We just came back from our holiday and I would like to share my opinion on my experience at the hotel. The hotel looked nice both outside and inside, and the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and always clean. Food's good too. However, the pools were so cold that most just ended up in the jacuzzi or stayed around the pools. The pool water was colder than the water in the beach. One downside was that, even though it was an all-inclusive hotel, there was still a deposit required for beach towels (which you do get back). You also had to pay €1 per person every time you wanted to change it into a clean towel, which was inconvenient. The safe was also something you had to pay for. Booking dinner each day became frustrating as well. When ordering drinks like water, Fanta, Coca-Cola, cocktails, or beer, anything in the all inclusive deal, you had to keep scanning your wristband each time. Additionally, you couldn’t take a bottle of water or a snack from the main restaurant, which made going out for tours more difficult. For an all-inclusive, I felt a bit monitored as there was a lack of casualness or freedom compared to other hotels that I've stayed at. It was the small things that became annoying. But overall, the stay was really nice stay, and I'm still grateful for the memories there.

The 5 stars are well deserved. The staff was super friendly. The buffet has so many choices that there is always something for anyone and the room was beautiful and new. A lot of activities all day around to enjoy. A special thank you to Pedro who went the extra mile for our tv problem.

Just a quick 4 night break here in the sun. Sea view room with great views. Food was very good (only used the buffet restaurant). The restaurant gets very busy and you have to book for an evening meal. Entertainment was very good every night and again it gets very busy so you need to get a seat early. There are three pools. The rectangular pool by the spa and gym is the warmest and is in the shade for a lot of the morning.

We stayed 11 nights, paid 3k for the full holiday package (room 206). Overall a really great hotel with good facilities, but the room we were given was atrocious. Outdated and falling apart, the AC was nonexistent, as a matter of fact some nights we left the balcony open as the outside was colder than inside. Then after 3 days some wretched smell started to proliferate from the bathroom. So every time we returned to the room we were hit with hot smelly air. We complained about the AC and were basically told "hotels fully booked, everyone is using their ac as we have a heatwave, so deal with it". Random things stated breaking like the soap dispensers falling off the wall, and the shower head fell apart leaving it unusable (luckily happened on the last day). The pool party was very fun though and the food pretty nice for a buffet (it can only get so good), and the cocktails were decent, if the room issues are fixed then we would consider returning.
