It was our first time visiting Hilton Bali Resort and the experience was not pleasant. The room was condition was rather run down as seen in the photos. Although some of the issue we highlighted were fixed in a span of a few hours. But to let guest do this kind of reporting instead of doing a proper upkeep of the hotel is unacceptable. It ruins the experience, especially for a 5 star hotel. People have higher expectation & do compare with hotel on similar price range. We dine at one of the restaurant that serve pizza near the beach. Can’t recall the name. Pizza was just served and we haven’t even took a bite & we were asked how was the pizza. 😅 A case of just following the SOP? or just a phrase they asked to engage with the guest? but it shows that they do not genuinely care about the guest. The breakfast spread was impressive & the view of the hotel is great. The pools are big & fun for kids. But for a couple traveller, we appreciate a nice room and service and this place doesn’t tick our box. We will not be returning.

A fantastic place with incredibly friendly staff, good locations and well appointed rooms. The ongoing construction from next door is a bit much, but the staff was very accommodating and moved us to a villa farther away from the noise. The updated lounge is quiet, big and has a good selection of snacks and drinks. The pool area can get busy and loud, but it's ideal for families with children and never too overwhelming. The staff is by far what makes this place an excellent choice for a vacation.

Hilton Bali was absolutely amazing! My family and I stayed for two nights, and we had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The food was delicious, and both the pool and the beach were simply incredible. A special thanks to Sarah from the front desk—she was very friendly and welcoming during our check-in. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back for another holiday at Hilton Bali!

●●Disappointing Presidential Villa Experience●● BOOK ANOTHER 5 STAR HOTEL!!!! We stayed at Hilton Bali Resort and booked the Presidential Villa(the most expensive room), expecting a luxurious and seamless 5-star experience. Unfortunately, our stay began with major disappointment and frustration. When we arrived, the villa — the most premium accommodation at the resort — was not ready at the guaranteed 3 PM check-in time. Instead, we were placed in a small temporary room and could only access the villa at 9 PM, by which time our children were already asleep. We had traveled from Singapore as a family to enjoy the private pool and relax together during the day — and that entire first day was lost. To make matters worse, the A/C in the villa wasn't working properly, and technicians had to come in and out, further affecting our privacy and comfort. The resort also had a serious mosquito issue, even indoors, which was especially unpleasant for our kids. What was most disappointing was how the hotel initially handled the situation. They first offered only a shuttle service to dinner as compensation — for hours of delay and missed experience in the most expensive villa on the property. It took multiple discussions and strong follow-up from our side before they offered a 50% refund on the first night, complimentary dinner, and spa treatments. While we appreciate the eventual gestures, the fact that we had to push for basic accountability at a 5-star Hilton resort is deeply disappointing. The value of the first night was never delivered, and the overall handling fell far short of what you'd expect at this level. I sincerely hope Hilton Bali reconsiders how it treats guests — especially those booking their highest-category rooms.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the Hilton staff, which set the tone for a wonderful stay. The entrance, lobby, and reception area are absolutely grand—truly impressive and inviting. The resort itself is impeccably clean, and our room was no exception—spotless, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The shower area was especially spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay—sumptuous and offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. We also loved the sea view from the resort; it added a serene touch to our mornings. The pool was sparkling clean and a perfect spot to relax. What really stood out was the exceptional service and hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. We were very impressed and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!
