it. - Lobby has a fun New Orleans feel. - Only downside in my opinion is that it only has bus service to the parks and it is shared bus service with Riverside.

What a wonderful resort! It is absolutely gorgeous to walk around and the pool area is AMAZING! The only thing missing was an inviting check-in desk. I know there is the online check in now but there is something nostalgic about an actual desk and key. The food was very good and staff very nice.

We were super excited for our trip and this was our first time staying at this resort. Our room was very nice, clean, and mostly quiet. The hotel itself had very friendly and helpful staff, visits from characters, bustling for Easter and really great food! It had a playground for our kids, outdoor checkers/chess sets, and an arcade that was really fun for everyone. We enjoyed their Mickey Beignets one night as well! It was a quick drive to all the parks if you choose to not take their transportation. Overall, I would recommend staying here (we have stayed at at least 5+ resorts over the years and its easily in the top 3)! Will visit again in the future!

We enjoyed the relaxed pace of POFQ. If being honest, the rooms could be cleaner (thick layer of dust on the seating area in our room, limescale on the shower) and service is a little slow in the food court. We were only left 3 towels for a 4 person room and the paper/plastic cups were topped up during housekeeping. None of this spoiled the break though, hence still 4/5. However, overall its a good cheap and cheerful option for Disney. We loved the helpful bell hop service and found the concierge staff to be amazing.

It was a great hotel. A lot more compact than others in Disney we have seen. Given how much steps you clock up in parks, this was very welcome. Plenry of staff always on hand, always very helpful. The food in the restaurant was ok but could benefit from a bit more variation. You have access to the sister hotel too, so was nice to have a sit down meal in the resort that way. Overall, would consider it again.
