I spent a lot of time deliberating on do i stay near pavilion mall or outskirts and i am soooo happy with the hilton. Food, location and service have been exceptional and I'd absolutely stay again. Love their crabtree & evelyn lotion, shampoo, conditioner, the welcome cookie, and the breakfast buffet with enormous variety!! Even the smell of their towels are great, can't put my finger on the scent.. rosewater? Sooo good. Being on the outskirts is also great as you avoid traffic, and if you need to get around anywhere its only a 10min grab ride which is like 4aud. Would absolutely stay again. If you can, get yourself an executive room that has access to the lounge because the 5 30 - 7 30pm wasn't just nibbles, it was an entire smorgasbord of cheese, spring rolls, sandwiches, baos, cakes, fruit, beers, wine, scotch, and Canapés. Well worth the upgrade if you're going to be close to the room at that time.

Double Tree by Hilton is by far one of the most valued for money 5-stars hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It is located at a convenient location, within a mall. The service of the staff are great, they provide really yummy cookies for you to welcome you while you wait to queue up for check-in. My husband and I loved the rooms - so spacious, beautiful, and so clean. We also loved the room amenities and soap (v good quality). We were pretty impressed by the extensive spread of their hotel Breakfast. Everything was great and nothing short of amazing. Thank you for such a comfortable and relaxing stay, we will be back!

This hotel earns a strong 4-star rating, excelling in most areas with one notable limitation. The location proves to be a significant advantage, offering convenient access to key areas of the city. This strategic positioning makes it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. The beds deliver excellent comfort, ensuring quality rest for guests. This essential aspect of any hotel stay meets the high standards expected from the Hilton brand. Staff performance stands out as particularly impressive, with team members demonstrating exceptional friendliness and attentiveness. Their service approach enhances the overall guest experience significantly. However, the pool area presents the only significant drawback. The predominantly shaded location and uncomfortable loungers without cushioning detract from what could be a perfect leisure facility. Despite this single limitation, the hotel's strengths in location, comfort, and especially staff service make it a highly recommendable choice. The combination of convenient positioning, comfortable rooms, and outstanding personnel creates a very satisfying stay experience, even with the pool area's shortcomings.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service and Buffet I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a restful experience. The staff were attentive and courteous, ensuring a pleasant stay. A special mention to Mdm Salmiah from the breakfast buffet team—she was always prompt in clearing used plates and keeping the dining area tidy. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide spread of delicious options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to Grab for hassle-free transportation. Overall, a great experience with excellent service, a comfortable stay, and a delightful buffet selection. Highly recommended!

Breakfast – An Absolute Feast! 🍽️🤩 One of the best things about my stay was the amazing food selection. The hotel offers a wide variety of cuisines—Indian, Malaysian, Chinese, Continental—you name it! With so many incredible options, I ended up eating way more than I planned every single time! 😆 Service 🌟 The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. From the front desk to the restaurant team, their service was top-notch. Overall Verdict ✅ If you're looking for a luxurious stay with great food, unbeatable location, and the best service, DoubleTree by Hilton KL is the perfect choice. Can’t wait to return!
