Where do I even begin. This hotel went above and beyond for me and my boyfriend when we stayed. This holiday was booked for a birthday celebration for the pair of us. From the day we arrived to the day we left the service was nothing but excellent, you should be proud of yourselves. They surprised us with cake and singing happy birthday during the even meal, was shocked to say the least. We also got given envelopes that gave us a surprise which we enjoyed. The staff are so lovely and accommodates us and our needs. Always there to be help and very friendly. The rooms were perfect and very clean, beds were very comfortable. However, one thing to note if you have thick hair bring your own hairdryer, took me 40 minutes to an hour each night to dry my hair. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone, cannot fault anything. Very happy indeed

We spent 4 nights in Gran Oasis and it had everything we needed. The location is a 25 min walk from the main area of Las Americas. It's a nice walk however the walk back to the hotel is very steep. Taxis cost between €7 and €9. The kids water park is small but excellent, we were there in low season and our son had the place to himself. The lifeguard,Marina was such a lovely lady and encouraged our son to join in with everything. We found all staff great in the hotel. Our room was two levels with plenty of space and very clean. We did B&B and found this perfect for us, plenty of options at breakfast. The pools are heated and there was absolutely no shortage of sun beds however I can imagine during high season it's quite busy. We didn't attend any of the shows however from what we saw, they appeared to be very entertaining. There was a mix of families and groups at the resort which was a nice atmosphere.

I was there one week ago. I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Even though the grounds are beautiful and well-kept, and the two-story rooms with kitchens are spacious, many problems made my stay unpleasant. Room: The inside stairs were steep and made of stone, which felt unsafe, especially for kids or older people. Also, I saw two cockroaches in the bathroom, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Staff: The service was not good. The staff were unfriendly and slow to help with issues. Checking in took a long time, and I had to wait a lot before getting my room key. Restaurant: This was the worst part of my stay. The restaurant’s ventilation didn’t work well, so there was always a burnt oil smell, which ruined my appetite. Plus, after eating there, my clothes and hair smelled like old burnt oil until I showered and changed. The food quality was bad: I saw rotten fruits and apples with stickers still on them, making me question their cleaning and hygiene. The food tasted so bad that I had heartburn during my whole stay—something I never had before or after. Spa: In addition to the issues I previously mentioned, I decided to try the hotel’s spa service called “myofascial head and neck massage.” However, instead of the expected therapeutic effect, they just lightly scratched my head, and the pain didn’t decrease at all. It seems the woman performing the massage doesn’t know what fascia is. Using terms they don’t understand misleads guests and is deceitful. This service was a waste of money. Overall, I was happy to leave and will never return to this hotel. I don’t recommend staying here.

The experience was not entirely positive. The complex is pleasant and objectively well-equipped: there are three pools, two bars, a restaurant, a small game room with ping pong tables, a laundry facility, parking, a supermarket, and several weekly entertainment events. The staff is often the highlight: many are genuinely kind and empathetic. The children's entertainers, in particular, are exceptional. This is a valuable aspect worth emphasizing. However, it feels like quantity over quality. The restaurant is of very low quality: a large buffet with many fast-food-style options. Although there is a different theme each evening, the differences are minimal, not well thought out, and often unappealing. The all-inclusive package is only worthwhile for those who consume a lot at the bar (which wasn’t our case). The other offerings are so low-cost that they hold no appeal whatsoever. Maintenance needs improvement. In our room, several elements were in poor condition upon arrival. The children's pool (water park) was out of service for our entire stay, supposedly under maintenance. Despite being a four-star establishment, no assistance was provided to help a family carry luggage up three flights of stairs (there are no elevators). The images on the website are misleading and not always realistic.

Had a lovely week staying at this hotel from 9-17th January. Couldn’t fault the rooms or the staff in general. The all inclusive food selection was good and on the whole hot and plentiful. The only real issue are the stairs if you have a room on that side of the complex. We arrived late and although given a map showing the location of our room there was absolutely no porter or member of staff to help you find it!! We went back to reception at least twice….. There is only 1 very old lift that takes you down from the top pool area to the level below and can only take one person and one suitcase. Upon speaking to other guests we all had the same complaint. Would only return if we were guaranteed a room on the lower level.
