My family and I had an amazing stay here, the service from each team was flawless. The animation team went above and beyond to welcome us and keep us entertained. The staff in the restaurants and bars were so helpful, friendly and fast with their service… the food was also incredible. We are sad to leave!! The concierge were also very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much! Finally, the lifeguards were very attentive and worked hard in the hot sun. We loved the location and having a private beach, plus the water park made it even better. Thank you to the cleaning staff too who also worked very hard. We will return again soon!

We just wrapped up our third stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy become our go-to for family vacations. The pools and water slides are fantastic, and it’s clear they were designed with family fun in mind. There’s also a variety of activities each day that appeal to all ages, so no one ever feels left out. The animation team deserves a special mention. They’re fantastic. The food options are excellent as well, with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone.

I recently stayed at Sunrise Aqua Joy, and overall, it was a great experience! The rooms were decent and comfortable, meeting our needs without being overly luxurious. However, what truly made the stay special was the brilliant service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always friendly and attentive, especially Samaka. The amenities were also top-notch, from the beautiful pool areas to the well-maintained grounds and excellent dining options. It’s a wonderful spot to relax, with plenty of facilities to make the stay enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place with amazing service and great amenities, I’d highly recommend Sunrise Aqua Joy.

This is our 2nd visit to Sunrise Aqua Joy. The hotel is amazing with everything more than expected. The mega family room was spacious but needs some renovation. The food, drinks and snakes were tasty with wide varieties. The Aqua park was amazing. The kids enjoyed it but the water was a bit cold and needed to be heated at this time of the year (October). The kids club was very entertaining for the kids and the animation team was very friendly. I am looking forward to my next visit to Sunrise Aqua Joy.

Really enjoyed our stay. Me and my girlfriend came for our first holiday and we loved it. The Asian restaurant is very nice. The sea food restaurant is also very nice and the worker Mina is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. We went for a photo shoot and the photos were great but be aware of what price you get told and what price they will try to charge you once you have had the photo shoot. We was supposed to pay £45 for 15 photos but we was overcharged.
