Me and my partner had an amazing time here. The weather was a much needed change from winter in Ireland!! The location is great, the food has a great variety that caters to everyone and outdoors there’s enough space for everyone to get good sunbeds. The staff were great and provided an amazing level of service. I really have to commend the management for making the place organized so well. Special mention to the bartender Mahmoud who manned the chill out bar at the beach everyday. His level of service was exceptional. If I was still a bar manager in Ireland I would have been offering him a job myself 🤣🤣. He deserves a pay rise for how well he treats the hotel stayers, because he could work in Europe for a lot of money. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an all inclusive getaway.

This was our first time in Egypt and it did not disappoint. From the minute we arrived the staff couldn’t have been more hospitable. Every single member of the team were friendly, approachable and very professional. The entertainment, food and drink were all amazing so much choice and variety. I really couldn’t find any fault with anything. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a totally relaxing and enjoyable holiday!! Thank you to all the staff who made our holiday such a wonderful and magical experience!

Travelled from Germany to egypt for the first time and the experience is this Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort was amazing. Room service was great with surprises each day, the kids play and activities were was also really nice. The restaurants and their food was top notch! Amazing night shows! Overall perfect experience. A 10/10 for everything!!

My family and I had an amazing stay here, the service from each team was flawless. The animation team went above and beyond to welcome us and keep us entertained. The staff in the restaurants and bars were so helpful, friendly and fast with their service… the food was also incredible. We are sad to leave!! The concierge were also very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much! Finally, the lifeguards were very attentive and worked hard in the hot sun.
We loved the location and having a private beach, plus the water park made it even better. Thank you to the cleaning staff too who also worked very hard. We will return again soon!

We just wrapped up our third stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy become our go-to for family vacations. The pools and water slides are fantastic, and it’s clear they were designed with family fun in mind. There’s also a variety of activities each day that appeal to all ages, so no one ever feels left out. The animation team deserves a special mention. They’re fantastic. The food options are excellent as well, with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone.
