★★★★★ We recently stayed here for our first all-inclusive holiday in about fifteen years, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent—varied, fresh, and really high quality, especially the salads and fresh fish. The waiting staff were great, always attentive and helpful. The swimming pools were a huge hit with the kids, and there was plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Overall, a brilliant stay—thank you very much! Would definitely recommend for families.

The room was lovely, cleaned daily, spacious with a gorgeous private garden area with seating and sun loungers. Our double bed was just 2 singles pushed together, with separate single bedding on too. A double topper and bedding would have been nice, but the beds were comfortable. The staff were great, in particular Maciej, the PR guy, who was very knowledgeable about local points of interest. Abdul in the main restaurant was very helpful too. The staff generally were very pleasant, but there was always a long wait for drinks in the restaurant and often a queue at the bars. The staff were working very hard but it didn't seem like there was enough of them. The location was perfect for us, quiet, but within easy walk of Playa Blanca and a lovely area for swimming where you could see shoals of fish in the deeper waters. The volcano and walk around the crater was easily doable in less than 2 hours, back in time for breakfast The hotel overalls clean and well maintained. There were plenty of sun loungers and no tall buildings meaning day long sun

This is a lovely hotel with great pools and is perfect if you have kids. The rooms are a little shabby in places but overall were clean and large. We want to give 5 stars to the staff- specifically one of the waitresses Manuela. She is absolutely wonderful and works unbelievably hard. She also loves kids and made our 5 month old baby smile and laugh every day. Manuela really made our holiday more special- thank you so much!

Just back from a two week stay. Hotel and rooms are immaculate so clean and well looked after. Pools are amazing kids pull is warm and well played out our boys had a fantastic time. Kids entertainment was brilliant. Pepe was a massive hit. Adult entertainment was good and different every night. Food was good always a good selection something for everyone. Staff are so friendly and attentive. We needed a Doctor for our 3 year old. The hotel staff were amazing. As soon as I went to reception a Doctor was requested and a manager came straight to the room with me. Within 15 min we had a doctor at our door. Turns out he has tonsillitis medication prescribed and he’s back to being a wee monster lol. Both staff and management were concerned and asked how he was and offered any help they could. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks again to all the the staff for making our holiday fantastic

We are here for Easter week 2025. Have to say after reading some reviews, we were a bit apprehensive, however, we have had a brilliant holiday. Food is good, pools are clean, rooms are clean and staff are excellent! We came half board and changed dinner to lunches easily as we headed into the town and Marina at night. I most people go all inclusive and theee are plenty of snacks, drinks, sweets, ice cream etc to choose from. The beer is Cruz Campo on draft and is definitely not watered down! The gym is small but adequate with a cable machine being the choice. The free weights go up to 12kg. Overall, this Hotel is excellent value for money however, it’s a 15 minute walk to the local bars, out the main door take a right and another right and it’s all downhill and then €5 max for a taxi back up!! Note- The rooms are all ground level with your own large patio with beds, so if you don’t fancy the pool for day, just relax at your leisure.
