My husband and I spent a few nights here in November but we decided to change hotels. Due to a number of reasons. This is definitely not a luxury resort and it was very far away from the shops and restaurants, there isn't even any pavements so going for a walk was difficult. The breakfast was very nice and they had quite a few options. On our first night our room was overlooking a rubbish dump and the bathroom was dirty. The staff were amazing at trying to clean the bath but it was stained with a ring around it. They offered us another room which was lovely however the AC wasn't working so they offered us another room but by this point we were fed up of changing rooms so we decided to change hotels.

Fabulous! The room is clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast has both local food and western options.
Housekeeping made a super cute doggie towel every day when they clean my room.
The pool is small but lovely. Special highlights to the rooftop Cilantro Bar&lounge on 4th Fl. Beautiful spot during sunset. On Fridays they have free yoga session there at the rooftop. It was great. On Saturday night they have “serenade dining”, a singer with acoustic playing English songs, awesome! We loved the dining with that added entertainment! The food was delicious as well.
Overall very pleased with our stay at The Leaf Jimbaran ❤️❤️❤️

We spent four nights in the one-bedroom villa, definitely in need of a make-over. I could see that at one time it was luxury accommodation, but it had deteriorated over time. The deck was dangerously damaged with splits and loose planks and a rusty nail poking out as we only stayed for a short stay it wasn’t worth complaining about however, we did leave it in a feedback form but nothing more was said about it no visit to the room etc. We asked for bedsheets to be changed to which they said they would do but upon returning to the room blanket had just been flipped over had to complain and was amended. Two days in a row of not getting towels replaced without having to call or stop housekeeping, the room had a massive crack in the glass just waiting on a smash, bed was comfortable and the room is spacious but it seems like a lot of wasted space. The hotel itself is beautifully landscaped and couldn’t fault reception staff, the location of the hotel is a shame, as you can’t get anywhere without driving and no pathways outside to go for a walk. There is a small convenience store located outside the hotel with limited options, the restaurant for breakfast is nice though just your normal breakfast, to be expected in Bali, fare options but nothing extravagant. there thankfully have a free shuttle bus to the nearby beach that was nice to do, as there isn’t any other options for dining other than the hotel restaurant, rooftop bar wasn’t open during our stay as it’s pending on weather so didn’t get to experience that. the spa falls into the same category pretty over priced had a Balinese massage that was amazing the spa itself is dated and after a body scrub went for a shower in a tiny space with old and corroded shower and water was smelly so defeated the purpose of the scrub but workers where friendly and professional. All in all it may be a luxury hotel but over time has lost its spark wouldn’t stay again nor recommend sadly.

Excellent accommodation I would definitely return and recommend. The staff were sensational and everything very well priced. Location is great for the Jimbaran area. Rooms are fantastic but a little dated. Some maintenance issues but always quickly resolved so can’t really fault on that front

“I had a wonderful two-week stay at this hotel. The reception staff were fantastic—very friendly, helpful, and committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment. Special thanks to Bayu, who brought a truly family-like atmosphere to the place, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not only comfort but also genuine hospitality and a personal touch.”
