My stay at the Hilton Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort was absolutely fantastic! The entire resort is beautiful, clean, and perfectly maintained — everything you’d expect from Hilton and more. The food was delicious, the service top-notch, and the atmosphere relaxing yet vibrant. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Jorge from the breakfast buffet — he was truly amazing! So friendly, attentive, and professional every single morning. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a warm smile. Every meal felt special, the beach and pool areas were spotless, and the spa was pure relaxation. What made the biggest difference was the incredible staff — every single team member we met went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Nicely appointed, recently renovated mid-sized resort. Laid back, casual, family oriented. All rooms have sliding doors to either a large covered balcony(terrace), small Juliette balcony, or ground/pool level patio. Food was acceptable both at Buffett and at the 4 themed dinner restaurants. 24 hours room service and a coffee shop included in AI. On-site dinner reservation system could use some work. Would prefer no reservations unless Enclave or large party (6+), first come-first served and a buzzer system with 10 min no-show surrender. There is an Enclave(premium) stay option which provides Beachfront rooms and access to some exclusive areas, which is nice during peak occupancy times. Disappointing that beachfront accommodations are now Enclave only tho and therefore $$$, where there previously was a non-Enclave BeachFront option which was priced accordingly. Service throughout the resort was very good. Daytime entertainment staff was friendly and engaging. Evening themed shows/entertainment were family friendly and enjoyable. Would have preferred a bit more on site Adult nightlife, everything was shut down by midnight, including bars. Would have been nice to have a lounge/area with some music/dancing opportunities to encourage guest mingling that stayed open a bit longer (being a vacation destination), say 1:00 a.m? Beach, while narrow, was lovely with soft white sand and was well maintained. Rough water typical of the hotel zone, but lifeguards did a good job managing bathers. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

We just arrived home from the Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe and really enjoyed the vacation. Smoking was not super convenient but not horrible either... We want to give a big shout out to Jorge our waiter @ the main buffet for breakfast and lunch.. Jorge was absolutely amazing!! He had our drink orders down and brought them to the table before we even asked... always confirmed our choice had not changed.. Super thoughtful with great attention to details! On our last morning there he planned a special good by desert for us.. it was so amazing, he was amazing.. we made a new friend in Mexico. We were also really impressed with his coworker Esther.. she was fantastic as well, always checking to see if we needed anything and so very helpful and friendly... We also had an opportunity to meet Christian who was partnered with Jorge and he too was great!... Keep up the great work team and to the management of Hilton, kudos for hiring such amazing team members.. they did you proud!! The only thing I found missing was a couples only dance area for romance... perhaps something to consider.

From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a big smile and went above and beyond to help with my bags, give local tips, and make sure I felt welcomed. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine attitude really stood out — you can tell he truly cares about the guests. It’s rare to meet someone who makes such a great first impression, and Gael definitely did.
