Lovely hotel with gorgeous views of the sea. The all inclusive is good with branded drinks and nice cocktails. The food is decent- would be nice to see more vegetarian options but there is a good variety of food in general. There is entertainment each evening and a number of bars open all day/evening. Rooms are lovely and cleaned daily to a high standard. There are plenty of sunbeds available and a staff member goes round in the morning removing towels from reserved beds which is great- means there isn’t a 7am rush to get beds! Overall, it’s a really lovely, relaxing break. And the hotel will always be a special place for me as it’s where my partner proposed to me ❤️

My husband and I have just returned from this hotel. It was our 3rd time. As usual the food was plentiful and so much choice its unbelievable. Bars and restaurants to enjoy food and drinks. We were on all inclusive so enjoyed food and drink. Some drinks aren't available on AI but they are premium brands. Cleanliness is outstanding and the staff are so pleasant and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Entertainment is varied and excellent. We had some rain so the singing group had to go inside to perform. EL bobo beach was cordoned off but there are lots more beaches. The Marina is a lovely walk or the other way to Los Christianos. Unfortunately Danni who was part of the animation team left while we were there. We knew him from our last visit to bring a lively friendly atmosphere to events so missed him this time. On the whole a wonderful relaxing holiday.

We booked this place for five days on an all-inclusive basis. The hotel is in a good location, and both the rooms and the outdoor areas, including the pool, were very clean. Most of the staff were friendly and polite. The food was good. However, there are a few things that could be improved: The coffee machine in our room wasn’t working properly. We booked a room with a king-size bed, but were given one with two single beds instead. The drinks, especially the cocktails, were disappointingly tasteless. I’m sure many other guests would agree with me that the cocktails served at the bars had no trace of alcohol in them. Even when we asked the bartenders to add extra alcohol to the drinks, it didn’t make any difference. We even ordered margaritas from the paid menu for €12 each, but were once again very disappointed — they tasted like nothing but sugar and water. My husband and I chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and since it was an adults-only resort, we expected higher-quality and unlimited drinks.

The hotel was clean and tidy, all staff were brilliant. The fitness team Dora, Pierre and Monse were excellent always full of energy and enthusiasm. My only complaint would be there were not enough staff on the terrace bar every evening and the food was fresh but a little bit same same…. Well worth a visit.

An excellent all inclusive stay here. Adults only, so no screaming kids! We got a terrace room, so five steps from our own room to automatically reserved sun loungers and five more to the pool. Pool bar close too with premium brands. Big choice of food which was always great and the service was also brilliant. Entertainment team was attentive and the evening stuff was also good. Can't fault the place and will be back.
