Food was seriously the best I’ve experienced at an all inclusive resort. Lovely location just a short walk away to beautiful beaches, restaurants and windsurfing. Friendly, competent service. Lovely gardens. Pools were great, everything well cleaned each evening. Some renovation on the far side but only noticed when visiting the tennis courts. We had a garden view with a glimpse of the ocean. The children‘s entertainment crew were very caring and enthusiastic in their work, kids had a lovely time. Highly recommend!!!

Just back from a brilliant stay. Absolutely perfect for the kids (aged 1 & 3). We enjoyed half board (breakfast & lunch), great selection and times worked well. We used the baby club for 1 year old and she loved it, entertainment team brilliant, we only saw a couple of shows and the kids didn't take their eyes off the stage. We enjoyed drinks at the bar with live music each night. We went out for dinner each evening and there are a few decent restaurants, nice beach and cocktail bars with sea views. We were recommended the hotel, and so glad we booked. So clean, great pools and plenty of sunbeds, all staff work so hard and very friendly, can walk to beach in a few minutes, quick transfer from airport.

We are just home from our second stay at this hotel and have already booked again for next year. We arrived with our kids aged 5, 8 and 9. The adored this hotel last year too so we decided to return again this year. The staff welcomed us back with such warmth, it was truly a heartwarming experience. Our kids were so happy to see everyone again. The hotel is as always exceptionally clean and bright. We had requested the same bungalow as last year and were delighted to have that request met. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels and bedding regularly. The kids entertainment crew work so hard everyday between the various kids clubs and the evening shows. The junior club was closed this year, however our older girl went to the maxi & mini club and enjoyed it every day. Zabi, Maria, Aaron, Megan, Karl, Vera, Fiona and Juan (I'm sure I've accidentally left out some) we will miss you all for the next 12 months and hope to see you all next year!! 🥰 The food this year was even better than last year. Every day there was lots of choices and was always freshly cooked and promptly refilled. This is a fantastic family hotel and we love it. It is due for some big refurbishments early next year and we can't wait to see what it's like when we return. It would be fantastic if they added a splash area to the pool simular to some other h10 hotels.

Cant fault this establishment, great kids club,beach 5 minutes away, staff very welcoming, big shout out to Lucia Santana who went over and above with nothing too much trouble. Aquarium 5 minutes away, loads of restaurants close at hand, Aqua park 5 minutes away by cab for just 6 euros. Food good, 24 hour reception, doctor and pharmacy next door, amazing pool for kids and with a late flight home, free use of dressing room for shower. One of the best hotels for families, would definetely make return visit.

One of the best holiday experiences in my life. This place is heavenly when it comes to the stay, the pools, the food, the activities, the views, the staff and the overall experience. Right from the check-in until the check-out, we were just loving and living every second of our time inside. Members of the blue team, Aaron, Juan, Raul, Fiona, and some others were fantastic to have fun with. The pools were well maintained and were always clean. Lifeguards were always on the watch. The food and drinks at the pool bar was really good. The staff at the pool bar was happy to customize the drinks as we wanted. The food in the main dining hall was amazing. The menu changed every day and it was really an experience to taste such great food. The staff was very warm and were quick to clean up the tables. I could write more good stuff about this place. Top notch. Highly recommended. I'll be back soon.
