Amazing hotel. Traveled with my husband and 2 year old and we had the best time! The food was delicious and the staff was so great. The beach was gorgeous. We will probably come back some day. Only negative I can think of was that the room smelled a bit musky.

Just got back from a 4 nights 5 day stay here with 6 adults and 4 kids under 8. We had three rooms shared between all of us. This resort is a great value for your money in terms of location to the beach, pool access, and a good variety of food offerings. The rooms itself are a bit outdated and needs updating and repairs. However, I wasn't too concerned about the rooms since most of the time was spent outside of the rooms. The beds were comfortable and we all slept fine. What sets fiesta Americana apart is the workers. Almost all the workers at the resort are friendly and go above and beyond to help you. They are also all super friendly and really helpful you feel welcomed and at home. Prior to this condesa stay, I've also stayed at fiesta Americana coral beach and coral beach does have better overall amenities but both places have excellent staff who make your vacation. My whole family enjoyed our vacation and made unforgettable memories because we felt welcomed and comfortable at this resort. I would recommend it to others.

I recently stayed in this hotel for five days, and it was an exceptional experience. From start to finish, it was easily the best vacation we've ever had. The food was outstanding—every meal was a delight and surpassed our expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We dined at all the hotel’s restaurants and each one offered something unique and delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway with top-notch amenities and service. Highly recommend!

Horrible service. First of all they don’t refill ur shampoo when doing room cleaning (this is not even the problem). I’m in a middle of shower and realize there’s no shampoo and call for room service and tell them fast as possible since I’m all wet. Then they take an hour to deliver a shower gel when I asked for shampoo. I call them and they say I’m wrong and that it’s shampoo when it clearly says shower gel. Like this is horrible service.

The service from all staff members was top notch and the ocean views are stunning. We went during the off season months (October), and found it to be spacious and comfortable. It was a fun and relaxing getaway.
