We just came back from our holiday and I would like to share my opinion on my experience at the hotel. The hotel looked nice both outside and inside, and the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and always clean. Food's good too. However, the pools were so cold that most just ended up in the jacuzzi or stayed around the pools. The pool water was colder than the water in the beach. One downside was that, even though it was an all-inclusive hotel, there was still a deposit required for beach towels (which you do get back). You also had to pay €1 per person every time you wanted to change it into a clean towel, which was inconvenient. The safe was also something you had to pay for. Booking dinner each day became frustrating as well. When ordering drinks like water, Fanta, Coca-Cola, cocktails, or beer, anything in the all inclusive deal, you had to keep scanning your wristband each time. Additionally, you couldn’t take a bottle of water or a snack from the main restaurant, which made going out for tours more difficult. For an all-inclusive, I felt a bit monitored as there was a lack of casualness or freedom compared to other hotels that I've stayed at. It was the small things that became annoying. But overall, the stay was really nice stay, and I'm still grateful for the memories there.

Absolutely outstanding. I have never stayed in a hotel as clean and organised as this. The staff are extremely polite, and make every effort to make you feel at ease. There is cleaning staff working as day every day making sure the hotel is spotless. The food was great too. Huge selection of food from many countries. The tea corner has a huge selection of different teas. And the standard Nescafé coffee machine had all the favourites. I can't recommend this hotel enough. The air conditioning was very cold in the rooms, better than expected.

The only nice part of staying at this hotel was the hotel checking us in early. Myself and my friend were the youngest staying at the hotel (not a problem for us) however to the other guests and staff we were treated as though we were disgusting, causing problems and being loud and obnoxious. The looks the staff and other guests gave us were disgusting (we were dress appropriately at all times) At dinner the staff let other guests (old men) shout “hey blonde” to my friend on more than one occasion, the staff at dinner were rude and dismissive and at one point just decided to throw out our drink order and not bring it to the table. We rented towels for the pool which we didn’t use because we felt too uncomfortable to go and sit by the pool because of guests and staff, when we returned them at the end of our short stay they refunded us 0 euros and told us it would clear by the end of the day, it’s been 5 days now and still haven’t received a refund. The rooms are dull and depressing, beds are extremely uncomfortable. For $1000 AUD you expect to get a nice stay/experience but honestly the hotel alone ruined our whole trip. Absolutely will not be back and i highly suggest anyone considering this hotel does not chose to stay there if you are under 50/60 years of age.

Cannot praise this hotel and staff enough. We have stayed here for a month during Christmas and New Year fabulous fantastic experience. Looked after my sister and myself 74 years and 80 years nothing is a bother to them From service staff and entertainment. Would highly recommend to everyone.. if you can’t enjoy here you won’t know what you’re missing

The 5 stars are well deserved. The staff was super friendly. The buffet has so many choices that there is always something for anyone and the room was beautiful and new. A lot of activities all day around to enjoy. A special thank you to Pedro who went the extra mile for our tv problem.
