The staff is super nice and they do everything for you. Food is on the next level with so much variety all the time. Rooms are clean and wheelchair accessible and also the bar and the pool is awesome. No words to say but perfect.

My friend and myself stayed in this Hotel and couldn't fault a single thing, the room was cleaned daily towels changed daily. The room was ideally situated overlooking the pools and entertainment area, and wasn't noisy. The food choices were amazing I even tried octopus which was surprisingly very nice. We arrived home on the Saturday and rebooked on the Tuesday to return next July( I can't wait ) nice there's a fridge in the rooms with TV, we stayed on a half board basis which was great for us, if we stayed all inclusive I dread to think what size I'd be when I got home because the food was so so good. I was very impressed with this hotel.

Serious Safety Concerns – Avoid If You Value Your Health and Sleep
We recently stayed here, and while the staff were friendly and the food was good, this hotel has serious construction and design flaws that make it unsafe and uncomfortable for families, especially with young children.
In our mountain-facing room, the temperature reached a scorching 35°C by 10 a.m., with no working air conditioning to provide relief. This level of heat isn't just uncomfortable; it's a health hazard, especially for our 2-year-old. Overheating in these conditions could lead to heat exhaustion or worse.
On the other hand, if you’re pool-facing, you’ll deal with excessive noise. Between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m., noise levels inside the room was consistently in the range of 50-60 dB, which is far too loud for restful sleep and unsafe for a child. The combination of the heat and the noise made it impossible for our family to sleep or relax.
To be clear, this is not a service issue; the staff tried their best to accommodate us, and the food was great. However, the structural problems at this hotel seem impossible for the management to resolve.
Definitely stay away unless you're sure you'll only be in your room between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. when it's slightly cooler and quieter. Otherwise, you're risking your vacation and your health.

H10 Conquistador,
This is our 2nd year to come back to here for Halloween all because of the amazing kids club team, our daughter is obsessed with the entertainment from morning to late with pool games, colouring, slime making, face paints, foam party, everything you can imagine & also the kids club has sun beds beside it if your like me and like to stay close to the little ones. The Halloween show is 10/10 and they even let the kids on stage to do a dance to get involved it’s amazing.
Thanks again to the amazing kids club team ( the Adam’s family with a mini Wednesday) we already can’t wait for next Halloween 🎃

I think it only fair to rate the hotel from my experience. This is a hotel that does have a Privilege package and this is what we paid for. As a result of this we benefited from the Privilege facilities on level 6, a deck with plenty of sunbeds, jacuzzi, a mini pool, amazing views and a relaxing, tranquil space, free of noise and chaos.
The food in the hotel is incredible and the choice of drinks on all inclusive was extensive and of super quality. Again, I note we did pay for the Privilege and therefore did have access to more than the typical all inclusive.
Room wise, we had an incredible view, waking up in the morning and seeing the sea was a real treat. The maids did an amazing job throughout the day and we were incredibly well looked after. The staff as a whole were incredible, always happy, dancing, singing, generally creating a fun filled holiday atmosphere that was brilliant. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team who put on an absolute epic show. Singing, dancing, acrobats, wigs, drag, fireworks and that was just the one night - incredible!
I can strongly recommend the Despacio spa, it is a great experience, as a result of Privilege we benefited from the facilities on a daily basis and it was worth the upgrade cost alone.
I have no doubt that some people may have had a different experience of the hotel, but the Privilege options for the Conquistador mean that it ranks among one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, and it has provided the best holiday experience we have ever had.
We will be back....
