Our stay at TUI Blue was acceptable overall. However, considering the value for money and the hotel’s five-star rating, things could be more organized and better maintained. We had a difficult first night after checking in late the room provided was full of mosquitoes, and it became quite hectic trying to deal with them, especially with a child. In the bathroom, we also found two medium-sized spiders and some tree worms, which is definitely not acceptable for a five-star property. Additionally, the hot water was not functioning properly. On the second day, we were given a new room, and I must say the staff were very friendly and tried their best to assist. Unfortunately, the new room had issues with the air conditioning, which wasn’t cooling properly. Despite several complaints, maintenance never showed up. the hotel itself is large, beautifully designed, and full of activities. It’s a great place for relaxation, with an amazing buffet offering a wide variety of food at both breakfast and dinner. The gym is well equipped, and the atmosphere overall is pleasant, with enjoyable entertainment every night. In summary, TUI Blue has wonderful potential and great facilities, but attention to maintenance and room readiness is needed to truly match the five-star standard it aims for.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! All the staff were incredibly kind and polite. they really made us feel at home. Everyone did their best to make sure we had a wonderful holiday. There are several great restaurants with delicious food, fun shows and live music in the evenings, and a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. A special thank you to Brian for his warm hospitality and the fantastic drinks he made for us during dinner. We can’t wait to come back!

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price We arrived at the hotel at 6am after a 24-hour journey, exhausted and hoping for a warm welcome. Instead, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, offering no greeting or basic information on Wi-Fi access, toilets, coffee, or where we could rest or freshen up. We were bluntly told check-in was at 2pm, with an option for early check-in at an extra price, which we declined, given the poor first impression. We ended up sleeping in the lobby. Our bags, originally taken by the luggage boy, appeared to be left unattended in the middle of the lobby while we were sleeping. There is a frequent and very strong sewage smell across multiple areas of the estate. The hotel also seems to tolerate a strong smoking culture, so there are cigarette butts everywhere across the beach, making it feel unclean and neglected. There are constant power outages (day and night), and noisy rooms with plumbing issues. We have to sleep wearing earplugs; otherwise, getting rest is impossible. The food is repetitive, with a limited and modest buffet. It’s the smallest buffet I have ever seen in any 5 star resort. Desserts are not tasty; it’s mostly one cake with food colouring to make it seem different, but they taste the same. There are bird droppings in the restaurant area, on chairs placed outside. Only basic alcoholic drinks are included. Drinks like margaritas or Aperol Spritz come at an extra charge. While criticising, I have to admit that: - The beach itself is very pretty, with massive umbrellas and comfortable sun beds. - Although there is no drinking water at the gym, they do provide gym towels. - Beach and poolside dinners were really good. - Staff at the restaurants are very attentive and polite, always smiling and doing their best. - Rooms are neat and tidy. - A/C is fairly quiet and very user friendly. Nevertheless, this feels like a budget holiday despite the high price. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

My stay at TUI Blue was absolutely fantastic. The resort is beautifully set with stunning views, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable—ideal for a restful stay. The food was excellent, offering plenty of variety and great quality throughout. What stood out most was the service. The staff were not only professional and attentive but also genuinely friendly and polite, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, TUI Blue is an outstanding resort that combines comfort, great hospitality, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

This is an absolutely beautiful and magical place and deserves no less than 5 stars. My wife booked Tui Blue for my birthday and they made an effort to make it special. The location and scenery at Tui Blue is so beautiful. It prides itself on luxury but what I loved about it was the local touch. The best sunrise I have ever experienced was here. It's something words cannot describe. The food is amazing at every restaurant. I have not tried the food at the Breeze but all the other restaurants offered a wide variety, catering for every taste. The staff are amazing, helpful and super friendly, especially in the restaurants. They always greet you with a smile and make a point to get to know you on a personal level. I think that they can in some way improve on their front desk management side, however, overall they go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. We did not want to leave the establishment and now we cannot wait to return.
