Absolutely stunning! The hotel’s interior and exterior were both breathtaking, and they never stopped amazing us throughout our stay. The design is tasteful, with careful attention to detail. Both rooms were spotlessly clean, featuring large TVs and spacious bathrooms with both showers and bathtubs. Even though we didn’t upgrade to the ocean-view rooms, sitting on the balcony was still a delight as it overlooked Mount Teide and offered beautiful sunrises. The entire staff was consistently proactive and helpful, without exception. The activities, especially the sports and handcrafts, were fantastic. The food was varied, fresh, and always plentiful. It’s hands down the best place I’ve ever spent my holidays.

Our stay was outstanding, but what truly stood out was the Agave restaurant. The service from Erika, Bea, and Bea the Cuban was impeccable: always attentive, friendly, and with a smile that made every meal even more special. Without a doubt, their professionalism made our visit unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

A fantastic hotel. We stayed at the Red Level and our room, with terrasse and whirlpool, was beautiful. The Red Level, being adults only, was perfect for us as a couple, very quiet and peaceful in November, which we loved.
Although we had our own sun loungers on our terrasse, there were plenty available around the various pools, and the hotel never felt crowded.
The service from the staff at the Red Level was excellent, very professional.
Buffet breakfast at the Red Level was truly superb, with plenty of choice and great service from the staff.
One thing we would like to see improved is the temperature of the pools. Despite being told on arrival that all pools except the lagoon were heated, the water was very cold, far too cold for us to enjoy unfortunately, and they remained mostly empty during our stay, so other guests must have felt the same way.

Had a very good break at the hotel. Staff members are really good and can’t fault them well done. The hotel shows some ageing signs though. As with other reviews, booking a restaurant is difficult & I was not able to book on the App & had Angela (lady in red swanning around & very helpful) no water available apart from bottled water that you have to purchase. The pool/beach team & pool bar team are very good. Would go again for the winter sunshine.

Absolutely terrible. These people are crooks. Don’t go here if you are black, honestly don’t think they like us. Hell bent of defrauding my entire party. Almost ruined my friends birthday get away. I’m sure she regrets having her birthday here. Absolutely terrible service, terrible people. Of our party of like 40 people at least 30 had an issue, hotel were nonchalant as they had already been paid.
