I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel for 3 days on my recent first trip to Kuala Lumpur. I must say that I am fully satisfied and impressed with the facilities offered. The rooms are spacious with a lovely view of the city. The place is very clean and the staff are all friendly and polite. As it is centrally located in the city , commuting is easy. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety spread. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay. Will surely recommend. Keep up the good work 👍👍

Compared to its sister properties, I would say this one stands out as the best. Initially, I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was very prompt. Although the room wasn’t clean upon arrival, housekeeping quickly addressed the issue within minutes. Some of the interiors are a bit worn, but as long as the room is clean and comfortable, I’m satisfied. Being located inside The Intermark is a huge plus, as you can easily find food and groceries without leaving the building. There’s also spacious parking available, provided there’s no event. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. I definitely love this hotel.

So for context I came to stay here on my honeymoon trip. My wife absolutely loved the hotel. Starting from warm welcome we received from the staff especially Adilla who was new there, despite that she did an amazing job. I liked her so much. I also appreciated the amazing work the manager Mustaqim did! The room was super clean the view was amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting KL.

The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There were so many options to choose from, catering to various tastes and preferences. The variety was fantastic, with fresh fruits, pastries, local dishes, and international favorites all beautifully presented. Overall, the hotel offers a top-notch experience with exceptional cleanliness and comfort. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This is my first time staying in a five stars hotel. Everything about the hotel service was very satisfying. The only thing that caught me by surprise was a small cockroach that appeared on my pillow just as I was about to go to bed… The cleaner did came to the room to settle the issue upon request, which I appreciate that. Being a highly rated hotel, I sincerely hope that the management could pay attention to this issue to avoid any unwanted bad review by future customers. Thank you. Everything was good nonetheless.
