Our stay at TUI Blue was acceptable overall. However, considering the value for money and the hotel’s five-star rating, things could be more organized and better maintained. We had a difficult first night after checking in late the room provided was full of mosquitoes, and it became quite hectic trying to deal with them, especially with a child. In the bathroom, we also found two medium-sized spiders and some tree worms, which is definitely not acceptable for a five-star property. Additionally, the hot water was not functioning properly. On the second day, we were given a new room, and I must say the staff were very friendly and tried their best to assist. Unfortunately, the new room had issues with the air conditioning, which wasn’t cooling properly. Despite several complaints, maintenance never showed up. the hotel itself is large, beautifully designed, and full of activities. It’s a great place for relaxation, with an amazing buffet offering a wide variety of food at both breakfast and dinner. The gym is well equipped, and the atmosphere overall is pleasant, with enjoyable entertainment every night. In summary, TUI Blue has wonderful potential and great facilities, but attention to maintenance and room readiness is needed to truly match the five-star standard it aims for.

We stayed here for four nights and were so positively surprised – the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! The whole area is lush, green, and beautifully maintained, with lots of plants and cozy paths. There are two lovely pool areas with plenty of sunbeds, and the beach is stunning (though affected by the tides, so you can’t swim all day – good to know). Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel offered lots of fun activities. The food was excellent – especially the breakfast buffet, which had an amazing selection. The absolute highlight was the staff. Everyone we met was so friendly, kind, and genuinely caring. Our bed was beautifully decorated when we arrived, and everyone greeted us with a smile. Special thanks to Audax in the pool bar, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and to Yahya, who cleaned the pool restrooms and decorated the sinks with flowers and lovely messages – such incredible attention to detail! That level of care and thoughtfulness was unmatched anywhere else during our three weeks in Zanzibar. Truly a wonderful stay!

We booked the romantic dinner and service was 10/10👌🏻 we were looked after by innocent who couldn’t have done more for us, its normally sea food but we got to change the menu to fillet steaks. Was amazing. From start to finish, we were looked after by innocent when we booked this his service couldn’t have been any better. Would highly recommend the set up was so romantic and aesthetic

I enjoyed my 3 day full board stay at TUI Blue Bahari Zanzibar. The area is truly beautiful with stunning views, and the atmosphere is relaxing and well maintained. The food was generally nice, though it could be a bit more varied. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There is on-site parking, but the space is limited. Overall, a pleasant experience.

We had a lovely stay at TUI Blue for our honey moon. We had a lovely couples beach dinner on our last night to celebrate and we were served by the lovely Deborah who was amazing! The food has been good, all the hotel staff are friendly and the location is perfect. The hotel has a lovely beach and lots of activities to do. Would recommend
