I stayed at H10 Gran Tinerfe on an All Inclusive basis which I found to be very good value for money. The staff are, without exception excellent. The location of the hotel is brilliant, the beach is accessed by a secure rear door. If you want to join in the hotel's guest activity programme there's plenty to keep you busy, as well as if you're just looking to relax and recharge that too is very easy at the hotel. The food in the several restaurants caters for every taste and is of very good quality. The rooms are very comfortable, with huge beds and a great pillow menu. All areas of the hotel are very clean and well maintained. The pool area is very comfortable and clean. Sunbeds shouldn't be reserved before 10am, towels do sometimes get removed. Although if you intend staying on your sunbed that's no problem before 10am. There's varied entertainment in the evenings which is well attended by the guests. As a female solo traveller/guest I felt very comfortable and safe during my stay. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Stay: 17th–21st March 2025 | Booked via Booking.com | Approx. £750pp Let’s kick off with the basics: the hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport by taxi, which set us back around €25. No dramas there. Now, the fun begins: As soon as we step into the hotel, we’re met by friendly staff—great! But before we even have a chance to drop our bags in the room, we’re hit with “How much money would you like to put on your wristbands?” After a long flight, budgeting on the spot for the rest of your stay is the last thing you want to do. A poor start. The wristbands from hell: These blue wristbands are your golden ticket to pay for *almost* everything at the hotel. They’re itchy, irritating, and come with all the charm of a cheap festival wristband that you can’t take off. Ever tried sleeping with a damp, scratchy band clinging to your wrist? It’s like being mildly tortured by your own holiday. The best part? You’ve got no idea how much money’s left on it. Fancy a drink? Tap and pray. If you’re out of funds, congratulations—you now get to queue up at reception and chuck at least €100 back onto it. Sure, they refund unused money at the end *in cash*, but why make the whole system more complicated than it needs to be? And as for prices? Apparently, those are top secret. Staff flip a blank payment screen and expect you to blindly tap your wristband, crossing your fingers that your balance covers whatever you’ve just bought. Could be a cocktail. Could be the hotel. The towel saga: Day two, we attempt to rent towels for the sun loungers—€20 deposit which is refundable. Not ideal, but fine. Except you can’t use your magic wristband to pay. Okay, we’ll use a card. Oh no, the card machine’s not working. Brilliant. Staff kindly inform us there’s nothing they can do. Honestly, it wouldn’t have taken much to note our room number and let us pay later, seeing as they literally know where we sleep. But no, we were told to come back later like naughty school kids. Just a bit silly, really. The room: Ground floor with a stunning view of… a wall. Can’t complain too much for the price, but on night three, we had a COCKROACH leg it across the floor. Not the bedtime companion I was hoping for. To be fair, it’s a ground floor room, these things happen, but still—not ideal. And let’s talk about the beds and pillows. The pillows were long, oddly shaped, and offered about as much support as deflated armband. I couldn’t wait to get back to my own bed. Dining experience: Buffet-style food, but you’ve got to book every night despite it being included. Forget to book? No buffet for you. Honestly baffling. The food itself had variety, technically, but everything ended up tasting the same no matter what night it was. Like they’d just changed the labels and hoped no one would notice. Quality over quantity would’ve been better. The good stuff: • Staff lovely and helpful—credit where credit’s due. • Three pools: busy but we always found a sun lounger. • Evening entertainment: not West End quality but amusing enough after a few drinks. • Room (apart from our six-legged friend) was clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. • Excellent location, with beach access directly from the hotel. Overall: 2/5 stars We had an okay time, but too many annoyances chipped away at the experience. It had the makings of a decent holiday, but from itchy wristbands to rogue cockroaches, it didn’t quite hit the mark. Wouldn’t rush back.

Smokers spoil this lovely hotel. Can’t enjoy the beautiful views from our room without getting a lung full of stinking smoke as the hotel allows it on the balcony, we had to keep our door closed as the room ends up stinking too. The room (privilege) is on the ninth floor, a long climb as the lifts are a nightmare. The room is spacious enough as a double. It has a giant bed (two singles pushed together) a fridge, that is virtually unusable as it’s full of chargeable minibar stuff, and a Nespresso machine, we also asked for a kettle, a bit difficult to use as there’s not many sockets. Very little storage, the bedside unit is only deep enough for documents. The shower is good, but again very little storage in the bathroom, it does have a bidet ( bonus) but the maid keeps removing the towel & not replacing it. The ac fan works but neither hot or cold and the nights have been very cold.. no extra bedding, although the pillows are great. The food is fabulous however the buffet breakfast is a horrible experience.. far too many people allowed in at once. This morning was particularly bad, luckily as a Privilege guest we could change our mind as (because we had time) we could use the a la carte. The staff are very pleasant and do their best.

We just came back from our holiday and I would like to share my opinion on my experience at the hotel. The hotel looked nice both outside and inside, and the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and always clean. Food's good too. However, the pools were so cold that most just ended up in the jacuzzi or stayed around the pools. The pool water was colder than the water in the beach. One downside was that, even though it was an all-inclusive hotel, there was still a deposit required for beach towels (which you do get back). You also had to pay €1 per person every time you wanted to change it into a clean towel, which was inconvenient. The safe was also something you had to pay for. Booking dinner each day became frustrating as well. When ordering drinks like water, Fanta, Coca-Cola, cocktails, or beer, anything in the all inclusive deal, you had to keep scanning your wristband each time. Additionally, you couldn’t take a bottle of water or a snack from the main restaurant, which made going out for tours more difficult. For an all-inclusive, I felt a bit monitored as there was a lack of casualness or freedom compared to other hotels that I've stayed at. It was the small things that became annoying. But overall, the stay was really nice stay, and I'm still grateful for the memories there.

Wenr here for 4 nites. Nice hotel. Good location. Clean and helpful staff. Reception staff offered us to sit in lounge whilst they checked us in to save us standing and waiting nice touch. Welcome drink on arrival. Funny thing is Lifts are slow arriving then you have 2 seconds to get in before they close haha. If your not all inclusive then food options can be boring after couple days as 1 main buffet restaurant and similar food daily. Huge amount of choice. However chargeable ala carte restaurants on site which i didn't try. Despite paying for half board option small charges are so annoying like paying for your towel to be cleaned really irritated me. Never heard such nonsense. 1euro each time you change it . They should just include charges within which ever package you do. Also 20 euro deposit.. I also think you should get a drink with your dinner included again messing around and taking up staff time with small payments here and there. 1 suggestion was to provide dressing gowns for guests in your room. Then when I had a courtesy room on the last day they had gowns in. So we had¹ just not realised we should of had them in in our rooms which was annoying. Large pools areas with plenty of areas to sit and comfy sun beds and other beds. No fighting for beds. Well bare in mind it was Jan and apparently hotel was full. Lots of activities during day to break up day. Events team were lovely. 1 main issue we had was swiftly resolved by the reception manager his name I forgot.. We basically booked a courtesy room on check in and on last day the reception lady said sorry no courtesy room available. Then after further questioning she suggested taking a courtesy room 3 hrs earlier which was annoying as we wanted to get most out if the day go for lunch and sit in the sunshine. She was a little rude but when I spoke to manager as we had missed our lunch day out he added lunch complimentary for us which was a nice touch. So issue was quickly resolved. When I went to courtesy room seemed there were 2 or 3 available so unsure why lady had said their were no courtesy rooms in the first place.. just a little confusion. Location was good. Depending what you want. Turn right from entrance and walk few minutes your in Veronica's bar area full of kids and lively music lol and if you turn left either along main road or beach and you get to the marina area with shops and more classy bars and a couple.nice beach clubs...
