What can I say about this hotel? The location is perfect. If you don’t mind a bit of a walk you can get into the middle of town however it’s not on a main road and so you have some peace and quiet at night.
The food in the restaurant was really good. We had full board with breakfast, lunch and dinner and every day. It was good delicious food.
The staff were super friendly. The people are really nice over there and my wife loved the flora and fauna that was all over the hotel area. The pools were great, although we didn’t spend much time in the central pool as we had our own pool in our Villa.
You can tell that this is a hotel of a superior quality, even the patrons were respectful, not rowdy and nice and quiet.
All in all, we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to anyone staying in Tenerife.

Hotel and staff where amazing the place was very clean, entertainment was on every night. Different food menu each evening too. Smallish hotel which provided for an overall better atmosphere. Location for Golf was perfect. Location for town not great but only a short taxi to town of 20-30 minute walk. Also only 20 minute walk to Siam park and Mall. Although transport to the beach and siam park is provided to and from. Highly recommend. Definitely family friendly.

Very nice and clean resort, many facilities and good service. What I liked the most: 1)The breakfast food is diverse and very tasty.
2) the gardens look amazing.
3) the pool is big and there are numerous sun beds.
4) The hotel shop is well stored with multiple options for food, wine, sweets, cosmetics and souvenirs.
I would only suggest some minor changes:
1) A proper iron for the room (ours was broken and would leak water). Believe it or not, some people do iron their clothes on vacation.
2) The bathrooms could use more light, they are so dark, you can barely see yourself in the mirror.
3) The gym could be a bit bigger
4) Although there is a coffee machine in the room, we could not find compatible capsules in the hotel store

Fantastic hotel! Cleanest hotel we have ever been too. Rooms are so spacious and comfortable. Staff are brilliant and always happy. Nice relaxed hotel (sun beds still available at 10am!!!!) It is only a small resort so the food options for inclusive are not massive but the quality of food is brilliant. Entertainment staff cannot do any more for the children, always with a smile on their face.
Would definitely return and we've never returned to the same hotel twice

I would strongly advise against staying at this resort. At first glance, everything seems perfect—beautiful location, nice rooms, and a pleasant pool area. However, after just one night, we returned to our room to find that someone had gone through our luggage. Naturally, we suspected some of our belongings were missing and reported the incident to management.
Unfortunately, the manager's response was shocking. She was not only unhelpful but also dishonest and unsympathetic. Although the issue seemed to be resolved at first, the following morning we were suddenly informed that we were being evicted immediately, based on false accusations made by the manager herself. We were promised a refund for the remaining eight nights of our stay but were essentially thrown out with no explanation.
To this day, we have not received the promised refund. I would hate for anyone else to go through this terrible experience.
