I recently stayed in this hotel for five days, and it was an exceptional experience. From start to finish, it was easily the best vacation we've ever had. The food was outstanding—every meal was a delight and surpassed our expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We dined at all the hotel’s restaurants and each one offered something unique and delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway with top-notch amenities and service. Highly recommend!

Just got back from a 4 nights 5 day stay here with 6 adults and 4 kids under 8.
We had three rooms shared between all of us. This resort is a great value for your money in terms of location to the beach, pool access, and a good variety of food offerings. The rooms itself are a bit outdated and needs updating and repairs. However, I wasn't too concerned about the rooms since most of the time was spent outside of the rooms. The beds were comfortable and we all slept fine.
What sets fiesta Americana apart is the workers. Almost all the workers at the resort are friendly and go above and beyond to help you. They are also all super friendly and really helpful you feel welcomed and at home. Prior to this condesa stay, I've also stayed at fiesta Americana coral beach and coral beach does have better overall amenities but both places have excellent staff who make your vacation.
My whole family enjoyed our vacation and made unforgettable memories because we felt welcomed and comfortable at this resort. I would recommend it to others.

I can't explain how Amazing this place is if you are looking for the best stop this is the place I tend to complain but not here it impossible. This is the most incredible experience I've ever had. The people AT the resort made me feel so welcomed and loved. If you fly in you must take taxi no more than $50usd. When you arrived at fiesta Americana first thing you do is ask for CARLA😍. You will thank me later. Carla made the whole experience so much better she literally hooked us up with so much extra things messages beds by the beach for FREE! Anyways y'all stop looking and reviews this is that place you are looking for. I review every so trust me.

Let me just say, I will never forget my experience at this place. Loved it so much I even missed my flight purposely to stay more days... staff is super friendly, remembered me by name. I didn't get to book any of the restaurants due to many people booking days in advance, but let me tell you. The different themed buffet every night was IT!! Room always clean after coming back to my room from activities around cancun, clothes folded ,bed perfectly made, I accidentally dropped my swimming clothes from the balcony to the 1st floor, Staff made it they're mission to get my property back. This place was so nice, we even saw people getting married here.. I'll definitely be coming back year after year and recommend this place for family and couples.

My wife and I have been here twice now and brought our friends this last visit. All you can eat sushi is a big seller for us along with great drinks/shots from the lobby bar. Gilberth, a bartender that we got to know was our go to nightly. Poole are great, good views from the infinity edge (upper) pool and snacks by the pool were a must daily. Definitely recommend walking down by the beach and getting the shrimp/fish tacos, they are to die for! A great resort that we wouldn’t hesitate to go back to!
