We had the pleasure of spending our Christmas holidays at Gold Zanzibar, and it was nothing short of spectacular. This hotel is a gem in a breathtaking location, set on what is arguably the most beautiful beach in Zanzibar. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the functional management and the attentive, responsive staff. The team was both friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Special thanks to Nicole, Salim, Hadidja, and the rest of the team for their exceptional hospitality! The food options were simply outstanding—high quality, diverse, and impeccably managed. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was a delight. The entertainment was perfectly balanced—enjoyable without being overbearing. One of the highlights of our stay was being upgraded to a villa. It was spacious, luxurious, and offered an unforgettable experience. The overall quality of the hotel is truly five-star, from the accommodations to the amenities. If you’re planning a trip to Zanzibar, look no further than Gold Zanzibar. We had a wonderful dinner at Gold of Zanzibar Resort, and it was truly a highlight of my stay. The dining atmosphere was lovely, with beautiful views of the ocean that created a perfect setting for a relaxing evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. They really went out of their way to provide excellent service. The food was delicious, showcasing a blend of local flavors and international cuisine. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. To top it all off, the entertainment was fantastic! The show added a special touch to the evening, making it not just a meal, but a memorable experience. I highly recommend enjoying dinner at Gold of Zanzibar Resort for anyone visiting.

We spent 8 days in this place which is good not exceptional. Why? Failing communication and technical problems (air conditioning, bulb out of order..) The paths are steep and not necessarily suitable for people with physical problems. On the other hand, the staff is wonderful and particularly Joseph ; this waiter is so charming, kinder, polite and humble. He was very caring about us. He is an asset for the hotel. Thanks for good service

Gold Zanzibar was a perfect escape! The warm welcome set the tone for an amazing day. We enjoyed a delicious lunch with an impressive variety of freshly baked bread—each bite was fresh and flavorful. Later, we indulged in a chocolate milkshake, which was just the right mix of creamy and rich. The whole experience was topped off by the beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and savor great food!

It is an amazing place, they take care of the guest which is very unique, the cusine is excellent, you could feel the welcoming italian spirit provided by the owners but also everyone is very kind. Massage is amazing also!
