We’re having a lovely stay at the H10 Lanzarote Princess hotel. The hotel is very clean all round, the staff are friendly and the animation team (entertainment team) are great in getting you involved in activities such as games of boules, table tennis and other fun activities. The live music is good too. A great location a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Would definitely come here again.

Having a lovely time at this hotel. Would recommend to others. Ideal location close to the beach (less than a 5 minute walk). The poolside was great too, plenty of sun loungers and always good availability. The poolside was clean. We stayed all inclusive and think we got excellent value for money. Staff at the hotel were always very polite and attentive, couldn’t do enough for us. The animation team, particularly Noelia and Cris were brilliant, very enthusiastic and inclusive with adults and children, they put on a great programme of activities. Would visit this hotel again.

A Wonderful Experience from Start to Finish Hotel: Exceptional accommodation with top-notch facilities. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a day of activities. Food: Delicious and diverse culinary options. The staff’s dedication to guest satisfaction truly enhanced our stay. Animation Team: Outstanding! The animation team was superb and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their enthusiasm and creativity added a special touch to the overall experience. Activities and Entertainment: So much to do and such varied entertainment options! We thoroughly enjoyed the table tennis competition and water polo, among many other activities. Although we couldn't try everything, each activity we participated in was enjoyable and well-organized. Overall: From start to finish, our experience was wonderful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a lively and entertaining vacation. Don't miss out on the activities—they're a must-try!

I am very happy with my experience at the Hotel, my children had a great time, I really enjoyed the activities together with my husband, especially archery with Alejandra, a great girl and a entertainer with a lot of enthusiasm. We also really liked the food in the Italian restaurant, the Japanese one, we didn't get to try it but it also looked very good, the mini disco at night, very entertaining and the show was spectacular, Alejandra also made a musical quiz that we liked a lot and it was very entertaining. I have a very good experience

I'm not sure where the 4 stars come from, a 3 plus at best, not enough check in staff, we arrived privately and no coach leaving but busy with them trying to sell products to people ahead of us. Interesting no attempt with us. Room was fine, a suite, certainly nothing special, chipped paint long corridors leading to it and despite asking apparently they can't help with luggage despite having 2 children, one under 1, a pushchair and 3 suitcases. We read reviews of cava on arrival and helpful staff, they must have all gone home for new year. Close the room door, nobody had cleaned behind that for a long while, filthy, the door stop laying on the floor with a screw sticking out, screws missing from the bidet, the hand lotion despenser laying on the bathroom side with screws out the wall, mould all round the silicone behind the sink, rubbish under the beds, the shower hand held hose was broken and bodged but sprayed everywhere, 2 of our 6 nights we only get 2 towels instead of the 4 they take and i have to go hunting with reception having no idea what i mean. 4 star surely is not now we have to make the room child safe and clean first. Trim hanging from the balcony door, very grubby curtains and walk out to next doors light hanging out of its fitting with no cover. Breakfast, go at 7.30 or you have to plan, we only discovered this last day, not one morning before could we get what we wanted as you get eggs say and then go for bacon and sausage and none there, 10 minute wait for a restock,.eggs are cold and anything else on the plate. The rest of the meals were OK but so few staff, you end up taking your plates up to a station to be able to go for dessert. Pools and outside area brilliantly cleaned, every day, non slip tiles and plenty of sun loungers. The heated pool i feel wasn't heated, just heated by the fact it was covered, our 4 yo swam once and refuned the rest of the holiday. Nye was brilliant and this gave some stars back but all the other times, childrens club shown as open but not, poor service and staff that definitely let you know they didn't want to be there. It's a stay at home rather than go here hotel I'm afraid for the money and their supposed service. Save your money don't visit you will be very disappointed, a shame as the outdoor area so good and clean and the bars are good, although again one member of staff on the 2 pool bars so it can be 7 or 8 people waiting ahead of you.
