Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún is an all-inclusive resort. The programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served in the hotel restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

The staff made our stay enjoyable, they were all attentive and happy to assist us.
The property itself is need of overall repairs, many of the power outlets did not work at our room. Stains were noted through out the complete resort.
Buffet food quality needs to improve as well as most of the offered cocktails which did not had much flavor.
We were annoyed by some of the lobby staff attempting to sell us into getting their "access fiesta rewards" program presentation even after showing no interested on the offer, it got to a point that we felt uncomfortable walking at around the lobby area.

Wonderful vacation experience and Highly Recommend!! The people here make you feel like you're a valued guest and treat you as one of the family too! Joshua, our concierge, was extremely polite and helpful. Also don't forget to stop by the destinations table and set up some tours with Laura and Omar. They will help you to make the most of your vacation for sure. Hands down the Best vacation we've ever had and Lord Willing, we will be back to hang out with our new familia. A special hello to our favorite bar tenders Juan, Miguel and Jose and a warm hug to the best hostess EVER - Magdalena!!

Service is really great. Total relaxation. They really respect all inclusive and tries to make best for you. Even in busiest season it felt like more employees to serve you than guests. Lots of options and things to do. You do get bored in all inclusive after a week or so.

It was an average resort and we had a very average experience.
1. Sea water on the beach was very rough.
2. It was hard to find a quiet place to sit and drink. It was very difficult with our 1 year old baby. Babies are not supposed to be exposed to continuous music/sound of more than 80DB. Everywhere there was loud music playing, especially the lobby area was very noisy. Just because of this reason this place is not at all recommended with kids younger than 2 years old.
3. Room service was very slow. Sometimes we had to wait for 40 minutes to get bottles of drinking water. Used coffee mugs were removed, but were not replaced. The coffee machine was dirty and not working. We had two rooms, and our another room doesn't even have a coffee machine.
4. The room and it's fixtures were old. Few cabinet doors used to come out when pulled.
5. The pools were nice, but again it was difficult to find a quite shaded place around the pool. Pool water was also on the colder side. Jacuzzis around the pools were dirty.
Few saving graces for this place were its food and the staff serving food and drinks. Food was great, all the restaurants were of high quality. Staff serving in the food and drinks were courteous and quick.

The hotel was pretty from the outside, but I would say is dated in terms of the rooms on the inside. Rooms were cleaned adequately.
A/C stopped working in the middle of the night one night and required personnel to come into our room at 1 am to fix it.
We did not appreciate having to wear a plastic wristband the entire time we were there. This is an all inclusive property and they claimed this was policy. We have gone to many all inclusive's and never had to do that. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary and my son cut himself 3 times with the sharp plastic.
The hotel also locked us out of our room 5 times (we went to our room and key card would not work). This would take 30-60 minutes to fix. The last episode was the morning of departure, and we were close to missing our transport to airport as our bags were locked in our room PRIOR to having checked out and much prior to stated checkout limit.
The food was mediocre at best.
The beach was very pretty, though right in front of the hotel you cannot swim due to rocks, but you can walk to the left and there is a pretty beach.
