I recently stayed at Bali Furaman Villa and Resorts, and I must express my dissatisfaction with the service, particularly regarding the treatment of Indian guests. My experience was not only disappointing but also concerning, as it highlighted a lack of professionalism and fairness.
From the moment I arrived, I sensed a noticeable difference in how guests were treated based on their nationality. While other international guests received warm welcomes and attentive service, I felt overlooked and dismissed. The staff seemed disinterested in addressing my questions or concerns, which was disheartening.
The most troubling incident occurred during the payment process. After checking out, I was shocked to receive a message asking me to pay for my stay again. I promptly contacted the front desk to clarify the situation, only to be met with confusion and indifference. It turned out there was a mix-up in their system, yet instead of resolving the issue efficiently, the staff insisted I had to pay again until they could verify the original transaction. This was not only frustrating but also embarrassing, as I had to explain multiple times that I had already settled my bill.
The lack of clear communication was evident throughout my stay. Staff members appeared untrained in handling payment issues, leading to unnecessary delays and a sense of chaos. I had to wait for long periods while they tried to sort out the confusion, which disrupted my plans for the day. It felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was left to navigate the situation on my own.
Additionally, I observed that other Indian guests shared similar experiences, highlighting a pattern of poor treatment. This was disappointing, especially considering that hospitality should be about making every guest feel valued, regardless of their background.
In conclusion, my experience at Bali Furaman Villa and Resorts fell short of expectations. The inadequate service, combined with the lack of respect shown to Indian guests, tarnished what should have been a relaxing vacation. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their service standards and ensuring all guests are treated equally and with respect. Such changes are essential for fostering a welcoming environment in the hospitality industry.

Thank you to your team for a lovely 2 night stay!
The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious with a huge bath and swing. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Pool facilities and happy hour are a lovely bonus to enjoy during relaxing afternoon.
PS. If you would like to hire a scooter, the little convenience store down the road has affordable scooters in great conditions. Ring the bell for service.

My wife and I spent the first half of our honeymoon here and we could not have made a better decision. The staff is absolutely incredible and they are really the ones who made everything so special. I have never seen people go above and beyond to make our experience so special. They always have a huge smile on their face and are willing to do whatever it takes to make you comfortable and happy. If I can share any advice, it’s to talk to the staff. Enjoy the people here and your stay will be special. The Balinese people are just incredible and there is no shortage at this resort. Dian was by far our favorite person we met in Bali, you will find her by the main pool with a huge smile on her face and she just LOVES people. Sit with her and talk about whatever comes to mind, you will not regret it. The world needs more Dian’s! Just an incredible person and just so positive. Other than that, the rooms are very clean, air conditioned and have warm water. Follow common practices and help take care of your space though, these people work their butts off. The food is amazing, do yourself a favor and order a bottle of sparkling wine and sit by the pool. Room service is incredible! If you don’t have a good time, it’s your own fault.

We had a great stay here. We found everyone to be very friendly. We enjoyed the property we loved having our own pool with our own walls. The room is lovely. The showers are outdoors. Not a big fan of that, but it is pretty exotic. My husband loved having so many birds in the area because of the water there.we found the restaurant to be delicious and the people accommodating. We got welcome drinks just the trip to the hotel is very scenic. We would love to go back.

Wonderful hotel excellent staff and service- lovely to chat with all the kind Balinese people at the hotel. Astawa helped give us great recommendations and book activities safely around Ubud. Dean was lovely to chat to, and told us about her life as a local and had excellent service near the pool area! The room we were in had great facilities and was clean. Provides 2 water bottles and they get replenished daily when "make up room" is requested. Included breakfast was delicious and had many options. The location is further away from Ubud centre but it is nice and quiet and the free shuttle buses allow to you explore the city. Overall amazing accommodation highly recommend!
