Gran Oasis Resort

We spent 4 nights in Gran Oasis and it had everything we needed. The location is a 25 min walk from the main area of Las Americas. It's a nice walk however the walk back to the hotel is very steep. Taxis cost between €7 and €9. The kids water park is small but excellent, we were there in low season and our son had the place to himself. The lifeguard,Marina was such a lovely lady and encouraged our son to join in with everything. We found all staff great in the hotel. Our room was two levels with plenty of space and very clean. We did B&B and found this perfect for us, plenty of options at breakfast. The pools are heated and there was absolutely no shortage of sun beds however I can imagine during high season it's quite busy. We didn't attend any of the shows however from what we saw, they appeared to be very entertaining. There was a mix of families and groups at the resort which was a nice atmosphere.

Had a lovely week staying at this hotel from 9-17th January. Couldn’t fault the rooms or the staff in general. The all inclusive food selection was good and on the whole hot and plentiful. The only real issue are the stairs if you have a room on that side of the complex. We arrived late and although given a map showing the location of our room there was absolutely no porter or member of staff to help you find it!! We went back to reception at least twice….. There is only 1 very old lift that takes you down from the top pool area to the level below and can only take one person and one suitcase. Upon speaking to other guests we all had the same complaint. Would only return if we were guaranteed a room on the lower level.

Staff excellent all of them. Rooms beautiful. Food is not 4 star definitely 3 all Food very cold.coffee disgusting!! In restaurant. Toast machine have to put in through 3 times. 23 years we've been to Tenerif worst hotel when it comes to food. Having to wait until 1030 to get decent coffee. VERY OVER PRICED

We visited this hotel on a 10 day holiday. Rooms were spacious, well air conditioned and very well looked after by the room staff. The food was better than I expected and the theme changed every night and the waiting staff were brilliant. The hotel amusements for the kids were great, multiple pools to choose from were all very clean. We visited the sister hotel, The Green Garden a couple of years ago and is definitely of the same standard. Highly recommended

Book a last-minute 7-night B&B stay here with my family (2 teenage boys). Arrived midday, so rooms weren't ready, but we knew this beforehand( the room was ready about 2:30 pm). Alfredo checked us in and gave us the rundown on the hotel, mealtimes, and pools etc, he even called our transfer company( several times that week) to see if they had found my sons bag he left on the bus 🤦‍♂️. Room was a 2 bed 2 story terrace (cleaned every day by the awesome cleaning staff) photos attached. Pools were decent size, and lifeguards were not too strict. They told people off when they needed to. Animation team were good from what we saw. The location was a little bit away from the beach, and the main areas, there was a free bus to and from the beach and Siam every day. Taxi was about 7 Euros to most places or loads of scooters to hire. There is a bit of a steep hill up to the hotel, but perfect to get your steps in. The shopping centres are about a 20/25 minute walk, We upgraded to all-inclusive twice during our stay (€45 per person), which was worth it for the 2 pool days we had. Food was decent with a good variety breakfast was worth having every day. The reception, bar, and restaurant staff were all awesome, happy, friendly, and extremely helpful, genuinely nice people. We would stay here again as it is close to the airport, Siam Park, and Karting club Tenerife. Cheers for a great week in the sun 🌞 😁.
