Excellent accommodation I would definitely return and recommend. The staff were sensational and everything very well priced. Location is great for the Jimbaran area. Rooms are fantastic but a little dated. Some maintenance issues but always quickly resolved so can’t really fault on that front

People from the hotel are all very kind and helpful. The atmosphere corresponds exactly to what we expect in Bali. Great breakfast and options for lunch and dinner. The spa and common swimming pool are very beautiful. The villa is very functional and the the pool view is incredible.

We had a large room with a large pool and catering area (kettle, hob and full size fridge freezer). Not really for cooking but good for hot and cold drinks. Staff polite and friendly, best of the three hotels we stayed at in Bali.

Very very bad service. The room (deluxe room) was horrible. Not hygienic and very dirty. The bedsheets were dirty, the floor was making our feet dirty. The food we’ve got served was still raw. The staff didn’t understand our problem and the company could not meet us with any compensation or anything to make it right. They only changed us to a different dirty room. The smell in the rooms was awful. For a 5-star hotel is this not worth your money. Coming from frequent travellers. Wasted our money.
