One of the greatest resorts I have ever been to. The food was super delicious, from the buffet to the smaller restaurants—everything was great. The pools were all fun and clean, and I especially loved the sand pool for kids. The resort is so big that you won't get bored. The staff and the concierge are incredibly nice and helpful. If you're lucky, you might even see monkeys on your balcony. Definitely recommend this resort!

Our stay at this hotel was truly memorable! From the moment we stepped into the lobby until the moment we checked out, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, which set the tone for a fantastic experience. The room exceeded our expectations – it was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained with a modern design that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the stunning beachfront view from our balcony in the Cliff Tower. Waking up to that view every morning was simply breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start the day! The pool area was another highlight – it was amazing and conveniently close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy both. While the beach itself wasn’t the largest or the best compared to some nearby properties, it was still enjoyable and added to the overall relaxing vibe of our stay. We would absolutely return to this hotel in the future when we have the chance. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels in Nusa Dua Bali, a spacious and comfortable location to stay and vacation. to get to the hotel can be reached by traveling approximately 30 minutes from the airport via the toll road. The staff and service are quite good. The room locations are in several different locations, consisting of several buildings with views of the sea which are quite good in the morning and evening. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and well maintained with complete facilities. I get a room with a very nice view on the south side of the hotel. If we are lucky in the morning we can see and encounter wild animals such as long-tailed monkeys roaming around the hotel. There is an observation tower on the building in the south, to get to the tower we can use the stairs, up there we can see a wide view, this is a very suitable location to see the sunrise in the morning. To get to the beach and swimming pool area, we can head to the south building and go to the 1st floor using the lift. This hotel has a pretty good private beach, with a nice swimming pool design equipped with beach sports facilities and a sunbathing area, very suitable for a family vacation, there is a mini beach that is suitable for small children. In the morning we were served with a fairly good breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor. Various types of food menus, including western food, local food, and Indian food can be enjoyed at the restaurant. There are indoor or outdoor dining areas. This hotel also has a ballroom which is large enough to corporate clients who held the event there. One more thing, at night the area outside the hotel from the front gate to the vehicle parking area has very minimal lighting. For those who are coming to this hotel for the first time, they will be a little confused because the parking direction signs are not clear. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for those of you who expect a peaceful holiday atmosphere, the price we pay is in accordance with the facilities provided.

A beautiful hotel built on a cliff with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean from the lobby and cliff tower rooms! The most delightful were the hundreds of little yellow butterflies dancing in the gardens and along the beach in the morning! It felt like a Disney scene. Pure magic. Upon checking in, the hotel gave me a free upgrade to a villa because I was celebrating my birthday there! A really nice touch! Whilst the villa was a little far away from the lobby, the buggy service was good and I really enjoyed going back to my villa to rest in the evenings. Service was great, breakfast menu extensive! Lovely vibes!

A truly beautiful hotel! The pools are amazing (my son especially loved the water slide and could spend hours on it), the beach is clean, the grounds are well-maintained, and the kids’ zone is great. The rooms are cozy, clean, and comfortable. Overall, Hilton once again proves to be top-notch! The only downside is that children are not allowed in the premium lounge. What are we supposed to do if we have a child? Leave them outside? Once, my husband went into the lounge, and since my son wasn’t allowed in, I had to stay outside with him. My son was very upset and couldn’t understand why he wasn’t allowed in — something we’ve never encountered at other places. Despite this issue, the hotel is fantastic, and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommended for families!
