All the staff were fantastic. The bar staff were wonderful, and generally there wasnt a member of staff from kids team, cleaning, management, dining hall, etc who wasn't courteous and professional. Really felt the staff knew us by name and face. Furthermore... issues & requests were swiftly dealt with. The hotel stay ticked many of my boxes...great location, clean pools, safety for my kids. I would recommend the hotel for a family and for holiday periods. Would ask that you strengthen the WIFI in the dining hall; sometime it didn't work at all which is an issue for parents looking after kids with devices.

Good customer service, good location but room need to be refurbished, it looked dated, shower is very week, bath tub is old, not well clean. The room is not cleaned properly every day. I booked for 3 guest but only have blankets, towels, dental kits for 2 people only , I asked them then they provided 1 more so there is no issue with it. No slippers, no dressing gown for guest. Plates and cups are not clean, you can see the tea, coffee mark. Buffet is not that great in my opinion.

Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff were exceptional. The room was cleaned frequently and the location was ideal - so close to the beach and gorgeous promenade walks. The hotel also has adult activities which were fun. Special shortout to Alvaro who was so accommodating throughout

Stayed here last June with 2 kids 6 & 8. Had a great time. Staff are so friendly and the guys in charge of the kids clubs and entertainment were amazing. Good selection of food some days better than others but overall quite good. Drinks were great and bar staff were great. First time we stayed here and will definitely return. Well done to all who made our trip so enjoyable.

Good hotel for family trips, plenty of activities and not too crowded. We found the food options appropriate for our 5 night stay and couldn't really find much to complain about considering the location and price bracket. A couple of downsides and the reason I can't give it a 5 stars is the fact the kids club doesn't open on the weekend (not even as a parent and child play area) but the main disappointment was the late check out request process, you can't sort it on arrival or during stay, they only allow you to inquire about it on the morning of check out and the option was of course: not possible whatsoever, a shame given many other hotel chains allow you to pre-book the late check out, only for that I would hesitate going with H10 again.
