We stayed here in October 2025. The first look at the hotel is a little disappointing but as soon as you walk through the door that goes away. Its dated for sure but it is spotlessly clean. The pool area is washed down every morning and the cleaning staff are fantastic and always friendly. Definitely upgrade to a sea view room as the sun set photos are like something from a postcard. The rooms are small but comfortable and again really clean. Breakfast is to die for with so much choice and the staff are very welcoming. Located on the front is fantastic and a few mins walk is all it takes to get to the harbour with the main restaurants but there are some lovely ones nearby in the other direction too. Overall we loved it.

Fabulous 10 nights here. Fantastic location with bars/ restaurants aplenty. However we chose to eat at the hotel as the food was fabulous. Great variety for both breakfast and dinner. Service outstanding in all areas...reception/ bar staff / restaurant staff and our fabulous cleaner. Pool area was delightfully clean with plenty of space to relax. I'm usually a beach person but only went once as once again, such fabulous time at the hotel. Thank you to everyone and we will definitely be back!!!!

Beautiful hotel,our first visit with you, lovely views very welcoming red balloons and cava in our room on arrival for our anniversary, hotel very clean staff very helpful, the only problem was! it would be nice for a choice to have a empty fridge or mini bar there was no room to put our complimentary water to cool it down, but we do hope to return next year. Many thanks

Excellent hotel, we are just back earlier today. We can honestly say we had a lovely stay .staff could not have been more helpful. Reception staff very helpful, we had great chats with Jeorge & Nicholas & all reception staff. Food excellent choices. Housekeeping very efficient service. Pool & Bar excellent. We have stayed before & will be back.

Lovely clean , well positioned hotel amazing breakfast selection. The staff were all so polite , welcoming and helpful . So good we are returning in May . My husband had stayed in Tenerife many times in the past , this was my first time . We both agree this is a fabulous hotel
