Abhinav Saban
There are not many options for Indian food at the hotel restaurant. It is located in an isolated area with no nearby eatery options. The hotel is the best choice if you want to enjoy your stay and spend time in the vicinity. Ordering food online is also difficult due to its remote location away from the market.

Perfectly located place with lovely views of lush green farms and coconut trees. A truly amazing stay and wonderful experience. The villa was really beautiful and the place was truly suited for our trip to Ubud with also all the great hospitality and service by the staff.

I recently stayed at Bali Furaman Villa and Resorts, and I must express my dissatisfaction with the service, particularly regarding the treatment of Indian guests. My experience was not only disappointing but also concerning, as it highlighted a lack of professionalism and fairness.
From the moment I arrived, I sensed a noticeable difference in how guests were treated based on their nationality. While other international guests received warm welcomes and attentive service, I felt overlooked and dismissed. The staff seemed disinterested in addressing my questions or concerns, which was disheartening.
The most troubling incident occurred during the payment process. After checking out, I was shocked to receive a message asking me to pay for my stay again. I promptly contacted the front desk to clarify the situation, only to be met with confusion and indifference. It turned out there was a mix-up in their system, yet instead of resolving the issue efficiently, the staff insisted I had to pay again until they could verify the original transaction. This was not only frustrating but also embarrassing, as I had to explain multiple times that I had already settled my bill.
The lack of clear communication was evident throughout my stay. Staff members appeared untrained in handling payment issues, leading to unnecessary delays and a sense of chaos. I had to wait for long periods while they tried to sort out the confusion, which disrupted my plans for the day. It felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was left to navigate the situation on my own.
Additionally, I observed that other Indian guests shared similar experiences, highlighting a pattern of poor treatment. This was disappointing, especially considering that hospitality should be about making every guest feel valued, regardless of their background.
In conclusion, my experience at Bali Furaman Villa and Resorts fell short of expectations. The inadequate service, combined with the lack of respect shown to Indian guests, tarnished what should have been a relaxing vacation. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their service standards and ensuring all guests are treated equally and with respect. Such changes are essential for fostering a welcoming environment in the hospitality industry.

The hotel was insistent on not cancelling the reservation. The hotel is quite far from the city, the shuttle ends early and goes to only one point. The room cleaning was quite ordinary. In the Indonesian heat, two small bottles of water were given, which is quite ridiculous for this hotel and its price. The staff is friendly but the hotel management should be organized.

Not upto 5 star level!! Looks good in pictures but towels were in very old condition, pool was dirty and even when we filled bath tub the water container dirt in that! So hygiene and cleanliness need huge improvement!
Not well maintained!! If 3 star hotel it can be understandable but definitely not a 5 star stay!
