We've had the best time here at Gran Oasis, a very special mention to Marina the lifeguard! She's amazing and when my partner slipped down the steps she went above and beyond to help her! Fantastic lifeguard! The food was lovely! The pools are lovely and just the right temp to cool off nicely! I would absolutely come back here again but next time I'd come a lot longer!

Absolutely 10-10 for our first family holiday Food, rooms, staff service was entirely incredible. We will definitely recommend to everyone and will certainly be back for another holiday. SPA: Very professional service. Patricia was deligtfull and very experienced, I wish I’d have booked in sooner to experience more of her services. Absolutely 5star sensational! We’ve just come back from a week long holiday with our family and 2 year old, and we absolutely loved it. We've stayed in Tenerife many times, including in some 5* star hotels, but this was by far our favourite! The resort is beautiful, spotless with spacious rooms and great air conditioning. There’s just one restaurant, but the food was always fresh and really tasty. The Asian evening on Friday was really good. We noticed that food labels were often missing or incorrect so if anything a bit more information would definitely help guests know what they’re choosing. The pools were brilliant and we never struggled to get a sunbed, which was a big plus. The only downside was that the white parts of our swimwear turned slightly green in the water. Not sure why that happened, but we’re hoping it washes out! The service was exceptional. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Carlos, Miguel & the reception team in particular were fantastic and helped make our holiday really special. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Would highly recommend Gran Oasis for an all inclusive family holiday. From a beautifully decorated and clean reception to our 2 bedroom spacious apartment with large balcony and impressive private roof top terrace and this was kept very clean at all times. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was really tasty with great choices for everyone, very well managed with no queues. The snack bar by the pool was always well stocked with savoury snacks and fresh fruit. Both bars had a good selection of all inclusive drinks for adults and kids. Ice cream pots free with all inclusive but I would recommend a selection of Ice Lollies instead as the ice cream is plentiful at meal times and kids tend to enjoy ice lollies during the day. The daily entertainment at the pool was great fun for everyone. The supermarket on site was well stocked. Overall this is a excellent family resort that I would not hesitate to return to.

This was a lovely resort. The rooms were all on 2 floors, the food always had a large variety of dishes and everything I had was lovely. There were plenty of staff in the restaurant and activities around the pool every day. The 3 pools always meant there were plenty of sun beds available (life guards removed towels if no one used the beds for a couple of hours) It’s a little away from any shops or nightlife but this meant it was quiet at night and the walks did me no harm with the amount of food I ate ! Cab to the beach was 7-9 euros if you didn’t want to wait for the free bus. Only 30min walk from Sian shopping Mall. I would go again 👍
