The hotel was insistent on not cancelling the reservation. The hotel is quite far from the city, the shuttle ends early and goes to only one point. The room cleaning was quite ordinary. In the Indonesian heat, two small bottles of water were given, which is quite ridiculous for this hotel and its price. The staff is friendly but the hotel management should be organized.

We had a great stay here. We found everyone to be very friendly. We enjoyed the property we loved having our own pool with our own walls. The room is lovely. The showers are outdoors. Not a big fan of that, but it is pretty exotic. My husband loved having so many birds in the area because of the water there.we found the restaurant to be delicious and the people accommodating. We got welcome drinks just the trip to the hotel is very scenic. We would love to go back.

It was my honeymoon stay for 3 days and I was in complete awe of this beautiful resort. This property is a dream for nature lovers,covered in trees and thoughtfully designed rooms amidst nature. The deluxe room that we booked was beautiful,spacious and it had a huge bathtub. Perfect experience at furama xclusive resort,when in ubud-book furama. Their service is quick and the staff is kind and very helpful. This is indeed a 5 star resort experience.

VISA SUPPORT
Not upto 5 star level!! Looks good in pictures but towels were in very old condition, pool was dirty and even when we filled bath tub the water container dirt in that! So hygiene and cleanliness need huge improvement! Not well maintained!! If 3 star hotel it can be understandable but definitely not a 5 star stay!

Thank you to your team for a lovely 2 night stay! The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious with a huge bath and swing. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Pool facilities and happy hour are a lovely bonus to enjoy during relaxing afternoon. PS. If you would like to hire a scooter, the little convenience store down the road has affordable scooters in great conditions. Ring the bell for service.
