I don’t usually post reviews, but our most recent stay was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. We specifically chose this hotel again because of their previously excellent gluten-free and vegan options — something very important to us as my husband is both gluten-free and vegan. Before booking, we even confirmed by phone that these options were still available. Unfortunately, reality was very different. Breakfast and dinner choices were extremely limited and uninspired. Despite speaking to guest relations five separate times, and being repeatedly assured that they would “speak to the chef,” absolutely nothing improved. The only desserts offered were a basic panna cotta or a strawberry sorbet. One night, the “special effort” made for my husband was literally a banana with honey. It felt like no one cared enough to make even minimal effort. For a 5 start hotel that once prided itself on inclusivity and attention to guests’ needs, this experience was a complete letdown. We were a group of six, and all of us were shocked by the lack of interest and communication from the staff. We’ll be returning to Tenerife soon with more friends and family, but unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this hotel.

We stayed at the H10 Sunset in Tenerife and overall had a good experience. Positive aspects: - The hotel is very clean and offers plenty of space. - I really liked the layout: the hotel consists of three different buildings with several pools. The first building is mainly for families and has a great children’s pool with slides as well as a large additional pool. The second building seems more suited for guests without children. The third building is the Privilege area with more upscale rooms and the infinity pool. This separation is well thought out, and we stayed in the family building, which worked perfectly for us. - The hotel didn’t feel overcrowded, probably around 80% full during our stay, so there was enough space at the pools and around the facilities. Neutral/less impressive: - The location is fine, but nothing particularly special. There’s only a small beach nearby which does not belong to the hotel. Negative aspects: - The staff was not always attentive or friendly, which was a bit disappointing. - In the evenings, the hallways could be quite noisy – kids running around and people talking loudly could easily be heard inside the rooms. - The food was okay but not outstanding. Options for vegetarians were quite limited, and the fruit in the evening often didn’t look very appealing. - At the end of the stay, the food and beverage bill was not transparent – only the total amount was shown without details, so it was impossible to review what had actually been consumed. - Evening entertainment was mostly acrobat shows. Some more variety would be nice. - For a half-board booking, it would be reasonable to include at least one drink with dinner. Conclusion: The H10 Sunset is a good hotel and definitely a solid choice, especially for families. However, there is still room for improvement. In our opinion, it’s more of a solid 4-star experience rather than 5-star. For Tenerife, though, it remains a good option if you are traveling with kids.

We had a lovely stay at H10 Tenerife. We paid for the upgraded Privelege all inclusive and because we had a 3 month old baby with us, I wouldn't say it was worth the extra. The privelege private pool is a quiet zone and the restaurants / private bars are v quiet. I also don't think the rooms are any different to the 'normal' rooms. If travelling as adults then yes I'd say it's worth it, although we've paid for upgraded all inclusives in other hotels and felt the differences have been greater before (ie. extra alcohol etc.). The staff are all very friendly and the service was great. They were especially accommodating with our 3 month old. The food was also lovely. There isn't a huge amount to do in the area but that's fine as it's an all inclusive hotel.

We have just returned from this wonderful hotel and had a fabulous 10 days. All the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Reception even called us the day before departure to ask if we wanted help with luggage and a taxi booked to the airport. The food in the buffet and the privilege restaurant was excellent with a good variety of different cuisines. Our room was modern and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea and the pools. The privilege rooftop pool is worth a visit but only for privilege guests. One point worth mentioning is rooms overlooking the nearby Hard Rock hotel could be noisy due the the loud music sometimes played at the Hard Rock hotel pool. I would highly recommend the hotel as we had a fabulous time.

Just came back home from a one-week stay at this hotel. It was outstanding! We've never experienced such a high level of hospitality before. Every single staff member is cheerful and helpful from the first moment of arrival. They show a lot of love and pride to their job and are great ambassadors for the hotel and Tenerife. We especially would like to mention receptionist Olga and Noemi from guest relations, who were both so welcoming and helpful with our questions regarding check-in and allergies. We definitely recommend the privilege upgrade. Privilege restaurant The View is the perfect place to start the day with a delicious breakfast, and to end it with high cuisine fine dining. It is also much less crowded and noisy than the central buffet restaurant. Totally worth it. We also really enjoyed the Sakura Teppanyaki experience. Lastly, make sure to enjoy the ocean sunset near the infinity pool (see photo). It will be a memory of its own. Thank you H10 Atlantic Sunset for a wonderful holiday, we cannot wait to come back! :)
