Lovely hotel, clean and well maintained. Spacious, well kept suites, big fluffy white towels and clean white bedding. Suites cleaned daily to a high standard. Grounds kept impeccable, some lovely flowers and bushes. Some of the decking around pool area and pool bar area is loose and broken so does need attention. Also more parasols needed. Food is definitely not as good as we have had, fewer choices. Breakfast food is definitely the best for choice. The staff here are amazing, all work so hard and always happy and smiling.

This holiday was wonderful. It’s the second time we have visited the hotel and it did not disappoint. The first week was a little stressful, it seemed to be very busy and there was longer waiting times to be seated for food and you felt you had to rush to let others in, also longer waiting times for drinks as the staff was overwhelmed. The towels we were provided was too short for the sun beds and people were reserving them from 6am. The second week the rules of not reserving the sun beds was implemented and it seemed less busy and more relaxed. The staff are a credit to this hotel who work tirelessly and always with a smile and they truly make your holiday extra special. Our bed Was 2 singles pushed together and I found them slightly uncomfortable. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided if needed. You also had shampoo and shower gel provided soap and moisturiser. The new added Italian restaurant was delicious and the service was superb, it felt like a night dining out. The food provided by the hotel since we was all inclusive was very good with lots of choices. There is a supermarket opposite which sold anything you needed and your a short walk from the beaches. We would definitely visit again.

Loved this hotel. Had checked it out before booking. Beautiful room overlooking the pool. 2 problems smoking particularly around the restaurant/pool bar but I know you are trying to address this other problem was the pool parasol. It was particularly hot when we were there but additional parasols are needed plus need to be in better condition. However food cleanliness cocktails and location all good. Will definitely be back. Evening entertainment good as well

What a great hotel, adults only. Service here is fantastic each member of staff is really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed all-inclusive for a week and was surprised by the value, drinks are all premium brands and they do not hold back on the measures, lots of different choice of cocktails also.
Food was all really fresh for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Snack bar is really nice for a lunchtime pick me up.
Location is great for a walk into Playa Blanca or down to the beach.
Rooms are large and very clean. Lovely balcony to relax on.
Two pools which are well maintained.

Positives
Spacious rooms
Decent location
AI drinks selection is excellent with premium brands & fresh cocktails
Negatives
Spacious rooms have inefficient aircon so are very warm
Large waits at bars due to understaffing & staff spending lots of time making those fresh cocktails
Pool bar not open until 10.30 so nowhere to get water
Dearth of sunbeds & parasols so be prepared to find none left by 9.30. They claim no reserving of beds but this is not enforced
The food is not 4 star, repeat NOT 4 star. If anything it is institutional. Food at buffet is cold & sometimes inadequately cooked. What is out doesn’t get replenished often & runs out. Grill staff are overwhelmed by demand; more queues & I was served uncooked meats twice. Staff seem too busy to cope & dirty plates build up. The eating experience was so disappointing. Two star at best.
The entertainment is pretty dire. It’s so, so loud there is no escaping it & it rattled the windows of our room.
I was quite depressed by what should have been 10 days of relaxation & an expensive 10 days at that.
Frankly a poor experience.
