I stayed for two weeks in mid-November with my boyfriend, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel with an all-inclusive formula.
Positive points
The room was really nice: a very comfortable bed, a spacious shower, and a balcony offering a pleasant view. The location is another strong point: very central, with many attractions nearby and convenient access to the seafront (although finding the elevator to reach it was complicated, as the directions at check-in were unclear). Additionally, the booking app was very useful, especially for reserving sun loungers by the pool.
Negative points
However, the positives stop there. The all-inclusive formula is extremely limited: many services and products, such as drinks, snacks, and anything after 11 PM, are charged extra, even though entertainment lasts until midnight and the bar closes at 1 AM. The drinks were terrible: a Bloody Mary was undrinkable, and gin and tonics were served with completely different amounts of gin, despite being brought to the same table, making the comparison inevitable. The selection of included drinks was minimal.
The room cleaning service was disappointing. In the first few days, the bed wasn’t even made (I mean the covers were not arranged, not the linen changed), which has never happened to us in a hotel of this level. We assumed that placing the card on the bed would indicate the need for tidying up. This led to receiving an unfriendly letter in our room, which seemed to accuse us of making an unreasonable request. In reality, we just wanted the bed to be made every day, a basic service expected in a hotel of this category. Moreover, the floor was consistently left with hair, and several times the replacement towels were dirtier than the ones they replaced, with visible stains.
The service in the restaurant was also disappointing: staff were extremely slow, and the dishes piled up on the table were never cleared away. The buffet was monotonous, with mediocre, bland food. Vegetables were often undercooked (and I’m not talking about salads, but dishes like eggplant), the breakfast pastries were uncooked, and the variety was particularly poor at lunch. Two weeks of meals here were exhausting.
The sun lounger area was dirty: tables with stains left for days, loungers with hair stuck to them, and the floor with coffee stains that were never cleaned. The ping-pong and billiard area was neglected as well: balls were often missing, and the bar glasses, which guests were asked to leave in designated spaces, accumulated for days without being removed, leaving the area messy and uninviting.
The entertainment was another weak point: repetitive activities and an eerily silent atmosphere during the day. In the evenings, the programs were poorly suited for younger guests, designed instead for a much older audience. This drives younger people to look for entertainment elsewhere, such as along the seafront. It’s a shame because a more diverse offering could have made the stay more enjoyable for everyone and increased bar sales.
Finally, no one bothered to ask for feedback during our stay or at check-out. This suggests that customer opinions are of no interest, which was evident in the overall experience.
Conclusion
This is not a 4-star hotel, nor a true all-inclusive. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in a Princess Hotel on the island. Once at the Princess Inspire and now twice with the latest trip last week where we again stayed at the Guayarmina Princess hotel for 7 nights having booked direct with the hotel. The hotel is in a great place for access to shops, bars and restaurants that are literally a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel is situated almost on the beach front giving great views of the sea and spectacular sunsets. The staff we found very pleasant and helpful at all times and were always there to assist. We were allocated an attic room on the top floor, very spacious and was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff, whilst it didn’t have a sea view, we had a lovely view of the front of the hotel and mountain areas. We were half board, all meals were really nice and a good selection, dining room kept clean at all times and again staff helpful. Swimming pools bars of a high standard and with plenty of choice. I can honestly say again that our stay at this hotel was amazing and relaxing with issues and we look forward in returning. Glad we managed to see the Christmas display too especially the massive Christmas tree in the lovely reception area. The only matter I would ask is that the wrist bands you give to guests be looked at. The ones you have at the moment kept dropping off without warning and despite the best efforts of your reception they still kept coming loose. I found myself at reception having to get replacements as even tying them myself did not address the issue. Something along the lines of a band with a watch strap would be much better. Apart from that a big well done to ALL staff and a Happy Christmas.

Excellent hotel overall, but a few areas which could be improved. Public areas are spacious and designed and finished to a very standard. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and staff are friendly and efficient. Food is excellent with a wide selection of healthy options. Only negatives are the interminable music from the pool area which is difficult to escape (odd choice in an adults-only hotel where I suspect the majority of guests would appreciate some quietness). The dining area feels more like a canteen with high noise levels, although there is at least the option of some limited dining space outdoors.

The hotel is an absolute beauty, the staff have all been incredibly friendly and accommodating and attentive.
The food is great, all of the restaurants are impeccable, breakfast lunch and dinner.
Small thing but they cook their eggs perfectly it's small thing but its a good way to judge hotels.
It's also clean, like I've not seen any mess or bugs and I was expecting loads considering the climate and area.
Oh and the scenery, sitting at the cocktail bar as the sun sets with a fancy drink will be a fond memory for a long time.
Would definitely come back.

Fantastic location and a really nice hotel overall. It is a reasonable price for what you get, very clean, decent beds and friendly staff. Perfect if you want peace of mind but plan to eat out/ drink locally most of the time.
Just a few minor things to improve. Change your service and facilities offering from room to board type and reduce booking requirements...
It was not a pleasant experience to learn I couldn't access 1 of your 2 pools because my room was not classed as a platinum room. Also having to book your evening meal 2 days in advance even though your all inclusive reduces your restaurant choice from 2 to 1.
As others have mentioned not all drinks are included and it stops at 11pm. However would visit again and recommend as personally it is worth it to overlook the pool/ restaurant in favor of location and price.
