This hotel was such a gem of a find, I almost don't want to share it! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is immaculately clean. It's a beautiful little oasis with a cozy pool area and lovely restaurants and a cafe. Completely relaxing. And just outside the door, you are on the promenade where you can walk to shops, the beach and other restaurants. Honestly, I can't say anything bad about my stay here. I will definitely be back!

Nice hotel clean and quiet near to restaurants and beaches. Isabella's fitness classes are a great way to start the day, and not feel so guilty about lazing in the sunshine. The classes were very informative and suited to the level of the clients. Making us feel included and able we were given lots of tips which we can follow up when we get home. A good week away.

We have just come back from our first visit to this hotel, we were met by very friendly reception staff and offered a drink. The room was lovely, clean, with safe, fridge and coffee machine, we had a room with a sea view which was brilliant. All the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and spoke everytime they saw you. The food in the restaurant was very good at breakfast and evening meals. We ate in the bar some lunchtimes and the food was very reasonable and tasty. The pool area is lovely. Easy access to the prom and opposite the hotel is a crazy golf which is good fun. We will definitely return.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Amazing location. The only downs is Hotel infrastructure is bit dated and certainly would do with a refurb and updating and the lack of air conditioning in restaurant caused us to leave the dinner halfway through the first night because the temperature was oppressively hot and air conditioning wasn't on. We dined outside since (sometimes it required a bit of waiting) and it was lovely. Very nice and helpful staff. Generally Big Sur H10 provided lovely stay and I can highly recommend it. I'd certainly use it again.

I had a lovely stay here for a week. You’re greeted with a welcome drink, which was much appreciated after traveling. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable. I opted for the sea view, which I would recommend if you plan to spend a decent amount of time on your balcony as the view is gorgeous. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and drinks. Things that made it only a 4 star stay for me were: The website says that the pool is heated in winter, but was not. That is the primary reason I booked the hotel because I thought I could swim in a warm pool. Even the jacuzzi water was cold. Please update the website as this is very misleading. The wifi was spotty at times. They have 2 wifi networks I was able to alternate between, but was still annoying.
