Nice place for adults and kids. Not that good for those who like snorkeling and marine sports. The staff were very polite. The front desk was not that professional when asked to send house keeping as they were late. The food was good and with many varieties. Had better experiences as regard the quality, however it is value for money. Overall, very good stay specially if you add a short snorkeling trip.

The hotel is lively and the staff are very friendly. There is plenty choice for food and the Asian restaurant was pur favourite. There are plenty options for pools and the beach and pier area are beautiful, especially in the evening. The animation team were always excellent t, friendly and very helpful. Ex and Memo were very good. The spa was also excellent, I had 5 massages.

Staff is so friendly. Animation team professional and fun. Everyone cares about the guests and is willing to help. Thanks to Captain Hashem at the gym so professional and cares and shows the correct steps and is always there for any advice. The room service is always there willing to help in anything. The food is delicious, clean and flawless.

Great hotel, nice staff and services, nice entertainment, good location 10 min from airport, slides are fun. Great restaurant and delicious drinks and cocktails. I have very little comment about the Hotel. The food is tasty and good variety. The seafood and brisket was delicious, but the beef is dry and chewy most of the time, also the sparkling water from the soda fountain smells like chlorine. The pool is fun for young and old kids but the water is cloudy. I hope they will change the water more often next time. The building is a bit older than I expected, but our room was perfect clean and new. They are renovating. New elevators installed. The beach is very nice with a lot of chaise longues. Just a little bit disappointed about the corals, there aren't any near the beach and the water is too cloudy. My little son and I love snorkeling, Still we did see some beautiful fishes.

The hotel was perfect as overall. We have stayed there at the 2nd week of September for a week and weather was perfect. The sea was clean and beach was very nice. The food was really good. A lot of kind of food were available and you are able to eat something else every single day. Grills are being cooked in front of you and fresh all the time like all other foods. Even salad bar was always fresh (%95 of the food was really delicious, we have never seen someone was complaining about the food) The staff was lovely and hospitable. They have arranged us a shower room(we have used spa's shower) as our flight was late and we wanted to use the hotel after the check-out. They even didn't ask us why and they have arranged everything by themselves. The location of the hotel also very nice, you could find everything by walking distance including cafes, souvenirs etc. Thanks again to everyone who made our holiday amazing.
