It was an average resort and we had a very average experience. 1. Sea water on the beach was very rough. 2. It was hard to find a quiet place to sit and drink. It was very difficult with our 1 year old baby. Babies are not supposed to be exposed to continuous music/sound of more than 80DB. Everywhere there was loud music playing, especially the lobby area was very noisy. Just because of this reason this place is not at all recommended with kids younger than 2 years old. 3. Room service was very slow. Sometimes we had to wait for 40 minutes to get bottles of drinking water. Used coffee mugs were removed, but were not replaced. The coffee machine was dirty and not working. We had two rooms, and our another room doesn't even have a coffee machine. 4. The room and it's fixtures were old. Few cabinet doors used to come out when pulled. 5. The pools were nice, but again it was difficult to find a quite shaded place around the pool. Pool water was also on the colder side. Jacuzzis around the pools were dirty. Few saving graces for this place were its food and the staff serving food and drinks. Food was great, all the restaurants were of high quality. Staff serving in the food and drinks were courteous and quick.

Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún All Inclusive has the best staff ever. They are friendly, helpful, and truly make you feel like family. The resort offers a great variety of activities for the whole family, and it features an amazing beach that is easily accessible. The food served here is absolutely delightful, featuring an impressive array of five-star quality dishes that cater to every palate. Guests can indulge in a lavish buffet filled with a diverse selection of flavors, or savor exquisite meals at the individual restaurants, each offering its own unique culinary experience. Whether you're in the mood for gourmet appetizers, succulent main courses, or decadent desserts, every bite promises to be a memorable one. The rooms are updated and modern while still providing a warm feeling. Our room faced the ocean and had a balcony, which made the trip even more memorable as we enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. It was very clean and tidy, and the mattress was super comfortable. The only thing missing was snacks and spirits. As for safety You can leave your belongings anywhere; they are very safe. No one touches them. Also, only registered vehicles can enter the property. We traveled with our 3-year-old son, and he had a blast! He will always cherish the memories of feeding the koi fish, enjoying the children's club, tasting the delicious food, and playing in the pools. Overall, I definitely recommend Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún All Inclusive. It's a wonderful place for couples and families, and it's conveniently located close to the airport, making shuttle times quick and easy.

The ocean view room we stayed in was amazing. A very spacious room. Lots of activities going on the entire day in the hotel. The bar opens at 11, which means unlimited booze all day. Also, they have 11 restaurants in the premises to choose from, all of them serving delicious food. The hotel staff makes you feel like a VIP. Highly recommended.

Wow. This place was paradise. In the front desk Kimverly did her magic and found us a room with a spectacular view. The staff from the restaurants to the cleaning services were friendly and accommodating. The buffet always had fresh scrumptious food and servers always worked hard to keep us happy and cups filled. I can go on and on. We will be returning in a few months to the hotel!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere made you feel like you are living in luxury. The food and drinks…breathtaking! You just melted with every bite or every sip because it was perfection! The rooms are huge! And the view is phenomenal! The bed is so comfy and the rain shower made you feel as if you were transported to a place of serenity. The fridges are stocked with drinks to your specifications at check-in and throughout the day. There’s 24-hour room service (my son could NOT stop ordering their chicken nuggets)!!! There’s a nightclub, nightly entertainment by the pool, ice cream shop, a massage spa, a gift shop, a wedding planner (on site), a gift shop, several restaurants to book a reservation, several buffet restaurants….the list is endless! This place, I would recommend to everyone! I’m glad that I became a travel agent because the opportunity to experience this was amazing…from Lisa’s Chic Travel & Tours!
