Our stay at the Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora was simply spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed in an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. One of the highlights of our experience was definitely the Agave Restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious cuisine with a special touch.
We would like to especially thank Bea from Cuba, Erika, and Bea, who provided impeccable service, always with a smile and attentive to every detail. Their kindness and professionalism made our experience even more memorable.
Without a doubt, this is a destination we would love to return to. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel to look at however definitely can’t claim it’s a 5*.
The communication from the reception staff was awful. Not told true information regarding the hotel.
The process to book to eat in the restaurants does not flow nicely and so doesn’t make the half board worth it. You try to book a restaurant on the app and the only times available is 9:30pm. You then have to try and book with the guest relations but this process takes forever and can’t offer you much better! The restaurants weren’t even full so makes no sense at all! Just trying to make you eat in the Buffet every day!
No access to free water - they charge €5 for a small bottle of water! Luckily I found a shop nearby so stocked up there. But again this is not 5* quality.
I also got food poisoning from the Asian restaurant but the hotel didn’t want to take any responsibility for this and tried to tell me that it was just a virus - imagine telling the customer (who works in healthcare) what they were experiencing!!! Zero compassion & zero customer service.
There was also a constant stench of sewage everywhere.
All in all, no part of this hotel can claim it’s a 5*!!
Definitely would NOT recommend this hotel at all!

My stay at the Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora was simply spectacular, but what truly made the difference was the service at the Agave restaurant. I especially want to highlight Bea, Bea from Cuba, and Erika, who made every meal an unforgettable experience.
Always attentive, friendly, and with a warm smile, they made us feel at home with their kindness and professionalism. The food at Agave is delicious, with well-prepared and flavorful dishes, but the exceptional service from these three stars took everything to the next level.
Without a doubt, we will be back. Thank you for making our visit so special. Highly recommended!

Extremely frustrating experience. I booked as a solo traveler, All Inclusive Luxury with Red Level access. The goal of this trip was to fight a growing burnout and make sure I had nothing to plan. It didn’t go as planned.
Restaurants experience: What’s the point of having All inclusive when you can’t dine at the restaurant if your choosing? Once again, I am a solo traveler. Yesterday the same happened and I had to wait an hour before I could have a table. It was even more infuriating to see that the restaurant was half full.
Have a 15min hold policy in place rather than asking your guests to come back at 9:30pm!
Bedroom: I have a sea front bedroom with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi itself hardly works, when the button is pressed, you’ll get bubble for 2min before having to press it again. No chance to relax. I reported that had ants in my bed but nothing was really done about it, they’re still enjoying their best life. But the worst part of the bedroom is the NOISE! You can hear absolutely everything including the other guests walking above you. Absolute nightmare.
Red Level: part of the perks is that you have access to the spa with no extra charge. Nope, you have to pay 40€ to access it for 90min!
However, I would like to give kudos to the Red Level reception team. They are extremely nice and helpful.
In short, this is an extremely expensive hotel for a very stressful experience. I’m looking forward to leave on Thursday.

My stay at the Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora was, overall, a wonderful experience, thanks especially to the Agave restaurant, where I enjoyed spectacular food in an unbeatable atmosphere. The service from Bea, Erika, and Bea from Cuba was exceptional—always attentive, friendly, and with a smile that made every meal even more special. Without a doubt, they make a difference and make you feel at home.
On the other hand, my experience at the Oasis restaurant was not the best. The service left much to be desired, with slow and disorganized attention that contrasted with the rest of the hotel. It’s a shame because the setting is beautiful, but the lack of professionalism affected the experience.
Despite this small inconvenience, I would recommend the hotel without hesitation, especially because of the wonderful team at Agave. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable!
