Beautiful resort, the rooms were comfortable however, the bidet tap in the bathroom leaked throughout our 2 week stay. The rooms were cleaned later and later every morning at one point the room was only cleaned after 12h30. Staff was always very friendly and helpful however during meal times staff was a bit slow. Food was always excellent.
Overall we had a wonderful experience at the resort.

Where do I begin! Incredible resort, looks like paradise, 5 star service and the most helpful, friendly and efficient staff. Delicious buffets in all kinds of cuisine every night, amazing exercise facilities with every sport or game you could think of. Private beach and beach bar with Napolitan woodfire pizza made fresh to order. Incredibly beautiful landscaping with gorgeous local flowers and plants everywhere to make you feel like you are in the tropical forests. We will be back ASAP!! Thank you for having us Sea cliff Resort

We spent our honeymoon at the SeaCliff and enjoyed every moment of it. The staff is really friendly and working on it, that you enjoy your stay there. They teach you the most common phrases in Swahili (special thanks to Jovina! ☺️🙏🏼). The buffet has every evening a theme, so you can try the most popular meals from the special theme. There is live music and different performances at dinner, every day was a bit different, the facilities are diverse:)

I recommend this place for multiple reasons. It’s located in a place that is far from city life noise and pollution, it has an all-inclusive package that offers meals and activities on-site, the value is great compared to similar accommodations nearby. Their staff are great and can assist in coordinating accommodation reservations with their sister Resorts in the mainland. It’s a resort that caters to everyone from couples on vacation, singles, groups and even parents with young children.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. Bad experience and extremely overpriced.
(1) Staff is clearly unhappy and service is horrible (got better service in hostels than in this place). You will wait for over 2 hours for food at the pool area (and it will come cold).
(2) Food is very low quality and all inclusive package does not worth a cent.
(3) Location is extremely disappointing. Far from everything, nothing near and they don’t even have a proper beach.
(4) Not safe, we got our souvenirs stolen on the pool area and hotel did nothing.
(5) Disrespectful. Staff treats their customers not in a respectful way (for example when we were asking for help of the reception person on how to get a driver to town, he said “you should call a friend in Zanzibar instead of asking me”)
(6) Far from any 3 star hotel. If you get a 3 bed room they will just add another small bed on it, squeezing the small space even more.
(7) Rooms full filled with problems: AC does not work well, super small, bathroom does not have proper ventilation.
