Despite the premium pricing, this hotel was a major disappointment. The room was in poor condition with serious moisture problems, crumbling walls, and completely inadequate soundproofing. The beds were uncomfortable, and the dark, poorly lit space added to the dismal atmosphere.
While the location is near nightlife, even this becomes a drawback as the noise makes it impossible to sleep before midnight. The service was subpar, and absolutely nothing justified the high rates they charge. Save your money and look elsewhere - this hotel is simply not worth the cost.

We stayed at this hotel expecting a four-star experience, given we were paying ~€550 per night for four people. Unfortunately, the reality was far below expectations.
Here are the main issues we encountered:
Cockroaches: On the first night, there was a large cockroach in our room, accompanied by a strong unpleasant smell. Worse, we saw cockroaches in the breakfast area, including inside the coffee machine!
Basic amenities missing: Despite requesting water twice, none was delivered. The room also lacked essentials like coffee, tea, or sugar, which you'd expect at this price point.
Beach towels: The towels provided were in terrible condition, with holes in them.
Poor cleanliness: Some pillowcases were dirty, and others lacked stoppers, causing them to slip off constantly, which felt unhygienic.
False advertising of heated pools: Neither of the pools was heated, despite being advertised as such. The seawater was warmer!
Service shortcomings: Breakfast was poorly managed. Fried eggs weren’t available for over 30 minutes, and the overall quality of the breakfast was very cheap (except for the good fruits). We eventually stopped going altogether.
TV and internet issues: The TV kept going on and off with poor reception. Additionally, the internet barely worked, and we had to share our 5G data just to stay connected.
While the staff allowed us a late check-out, they refused to make any guesture. For a hotel at this price point, the service and cleanliness were extremely disappointing.
We cannot recommend this hotel and urge management to address these serious issues.

Why would a hotel like this engage with touts on the promenade who hand out dodgy scratchcards to lure people into signing up for dubious timeshare contracts. Dress it up however you like, the management of this hotel is questionable.

Staff all very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast had a great selection which changed slightly each day. We had the best time staying at flamingo beachmate. All was very clean, the pool area was spectacular with amazing views over the sea. The pool bar cocktails were really nice along with the food. I couldn’t fault anything about staying at flamingo beachmate and we will definitely be returning in the near future.

Just returned from this hotel after the third year in a row and am so very disapointed in it i have poor mobility and am waitin on an operation so i got a mobility scooter to get me from AtoB as this was my first time gettin one i thot this hotel would be disable friendly couldnt have be more wrong first of all it was not allowed to charge or park it at the reception or front of hotel i had to park it so i had to walk to the other end of the complex to a grage down a hill which was a good 50 footsteps if i could walk this i would not have a scooter !!!! T
